4/4.5 stars. We've been here so often since they've opened. which means we've seen all the changes. Service has always been pretty great, though, and they do try to get through the orders pretty quickly! Their menu has gotten a bit smaller since they opened, but all of the drinks are still good. I miss their sago drinks, though. They don't have food, but they do have desserts from time-to-time. As of this moment, they have cheesetella cheesecakes, but I know a few months back was the jiggly pancakes. And, they did have ice cream at some point, too. "Drink of the day" is one of the staple drinks I always get when I visit. It's basically a sample size version of one of their drinks, and it rotates daily. We've tried all of their drinks at this point, though, so not sure on when we'll visit again, but maybe in a couple months. Also, not sure if anyone else experiences this, but it's like a Faraday cage in there because I never have phone reception once I get pass the doors. My first time at 7 Miles Bona Tea, and while my family seems to love this place, my experience was... odd. When I walked in, the shop was clean and smelled great, which made for a good first impression. I went up to the cashier and asked for some recommendations, but she immediately looked down at the floor and spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her. My wife had texted me her order, so I showed it to the cashier instead. She thanked me in a normal voice and placed that order without any issue. I tried again, asking about their fruit drinks, but the same thing happened--head down, very quiet voice, and I still couldn't understand her. Eventually, I just picked something, and suddenly she spoke clearly again. What made the interaction even stranger was that before we paid, her coworker came in and she immediately became animated--squealing and talking in a completely normal, energetic voice. It was honestly one of the most unusual customer service experiences I've had. We got our drinks a few minutes later, but mine had so much ice that the lid wouldn't even snap on properly, which was frustrating. Overall, while the place itself seems nice and my family enjoys it, the service and drink quality didn't leave a great impression. It might be a better experience using the self-serve kiosks, but based on this visit, I don't see myself coming back. read more

Either way, every drink I've tried has been good so far. The $3 drinks are smaller than the regular size, but still worth it for the price. The lady at the register was really nice and made some recommendations, and I landed on ordering the Thai Brulee milk tea, 50% sweetened. They have a $3 "drink of the day" which is great! Today's drink is "black sesame fluff" I love black sesame and I'm happy to see it on the menu. I love the option for a smaller and cheaper drink option, too. The standard size drink is quite large! A smaller size option for thr drinks would be awesome. As for the drink itself, I'll give it a 4/5. The Thai tea flavor is there but subtle, and the drink is layered with a custard type thing and crushed oreos mixed in. 50% sweetness is just right! I think this would be too sweet otherwise. You can also customize ice level but I did not. I am enjoying my drink, and I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area! I'm happy I found this! I initially heard of this place from a YouTube video interviewing the owner which made me want to come and support ! Though the original shop was a bit far away from where I was staying, was glad to find this location. I love the idea that they have a "drink of the day" for $3, and though it is a smaller size, it makes me feel better for not getting a sugar high with the regular size drinks and it may give people a chance to try a different flavor drink without forking out the full cost for a bigger size. Service was great and the lady was very helpful in helping us pick out our drinks. We also got a super cute free mini tote for posting our drink pics on social media. I also like how sturdy the regular drink bags are as that securely hold your drinks in place which I appreciate! Black Sesame under the cloud: -not many boba shops have a sesame flavored drink and glad to fry this boba shop rendition -this is blended drink that feels like a dessert as this one will fill you up fast! Love that they put a lot of sesame in it which gives it a strong taste Lychee coconut: - glad it didn't have a fake lychee syrup taste, but rather a refreshing smooth taste and loved the fruit bits inside this blended drink -this one was addicting and had to control myself from finishing it since it was my husbands drink Dragon fruit lychee smash: -another refreshing drink but this time the lychee bits were larger and like that there were lime slices -I was suppressed and glad that the jasmine tea and different fruit flavors blended well and not over powering over another flavor. I'm a fan! How did I not know this place opened a year ago? We've been frequenting Wushiland which I still prefer for their milk teas but sometimes we crave blended drinks with more variety. I have young kids so I appreciate a menu with more non-caffeinated options, and they have a lot of that here. This past weekend we came and ordered the Black Sesame Under the Cloud, Strawberry Cookies & Cream, the 7s Mango Pomelo, and the Thai tea. All the drinks were a hit. The black sesame drink might not be for everyone because it's on the plainer side but it's exactly what I wanted. I got 70% sweet but in hindsight I think 100% sweet would have been perfect for this drink. All the other drinks were perfect at 70% sweet. The guy who helped us with our orders was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back very soon! read more

The matcha is here is horrible, its either pale and extremely sweet or dark and chocky. My friend threw up because of the taste. Their service is even worse.
