Everytime i come here ithe sandwiches are always good. Since this is family run, bagels run out fast due to how popular and tasty it is. Ive came here 6 times, and ill tell you that the tea is C+ tier for me, but the sandwiches S tier for me. What id usually do is grab a sandwich from here, and go on over to the starbucks or 7/11 for a drink. Its sooo good that they go out of stock really early. Returned today. I was told - If you order a jalepeno cheddar bagel you'll be charged an extra fee because it's their "speciality" bagel. But my friend ordered the same thing, and was not charged the fee. The only difference was, I asked for extra toasted. Something's shifting here. Maybe they're hiring too many new people that aren't trained properly? Two of my orders were wrong. We pick up there and don't notice until we get home. The first time they put bacon instead of ham, even though my husband clearly told them bacon. The second time the two bagel orders were mixed up. Came here on a total bagel whim after my friend told me I had to try it and wow, she was right. There was a line, it smelled incredible, and I immediately wanted to eat every bagel on the wall (are they real? I still don't know, but I wanted them all). I got a cold brew with vanilla and banana cold foam and it was so good. The banana flavor tastes real, not fake at all, and the cold brew was rich and smooth. I took home a whole bagel haul (tomato basil, everything, jalapeño cheddar, cinnamon raisin, blueberry) plus jalapeño cream cheese and their cream cheese is unreal! Light, smooth, perfectly flavored, not too spicy, and nothing like store bought. Bagels are fresh, coffee is great, and I'm already planning my next visit for a breakfast sandwich because that's my weakness. Only note: I do keep an eye on health scores and would love to see theirs improve, but everything looked clean and smelled amazing when I was there. So happy I found this place. Normally Cassidy's is definitely a 4 if not a 5. But last Saturday it was super busy and I feel like they lost sight of taking care of the customers. I ordered my usual Joe's special. While it tasted great it was lacking in one area. It had barely any cream cheese on it. Normally, it's pretty stacked, which I love. Bagels that were being used for customers in the display case had flies on them. The display case is open--air and unsealed which makes the bagels stale and does nothing to prevent flies from landing on and pooping on the bagels. The shop was also filled with smoke in the air because the employees kept catching the bagels on fire in the toaster. The bagel itself tasted fine - I ordered a bagel sandwich and the employee who rung me up was nice, however I couldn't stand sitting in a room full of smoke batting flies away from my food. Overall I don't recommend coming here because the bagels are not food-safe and the atmosphere is literally smokey and the bagels aren't exceptional. read more

It's pretty basic and not memorable. The main problem seems to be organization. I usually order ahead, but when I come in to pick up, there's almost always confusion about my order. It either takes a while to find or no one seems to know where it is. There's also no real sense of urgency, and customers aren't consistently acknowledged when they walk in. Ordering in person can take longer than it should. There's a lot of potential here because the food is genuinely great. They have a wide selection of different bagels, lots of sandwich variations, but only 3 options for breakfast sandwiches. But one of them is a build your own, so I guess that's okay. This place is such a cute cafe with delicious food and amazing service. Came on a Sunday morning and there was a very long line out the door, however it went so so fast. The cashier, Sophia, was quick and super nice, she gave everyone including us fantastic service. It took maybe 6-7 minutes to get up to order, and not even another 10 to get our food and drinks. Now for the bagels and coffee, I love that they have sugar free options for their lattes. I got the hazelnut and it was delicious. I got the Joe's Special on an everything bagel. The cream cheese was so good and melty because of the heat from the eggs, which by the way they gave a big serving of! The bagel was thick, super soft and chewy, and I loved that I could actually taste the everything seasoning because they put plenty on it.
