My empty cup of Iced Biscoff coffee
    Yvette G.

This is a small little shop in a medical plaza. I come here for services and kept wanting to stop in and try a coffee. I finally had a chance and I'm very glad I did. They offer a variety of coffees, smoothies, and I think some boba. They do sandwiches, avocado toast and they did have some pastries in a case as well. I went later in the day so I don't know everything they offer bakery wise but the cookies looked delicious. I think they were some type of smore cookies. I didn't check their full menu. Anyhow to my coffee, I ordered the iced Biscoff with 2% milk, large. It was delicious! I enjoyed every gulp on my drive home. The Biscoff flavor was enough that you still tasted the coffee. The coffee flavor was very good. Smooth, no bitterness. I really enjoyed this iced coffee and look forward to getting it again or trying something different on my next appointment.

Tried a s'mores cookie. It was delicious. Didn't even notice the graham cookie in the middle! Also got an iced latte and that was good as well.

Hot latte and Parisian Hot Chocolate

Recently heard about Coffee Up, so we decided to give it a try. The menu looked interesting. It is a small location attached to a predominantly medical offices building. They have two small tables and a bench outside the entrance, which means there is little seating. And that patio is south facing, which means a lot of sun. The place seemed popular enough at 9am on a Friday with a steady stream of customers. We waited about 5 minutes to order (only 2 people ahead of us in the line). They seemed a bit understaffed based on the number of orders (including ordering ahead), but the wait wasn't horrible. There is a self-service kiosk for ordering. The service was okay, not great, not bad. About our order: 1. Hot latte (breve style = half whole milk, half half and half): it started out decently well, but by the time I was half way through the cup, it tasted almost completely like straight half and half. 2. Parisian Hot Chocolate (I think that was the name): pretty tasty, super sweet. We couldn't drink too much, so we took it home to add milk or something.

New coffee shop in Chino. This one is located in the new buildings across the street from Target. Very small inside so I would say definitely order ahead through their website. I got their Vietnamese Iced Coffee with oat milk. Delicious. Perfect amount of sweet. Perfect balance. I was really hungry but I've tried their breakfast croissant and their spicy chicken avocado sandwich. Both good. Breakfast croissant is a good size portion. I enjoyed their spicy chicken avocado sandwich. Order ahead. Be patient if you order at the location.

This location is on the smaller side, with limited indoor seating and just a few tables outside. The drinks were good, although the cup sizes felt a bit small for the price. We ordered the Spanish latte and the strawberry matcha, and both were flavorful and well-made. Overall, a nice spot for a quick coffee stop if you can find a seat.

this is honestly my #1 favorite local coffee shop. i always hype this place up. it helps that it's less than 10 minutes from my work. i recommend to always order ahead on their website so that your order is ready quickly because the inside is very small. i love how they have so many drink and food options with both sweet and savory choices. they also have snacks near the ordering kiosk. if you really like their coffee, you can also buy their beans here. my go to drink is the mayan mocha. this store made me obsessed with mocha drinks and the way the chocolate and spice compliments the espresso is so delicious. i've tried many variations of sweetness and milks and it always tastes good. i've had their other coffees before and they're also all delicious. i haven't tried their matcha yet because i come here for the coffee. i just realllyyyy love the taste of the coffee beans used here and all the various latte flavors. my favorite food here is the spicy chicken avocado panini. you can choose your side to go with it but i usually choose kale with a side of spicy mayo. it's always perfectly crispy and the flavors go so well together. i have tried some other sweet and savory options and they're all a hit. you can't really go wrong with anything here. the inside is a really small store but it's perfect to eat at quickly before heading to work or while on break if you're solo. not a great place to study or chat with friends. they do have a small bar table inside with 3 seats and 1 or 2 small tables outside with chairs. absolutely love this place. the taste and quality of every food and drink is amazing!

    Iced Hawaiian

When in Chino, Coffee Up Roastery is a good option to satisfy your latte fix. The shop is fairly small, so be prepared to wait outside to order/for your order - there are two tables outside for you. I got an iced Hawaiian latte (with almond milk), which was tasty! Had the right amount of pickmeup, was smooth and creamy. Highly recommend this latte that's made with chocolate and coconut and comes topped with macadamia nuts. Also ordered a strawberry matcha and blue lavender lattes ( honey + lavender), which the family enjoyed. Coffee Up is located on the side of a new apartment complex ( looks like it may still be under construction), so it may look like you're in the wrong spot. Plenty of parking available.

A charming coffee shop, located in a building plaza. Minimalistic interior design and limited seating. This place is meant for coffee to go. The staff is nice and fast with their services, especially when they have long lines. I ordered a Hot Hawaiian and it has macadamia nut, chocolate and coconut, it was good.

Found this hidden gem on the way to work. They have a lot of variety and unique drinks, which personally I love! I always am eager to try different drink combinations well out. And this Hawaiian latte def hit the spot for me. My only complaint is, it took over 10 -15 minutes to get my drink (I was the only person in there) So they do get busy with online orders. Normally I don't mind but again was on my way to work needless to say I will be back here lol

I tried the Biscoff latte, expecting it to be pretty sweet, but surprisingly it wasn't. It's topped with a Biscoff cookie, but the flavor itself is much more coffee-forward. I think I was hoping for more of that cookie-butter taste, but it was still good overall. The location is a bit hidden and very tiny--definitely more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and hang out. There are two little tables outside and a small counter with three stools inside. Also, the prices seem really reasonable in this market .

The Strawberry Creme with espresso, Green Smoothie
    Ely B.

I tried Coffee Up Roastery for the first time about two weeks ago for my birthday. While initially stunned and charmed at how small and quaint the inside was, I was overall very impressed with the quality and taste of the food and drink! I ordered the strawberry creme with almond milk and shots of espresso. (This has become my usual, but I've also tried the matcha creme with strawberry and it was also delicious!) I'm glad the barista asked if I wanted espresso in the creme, as I had assumed it was a coffee drink. My friend got the green smoothie and that was also very good and refreshing. I always get the bagel sandwich which is absolutely amazing and the jalapeño bagel toasted with cream cheese, which is also 10/10. Overall, no complaints. So glad to have found this place and tried it out, I am definitely a regular now!

    Tiramisu Latte

Excellent quality coffee! Highly recommend the Biscoff latte, tiramisu latte, and the Vietnamese coffee. So glad this place is practically in my backyard! I've found a new spot for my daily fix!

Spicy chicken avocado panini (half bc I ate the other half already, whoops!) - SO GOOD!!!!
    Lina T.

Stopped by this cute coffee shop with my friend before we went apple picking and I LOVED IT. Everything about the visit was pleasant even if there was a slight wait. Parking was ample, it's in an unassuming area which made it even more impressive how busy this spot is! If there's a wait, normally it's THAT good and this place was THAT good for me. The spicy chicken avocado panini was hot and fresh. The crisp on the bread and the flavors melding together, ugh so good. It's not very spicy at all though haha. I'd order it again in a heartbeat, the prices were very reasonable too. The salad was decent, not great, but it is just a side and honestly better than nothing so I'm happy with it! The drinks all looked good. I opted for a fall season drink because why not.. it was tasty and I enjoyed it lots. I had a pumpkin biscoff oat latte. I think they are popular for their biscoff drinks as I saw so many people order them. Love the cookie on top, it's cute. Lastly, the workers there were really nice. Give them grace when there's a wait. They are trying their best and they are still kind. One of the workers even gave an extra biscoff to a father who was willing to pay for an extra for his kid. I know it's a minor gesture, but still shows the heart of this shop. Come support this local coffee shop!

Asked for extra toasted. Had them retoast it.

Do you use a chai powder or liquid for your chai drinks? Does it contain dairy (casein or whey protein)? I'm allergic.

Hi Lauren, our chai is made from a chai tea concentrate. It does not contain any dairy itself but a latte does have milk. I would recommend substituting for an alternative milk like oat milk. We do not charge for milk substitutions!

Any chance of any fresh roasted Robusta blends in the future?

Hi Tex! It’s definitely a possibility in the future. For now we have many organic, single origin options.

Hi! Is the Mayan made with dark chocolate?

Hello thank you for reaching out! Yes, the Mayan is made with melted dark chocolate, spiced with cinnamon, and sweetened with brown sugar and a touch of vanilla.

Do you guys plan to open on weekend mornings?

Hello David, we are definitely planning to open on the weekends, we will let you know once we do! Please follow our social media for the latest. :)

Hello Khanh! Thanks for the message. We do have a few bar seating inside and patio seating outside. Hope to see you there!

Welcome back for another episode of Delicious with Zach!…read moreToday we tried a Carlotta, Pineapple Drop, Palmiers, Turkey & Cheese Croissant and Monkey Bread Carlotta - 10/10 Absolutely delicious. The texture, the bright lemon flavor, not overly sweet, and full of fresh flavor. Everything was perfectly balanced and on point. Pineapple Drop - 8.75/10 I was expecting the cookie to be a bit drier, but that was just my initial assumption. The pineapple flavor came through nicely and wasn't overly sticky or "tacky." Palmiers - 10/10 Baked to perfection. Flaky, soft, with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor was beautifully balanced and those sugar crystals were delicious. Felt like I was sitting in a South American bakery. Turkey & Cheese Croissant - 7.92/10 The croissant itself was perfect, the turkey was good, and the cheese was just okay. In fairness, we only ordered this because they were out of the ham & cheese croissants (which we love). If I had never tried the ham & cheese version, this one would probably land in the high 8s or low 9s. Unfortunately, the turkey & cheese just didn't stand a chance against the original. Monkey Bread 10/10 Holy cow! The monkey bread can be described as addictive... the monkey bread is baked with pecans on the bottom, cherries mixed in, cinnamon and a soft dough drizzled with frosting. The monkey bread was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The pecans and cherries were perfectly balanced in the monkey bread creating a delicious snack. One last note: We went back up to order more palmiers and the wonderful lady working the counter (Maria) gave us a complimentary one and a monkey bread. Super kind and thoughtful; she actually helped guide us to the carlota as I was wanting a lemon bar or tart and they were out of them. She suggested the carlota and described the taste and she was perfect in Her recommendations. Maria deserves employee of the month!

Even though I'm not usually a coffee drinker, the Ube Coffee was perfectly sweetened and easy to enjoy. The Lychee Jasmine Tea was light, crisp, and refreshing, especially on a warm day. The Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant was buttery, flaky, and had just the right amount of garlic flavor without being overpowering. It paired really well with the drinks. While I was eating it, it tasted a little off. 30 min after eating it, I started getting stomach pains and later threw up in the restroom and continued to have the runs and threw up two more times after we left. When I told the cashier I think I ate something spoiled cus I threw up, she seemed really unbothered and I had to ask for a refund.
