My eldest daughter wanted to get the Patio Special drink from Klatch Coffee yesterday. We happened to be at The Merge in Eastvale and there is a Klatch Coffee inside the Sprouts Farmers Market. Cool beans! Don't mistaken it as part of the bakery like I did. I walked right past it and didn't notice Klatch whatsoever LOL. They just happen to be next by the bakery. This Klatch location has limited drink and snack selections from what I can tell, but glad to know they have the Patio Special. This drink is made with vanilla ice cream, their house made chocolate milk, espresso and a secret ingredient. All the ingredients work so well with one another. It's just an amazing creation! So smooth and creamy! Must get every time. What secret ingredient you ask? Sorry, we can't share. It's a secret! LOL Their Patio Special is a little bit thicker than most which I like. The expresso is a bit stronger than the ones I've tried in the past. Don't get me wrong, it was still very very good. Staff was great. They didn't have very many customers at the time. Service was very quick. Now that I know they are here, I will sure to be back for more Patio Special. Btw, they don't sell the Cinnamon Twist here which I am bummed about because it's the other item I usually get along with the Patio Special. It's all good. Maybe one day they will add it. I really love the coffee here. It has gotten more expensive over the weeks and months so I've been cutting back but they are always so consistent. They had a shuffle of new workers come and go but the managers are great people and keep things moving. I am boring only get the ice lattes but its still pretty good. read more

Matcha latte made with different milk. Amazingly taste. No sweetness adjustment available though because the matcha powder itself is already sweet. Love it though. The coffee itself gets 5 stars. The counter was clean. The -2 stars was from the male cashier on 4/15 9:53am. Up on ordering he gives me poker face and that dead staring. So I went on tell my order right away. (I was having some questions but I feels like this guy don't wanna be bothered so I ordered was on the menu, to be clear I am lactose, so was wondering if the drink made with dairy milk) only adjustment I made was light ice. And he asks for my name, and I give him my name and full spelling of it. And he just left the counter. And I proceeded payment and walked to the waiting area. This is the drink I got. With ice filled to the rim. And he put my name wrong I have to double check with the barista to see if this was my drink. Don't get me wrong there drink taste wonderful. I was so excited when I found out they opened yesterday! Tried for the first time their iced matcha with pumpkin foam. So good! They use oat milk which I like cause I can't do whole milk. Service is excellent! They have a good menu with coffee,teas, and food items as well. You can also add a hand scoop I've cream to your coffee! Heck yah! This is purely a review on their Matcha Latte. I really wanted to like it, but it is a NO go for me. As someone who consumes a lot of matcha I knew as soon as I got my drink that it was NOT going to be good. No matcha flavor at all and all I could taste was the milk. Very disappointing and lack of flavor. Won't be coming back to get my Matcha Latte fix here. read more

This particular location has a lot of room for improvement for its staff. I came in on a busy Saturday. First off the cashier had my order wrong, luckily I corrected it before she closed out my transaction. Also, a lot of chit chatting within baristas and attitude. I love klatch coffee and i am always so pleased with my orders in other locations. The coffee i got here was very thick, not foamy, and not hot( I ordered a latte). The barista who was handing out orders was way more interested in her conversation with the other baristas than fulfilling orders. I never asked her for a lid for my coffee but she threw one on the counter and said "here's a cap if you want one". Why would she throw it on the dirty counter for me? By the time i got home, my coffee had coagulated, eww! I threw it out. I dont plan on returning to this particular location. read more

Soooo stoked and happy there's a Klatch in this city now. The store is inside Sprouts and that definitely doesn't hurt Sprouts since every time I go I end up buying crackers or something from the market. I usually go in the morning and it's not a long line at all. The staff is friendly and the drinks are consistent. Even though it's inside Sprouts, there's a sense of calm that I like more than the one in chino hills which is usually busy. It'll definitely take my dollars because now I can visit one of my favorite coffee shops instead of Starbucks or Dutch Bros which is always busy. And I love that Klatch uses half n half/breve as their ingredient which is what I prefer over milk; other places charge you for that. read more

We went grocery shop around lunch time and were happy we got to grab a freshly made sandwich from Sprouts deli and then get coffee from Klatch. How convenient! The wait was a little long because their coffee grinder was out of order. We didn't mind. The macademia nut latte I ordered was so smooth - I loved it! My husband got black coffee and said it was smooth too, not acidic. We're definitely fans and will be back next time we're in Sprouts. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. When they first opened the drinks were great. Now every time I order a drink here there's something wrong with it. Whoever is making the drinks here does not know how to make lattes. That last two times I order a hot pumpkin spice latte and it tasted like pumpkin flavored hot water and there was no foam. Same thing with the mocha latte, so many times it taste like luke warm water. I guess I'll have to find a different location to get a decent latte. read more

I was able to check this Klatch location before their grand opening. It's located inside Sprouts market with plenty of parking. The baristas and cashiers were all very nice and patient as they made sure I enjoyed my pumpkin chai tea latte. Excited for this location inside the market, go try them out! I love the service, they were very informative on all the coffee questions I had. This Klatch is located in the Sprouts!! They keep it very tidy and clean. Where do i even start?! I went into the Eastvale Sprouts, where they currently opened a Klatch coffee, and asked for a cup of coffee. The person said, "I don't know what you are talking about". I said, "You know just a cup of regular coffee". She said, do you want a latte, an Americano, and named off a bunch of things I have never heard of. I said just a brewed cup of coffee. Finally they figured it out and said it would take 7 minutes to make. When a "coffee" shop has no clue what a cup of coffee is we are in big trouble people. The barista here was so nice and helpful. He knew it was my first time here and took the time to explain everything to me. You could tell he was even proud of the homemade syrups that they offer.
