Came in on Sunday around 4pm and they did not have any boba. This location doesn't close till 9 pm so I thought it was very odd to be out. I wasn't aware of this until after I received my drink, the Panda, sealed and ready with no boba when it shouldn't have had both types in it. I asked the kid who gave it to me and confirmed they were out. I asked if they were going to replace the toppings since it comes in the drink and they did replace for me. The second drink I received had no ice in it and was super warm. I didn't feel like asking them to fix it again. I have been coming here a few times a week for the past few months. So far I've liked everything I've tried. The teas are flavorful and refreshing. My two favorites are the lychee oolong with aloe and the sunright tea (orange and passion fruit). You can adjust the sweetness levels to your liking, which is great since sometimes I find their recipes too sweet. This location is pretty busy, but the tea baristas (idk the terminology) are pretty quick. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. I have been to Sunright Tea Studio at The Station in Eastvale a couple times now. This would be my 3rd visit. Just getting to writing a review. It's quite a clean and bright boba shop. They have two self-ordering kiosks for use. You may also order from the counter, but they may be too busy with making the drinks. Best bet is to just get in line for the kiosk. Kiosk ordering and cashless payment made easy. Once your order is done, they'll call your order number. It didn't take them very long to get my drinks made. Staff is usually friendly and nice. I asked for a drink bag carrier and the nice gentleman kindly bagged my drinks for me. Thank you young man! As for the drinks, I got 1 Hokkaido Milk Tea with grass jelly, 1 Sunright Milk Tea with crystal boba, and 1 Strawberry Fruit Tea with lychee (for some reason, it wasn't filled up to the top)... all with no ice. I don't like my drinks watery especially when I have to drive a distance to get home. They were all very smooth and tasty. I love the slippery texture and slight sweetness of the grass jelly! Jazz, who happens to be our good friend's daughter, took our orders, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient. I ordered the Creme Brulee Boba Milk Tea, and all our drinks were ready within 2-3 minutes--super fast! Everyone enjoyed their drinks, which were perfect for a hot, sunny Sunday. ATTENTION HEALTH HAZARD! At the eastvale location located at 4916 hamner Ave., Eastvale, CA I had placed an order on 1/6/26 at 6:35 PM for two mango milk teas, upon waiting for my beverages I had noticed that the produce that they stored in the refrigerator by the front where they store the strawberries as well as the dairy products and the yakults that the strawberries were visibly moldy, and brown to appearance. I had notified a staff member and the response I had received from the staff. Member was overwhelmingly disappointing. It was a young woman with light brown hair and she told me with a straight face that that's just the "brand" and when I told her that that's very gross, she said, yeah we've been having that issue a lot and did not dispose of the strawberries. That very next day, me and my mother got violent food poison. Tea Studios does not have a corporate number to call and notify HQ about poor managed stores. I did put a claim in via their website but I think it's incredibly unfair that I had to pay $12.90 to contract food poisoning. The lack of care and attention from the staff is overwhelmingly concerning not only for the business, but for the general public health. A very bright and fun place for boba tea! You order through the kiosk, and maybe customizations are possible including sweetness level, ice, etc. The staff are friendly, and the interior is bright and colorful. We were waiting in line at the "cash register" and every single employee ignored us. After waiting for a good 5 minutes, someone said "oh you have to use the kiosk". The inside and waiting area is pretty small and there's limited seating. There's not too many good boba places around here so Sunright could get pretty busy... especially during the weekends. The process is the same at any other location - you order and pay on the screen and then wait for your drink. You don't interact with the employees that much but they are friendly. One thing I love about Sunright is that it's always consistent. I've never had a bad drink at any location. I've ordered on the mobile app and picked up my drinks ever since it opened. I think that they have good quality drinks no matter if one wants a milk tea, a fruity tea, a creamy and sweet drink, a frostie, or anything. I've ordered basically everything and the quality has always been great - these same quality every time. The service is quick and helpful. I usually don't have to wait for more than a couple of seconds until someone comes to help me with an order. The interior has not a lot of seating except a bench, but there's plenty of seating outside and they also have a bathroom for customers. Overall, I will be coming here for a drink whenever I'm craving it and definitely recommend getting some drinks from here. Great boba shop in the Costco plaza. They have a variety of different teas here like other boba shops but what stands out was their customer service. I came in at a really busy time of the day and the staff was friendly and service was quick. You can order your favorite teas from the kiosk they have there or by the counter I think. Either way, there must have been 10 others in the shop and I got my order within 15 minutes not too bad. There are outdoor seatings to enjoy your drinks and goodies. This is gonna be a 1 star review. Poor faulty point system, poor customer service and customer retention. I'm a frequent customer of this store, and have redeemed 3 drinks prior of this event. The system took the order and disappeared with the points which was just spent on an order. As their first customer of the day. Waited as the store never called my name for the order. One of the employee asked I'm picking up a tea drink that's on the counter, and I answered no. I told her that I have a aged milk tea and she said there is no such order. So I showed her evidence that I have just placed on the day of... the other employee who identified herself as Britney, the store lead, said there is nothing they can do? I would have to call or email to get the points back for my order. Wow, great training. How about you could just make the order with the transaction I have just showed you as a receipt? Picked up my drinks today. While the quality of the drinks are on par with other Sunright Tea studio, this location usually missed a thing or two. They forgot to put straws in my drinks which made it difficult for my party to drink them. Hind sight I should have checked before I go. But I usually go to the Chino Hills location and the staff there usually placed them in there for me and got everything right every time. Thought I'd give this new boba place a try since it seems to be the latest favorite of teens and young adults from what I have heard. I was a little reluctant in trying this as the boba seemed to be thick, but my niece told me that it is soooo good. You can order at the counter, or if it gets super busy, there are ipads on the walls where you can place your order. I ordered the Jasmine Brulee Latte. I love how it is made here because it is made with oat milk. Great for people who maybe lactose intolerant as the oat milk is a good alternative which does not take away the classic jasmine flavor that everyone loves. Happy to have a Sunright in Eastvale. Sunright has definitely become a staple boba shop as of lately and I'm happy to see that they opened one up in our city. This location is definitely designed nicely, though I wish they installed a couple more order pads. We got our regular Oreo and I tried the grape cheese. The Oreo was just as good as any of the other locations and the grape was really delicious. I really like that they use fresh ingredients here rather than the powders. Orders came out fairly quick, service was up to par, and the overall experience was as expected. There's some nice seating outside so you're able to enjoy your drink in the nice CA weather.
