The bagels are great, good variety and a bunch of smear to go with it. I love that they cut them in half. The 421 house coffee is not super sweet but still amazing. My daughter loves playing with the table soccer while we wait
I was in the area and looked up a bakery to grab a light breakfast. I found Cassidy's Corner, which I did not realize was a regional chain at the time. The store is small but had a decent layout. The display window had a variety of bagels so you could pick and choose what looked good to you. The confusing thing was the menu board TV screen kept rotating images and the prices for the bagels rotated from $2.00 to $2.50 to $3.00. Then when I ordered my Jalapeño Cheese bagel it turned out to be $3.50! It kind of felt like they were tricking customers with the lower prices being shown. The total price for this was over $6.50 for just a bagel and cream cheese which is on the higher end for this product. Oh well. At least the jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese was good. It was chewy and very bready. If you like your bagel more toasted then I would recommend you ask for that. It reminded me very much of a softer jalapeño cheese Wetzel pretzel if you have had that. It wasn't similar to a classic New York bagel, but it was very tasty in a different way. I'd come back.
Came to try out this spot here in Eastvale. It was pretty busy with people waiting to place an order and picking up online orders (suggest doing that). The place in general is pretty clean but loud with too many people talking inside and the music playing on the louder side. They have outdoor seating available if you want to enjoy your bagel outside as well. The bagel sandwich in general was good. The tuna was good and not too mushy. All other ingredients were fresh as well, no soggy lettuce or tomatoes. I also ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagels are all fresh and the cream cheese is soft. On the counter, they may have some bags with day old bagels for sale at $7 for about 6 bagels. That's a pretty good deal.
cassidy's has become my new favorite breakfast spot when i'm looking to indulge. i get the mad joe on an onion bagel with egg whites and sausage. SO incredibly yummy! it can get busy in the mornings but they're super efficient with their line! i would definitely recommend if you're looking for a hardy breakfast!
Every time I come here, I have to order the lox sandwich. They are definitely not stingy with their fixings and they hook you up. It's big enough to feed two people. I've tried the Mad Joe sandwich and that was good as well. Highly recommend.

The bagels here are good. We went 30 minutes before closing, though, so it didn't leave us with many options -- blueberry, red velvet, and chocolate. I appreciated that the workers informed us about the bagel selections before ordering. We were both craving something savory, so it wasn't our ideal choice, but we chose blueberry. The outer shell had a bit of a crust and the interior was fluffy but dense which gave it a good contrast of textures. I ordered the studebaker which comes with tomato, sprouts, avocado, chicken salad, and lettuce. The ratio of the ingredients were balanced and the sandwich kept me full for a good amount of time. All the seats, both inside and outside, were put up already so we took our order to go.
Returned today. I was told - If you order a jalepeno cheddar bagel you'll be charged an extra fee because it's their "speciality" bagel. But my friend ordered the same thing, and was not charged the fee. The only difference was, I asked for extra toasted. I'm assuming I got charged a fee for asking for an extra toasted bagel.
Something's shifting here. Maybe they're hiring too many new people that aren't trained properly? Two of my orders were wrong. We pick up there and don't notice until we get home. The first time they put bacon instead of ham, even though my husband clearly told them bacon. The second time the two bagel orders were mixed up. The Joe's bagel sandwich had no jalapeno cream cheese. The other bagel had the jalapeno cream cheese that we didn't ask for. Careless mistakes like these make it seem like they just don't care anymore. When they get it right, it's like magic. That's why we are regulars here. But too many wrong orders makes us want to go elsewhere. Owners please take note.
Cute lil bagel spot in Eastvale. Came in at 8:45am, not too busy. Great bagel & breakfast sandwich selections. Flip side is that there are 5 people making bagels and no orders have gone out in almost 15 mins. Would def try again, the garlic bfast sando was delicious, hoping they can add more raisins to the cinnamon raisin bagel.
Cassidy's Corner has something special .... I'll start off with staff being very nice and always professional... I will say that on Sunday at 10am I waiting in line for like 35 mins .... (Well worth it) but maybe a second register will be helpful. None the less the location for seating was a bit cramped but loved the decor and there is also outside seating. My bagel!!!!!! Omfgggg sooooooo good , WOW. That's all I have to say .... Soooo delicious . The iced coffee maybe need a bit of more refining and figuring out how to make it "Cassidy's way" because it was just okay. But yes I will be coming back for sure !!!!!

Love this place! It's their 2 year anniversary so thought i stop by. The bagels especially their signature sandwiches are delicious! Tried one of their sandwiches that I haven't tried yet, the Desi sandwich. It has egg white, bacon, avocado, jalapeño cream cheese, and lemon pepper served on a bagel of your choice. Delicious! If your ever in Eastvale and looking for a good bagel shop, this is your place! They also have specialty coffees both hot and iced. Friendly Staff here and service is quick! read more

Cassidy's Corner Cafe offers an array of sandwiches on freshly handcrafted baked bagels and other menu items such as bagel bites--if I remember correctly some locations offer açaí bowls and some do not. I have visited this location twice now and both times I ordered the sandwich that they call GG. It is their vegan sandwich with avocado, hummus, cucumbers, alfalfa, red onions, and tomatoes. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was enjoyed on an everything bagel. I was greeted when I walked in and everything was tidy upon entering. The lighting was nice as much of it came from natural sunlight from the wide open windows-- it was nice inside. I'm embarrassed as I don't remember my cashiers name, but thanks anyway for being so lovely. I had a hankering for a tasty sandwich and that's exactly what I got. Plenty of parking! They have locations in a city near you! read more
Came here on a total bagel whim after my friend told me I had to try it and wow, she was right. There was a line, it smelled incredible, and I immediately wanted to eat every bagel on the wall (are they real? I still don't know, but I wanted them all). I got a cold brew with vanilla and banana cold foam and it was so good. The banana flavor tastes real, not fake at all, and the cold brew was rich and smooth. I took home a whole bagel haul (tomato basil, everything, jalapeño cheddar, cinnamon raisin, blueberry) plus jalapeño cream cheese and their cream cheese is unreal! Light, smooth, perfectly flavored, not too spicy, and nothing like store bought. Bagels are fresh, coffee is great, and I'm already planning my next visit for a breakfast sandwich because that's my weakness. Only note: I do keep an eye on health scores and would love to see theirs improve, but everything looked clean and smelled amazing when I was there. So happy I found this place. I'll definitely be back, probably a lot. read more
In my local bucket list of food establishments that did not disappoint. Small, clean bagel shop on the Eastvale/Norco border. Fairly new shopping center. Walk up ordering moves fast with an efficient staff. Good selection of large, fresh bagels daily with an assortment of cream cheese options and breakfast and lunch sandwiches that are totally customizable. Also serves coffee, tea, iced tea and assorted bottled beverages. Seating area is limited and weekend lines are long..but again, they do move quickly. You can also pick up day old, pre packaged bagels for a bargain. Will definitely try more from them read more
This is a neat spot to get a fresh bagel or bagel sandwich. They have some coffee beverages that are okay. They even offer a bag of day old bagels for $6. The parking is good since it's located in a plaza with other stores. The seating is indoor/outdoor and the place is clean. They have this cute table that you can play soccer underneath. The servers are nice and helpful as well. This place is something to check out. read more
This shop has both breakfast and lunch items. However, bagels are their most popular food. They offer an array of bagels from tomato & basil, wheat, everything and much more. I opted for the whole wheat bagel and it was delicious. Vegan cream cheese as well as regular cream cheese is available. I'd definitely recommend having the vegan cream cheese. It was delicious. Fresh bagel smell hits you as soon as you walk in along with welcome greeting from the Cassidy's staff. Service was great, fast, and the staff were friendly. Things to note- *Located inside a plaza- so plenty of parking spaces *Inside was spacious and clean *Indoor sitting and outdoor sitting *Fresh and good variety of bagels I really enjoyed my bagel and coffee at this location. Stopped by on Saturday, 04/05/25. It was very busy and had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. I ordered the following to-go: - 1 matcha almond milk latte (regular, hot, oat milk) = $6.50 SUBTOTAL = $6.50 TAX = $0.50 TOTAL = $7 I enjoyed my matcha drink! This place also sells a day old bagels (half dozen) for $6 which is very affordable - I look forward to coming back and trying their bagels! read more

Normally Cassidy's is definitely a 4 if not a 5. But last Saturday it was super busy and I feel like they lost sight of taking care of the customers. I ordered my usual Joe's special. While it tasted great it was lacking in one area. It had barely any cream cheese on it. Normally, it's pretty stacked, which I love. But this time, it was like...we're too busy to make sure it got what it should have. Hopefully the next time we're in, it's better than this. read more

This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The place is small and quaint but they did a good job utilizing the space that they have. I tried the hazelnut iced latte and it was good but nothing to rave about. Their bagels are what they are know for and they did not disappoint. I tried the jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese that was recommended by the employee at the counter. It was amazingly fresh and they did not cheap out on the cream cheese which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive and I will definitely be back. read more
