banana cream latte (left) & strawberry matcha (right)
Katie L.

Out of all the coffee shops in the area (and there are so many), Mont caught both my friend's and my attention! We thought it looked the prettiest haha Good choice too! The drinks were so rich, strong, and flavorful!! My friend said she rlly liked the matcha, and she thought her strawberry matcha was pretty (I agree!) My banana cream latte was js what I wanted! Perfect ratio of banana to espresso ratio! And the foam was vv creamy^^ The interior is beautiful! The seats are also comfortable as they all have cushions! Will say it was a little loud, as the music was lowk blasting, but it was fun vibes! Might be a little hard to get any work done tho Oh and the staff were friendly!! The girl who handed me our drinks was helpful, she said to let her know if we needed anything :)

We came here on a Saturday evening after dinner and I'm definitely coming back. This place has really good matcha. We ordered a double matcha, a hot chocolate for my little one, and a cloud/coconut matcha. There was plenty of seating at their tables as well as some thin cushions. There is one restroom and it was kept very clean. The staff were friendly as well and presentation of the drinks were great.

I must admit, I was hesitant to try a new coffee shop this time around. There has been a rising influx of new coffee shops in the area, and I have been quite mostly disappointed by a lot of them. So, when my partner brought up Mont Coffee, I was not super excited. As we drive in, we notice the coffee shop looks like a gem between the other businesses around it. A smoke shop and nail salon to the left, and other random cute shops around it. The parking is nice and easy. There is one disabled parking spot in front of the business. For sure not enough, but that is definitely something the owners of the property could improve. We get off, I get on my wheelchair. As we begin to make our way up the tactile floor that is at the landing pad of the ramp, we realize there is something off. The tactile floor is part of the ramp, not a landing site. The ramp is also bumpy, and weirdly connected to the hash marks of the parking. Not in a regular way, but just weird is how I can describe it. Definitely an accident waiting to happen for anyone with mobility aids, or a disability. Just be careful if you use any of that, or are vision impaired, or disabled. We go inside, the atmosphere is beautiful. The baristas and cashier greet us with a smile and "welcome!". There are students to the right in the seating areas, studying, talking, enjoying their coffee or drink. There is even a family at one table just laughing and enjoying their drinks. Gorgeous, absolutely stunning environment. We order, the cashier is incredibly patient and kind. The payment is easy and smooth. One note though: this is a NO CASH place, so ensure to bring your electronic payment. About 3 minutes go by, and we get our orders. My partner the strawberry matcha, and I the blueberry matcha. Scared, I take my first sip. Earthy, smooth, umami, real blueberry, sweet but not too sweet. I am in love. Completely and utterly obsessed. It tastes like the matcha gods decided to finally bless the local area with such a delicious drink. I look over at my partner, their expression is exactly like mine. I know right then and there that we might be broke from now on due to our new addiction to Mont. If you love good, real matcha: try this place. To be honest, i'd love to gatekeep because I am afraid of the quality going down. But atlas, I mustn't be selfish. I must share this god-sent matcha and drink place in order to ensure the owners keep succeeding with this business. absolutely love. 10/10. Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself by coming here.

banana cream latte, salt bread, mushroom pastry

Coffee was fantastic! I got the banana cream latte and was pleasantly surprised that there were actual bits of banana in the cream topping!! I also got the mushroom pastry and salt bread. The mushroom pastry was delicious, and the salt bread was good but nothing special! This place is popular (and I can see why!), so definitely anticipate a line, especially on the weekends. The space is decently sized and there are tables, but seating is very limited. I would definitely return to try some of the other things!

I can see why this place is so popular and always busy. Even with how busy it was, the drinks came out really fast & the customer service was great. I got the Double Pumpkin & Banana Iced Latte, both were SO good. Honestly 10/10 on the drinks! They are a little pricey, but definitely worth trying.

Was in the area and decided to check it out since the reviews looked like a good local coffee shop. I think it's a solid cafe, they have lots of coffee, matcha, and tea options. But, I came here for the matcha because I saw they use Rocky's Matcha! 'Double Matcha': Matcha flavor was good, overall more on the milky/creamier side tho. it was also not too sweet, but personally I think I would have enjoyed one of their flavored matcha drinks instead which I'll have to try!

Drink/Food: 3/5 for the drink Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 I wanted to try a new refresher drink. I ordered Iced Hojicha Tea with agave syrup. It was nutty bitter flavor. It was okay.

Every drink is great. Just a fan of the drinks not so much the food. My daughter bought the jalapeño cheese bread and twice it was thoroughly warmed up.

Cold brew, matcha, banana latte

Matcha is good. Banana latte is good. The cold brew was not good. I needed a late day pick me up and the cold brew tasted like water. The pastry was cold. Drove from Rancho Cucamonga to try this. A little disappointed.

~ Use Rocky's Matcha !!! ~ Super smooth matcha! Perfect sweetness with a hint of umami. Also sells Rocky's matcha and hojicha for about $2 more than the website. Fast service! Lots of seating!

My daughter recommended this place so we went to try it out Customer Service was good It was a bit busy but moved quickly We ordered 4 different drinks and a apple pastry We waited a bit Received our items had to ask the young lady to label the coffees we had no clue what was what she did Also one of the drinks was made different than the first time my daughter ordered it the whole reason we came to this place she loved it She explained it to the young lady and was told oh okay I'll add the cream to the top but next time will be a charge. weird right I'm assuming everyone is trained on how to make the drinks so I think it's weird people are making them different and then possibly charging extra The apple danish was delicious The banana cream latte didn't have a banana taste at all Coffee shop is nice on plain side very beige So if you order a drink and like it, it might not be the same next time

Croffle, salt bread, and matcha latte with vanilla cold foam

I'm usually the girlie who meal preps and rarely eats out--especially for breakfast--but this place has become my latest obsession, and it's happily taking all my money. I've been coming here 2-3 times a week (both weekdays and weekends), and it's no surprise that it's always busy. Despite that, the service is quick, and the food and drinks are consistently delicious. It's surprisingly hard to find a café that excels at both, but they absolutely do. My go-to drink is the Mont Matcha Cream, and I usually rotate between the salt bread, ham croffle, and their regular croffle. A lot of coffee shops disappoint when it comes to matcha, but not here. The matcha flavor is rich and perfectly balanced, and if you want an even stronger matcha taste, you can always add an extra shot. I actually tried salt bread in Korea and thought it was just okay, but this place completely changed my mind. Their version has a creamy filling that takes it to another level. I know "salt bread" sounds incredibly simple, but sometimes simple is exactly what hits the spot--and this one absolutely does.

I've been so excited to try Mont Coffee because I've heard so much great things about it. Mont is in a busy location, next to a bowling alley and lots of eatery places which get crowded easily. When I arrived, there was a little line that moved quickly. I ordered the double matcha. There was a lot of seating options. I wouldn't recommend this place to study, though, it gets a little loud--at times. I couldn't really hear myself nor talk to my sister. I waited around 5 minutes to receive my drink, which was better than I expected, since there was a line. The matcha was decent, a solid 7/10. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but wasn't terrible. I really enjoyed the matcha cold foam. Mont is a cute cafe, you can even purchase Rocky's Matcha here. It's a simple spot with good service.

I've never seen them before, but I'm glad I found them now. Parking is tricky, so know that they are behind the Roscoe restaurant. Once I found it, I was very pleased. The place is so cute and inviting, and they are playing good music, which of course is one of my pet peeves. LOL. The barista was so helpful because they have so many drinks, I wasn't sure which one I wanted. I let her know that I really don't like sweet drinks, and she guided me to get something that was not so sweet. That took a good minute, so I think I am thankful for her patience and good suggestion. There are not very many vegan or vegan friendly places in Chino. So this was One of the reasons why I went there is because they have a vegan burrito. Which was really good. I'm thinking everything else is good as well. Prices are average. no gouging going on here . I really like this place, and I will definitely be back again. Thank you to Lavina, for being so helpful. I hope I got her name right. See you soon, the dirty penguin. If you are in the area, you need to stop by and try for yourself.

I'm not vegan but I was raving about this burrito for weeks after trying it. It comes with a salad that they dress up in a vinaigrette and two sauces to try, one cilantro and one (I forget what the red one is but I liked the cilantro more). The burrito basically tastes and has the texture of a chorizo and potato burrito and the sauce gives it the kick it needs. I've also tried their sea salted caramel latte and it's a bit too sweet for breakfast but very tasty. They are one of the few coffee shops where the music isn't blasting the whole time and there's always available tables and outlets. I also love that there's plants and art to purchase!

Absolutely Delicious - A Must-Visit for Ube Lovers! Even…read morethough we recently moved away from Chino Hills to Henderson, NV, Cafe 86 remains one of our absolute favorite spots that we miss the most! Every time we visited, it was a guaranteed hit for the whole family. On our last go-around, we loaded up on our favorites, and as always, they did not disappoint: Ube Tres Leches: The undisputed star of the show. It is incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and has the most amazing, rich ube flavor. You cannot leave without trying this! Halo Halo: Packed with all the traditional goodies and so refreshing. It's the BOMB. Ube Truffles: Bite-sized perfection. Rich, fudgy, and the ultimate little treat to take home (if they even make it to the car). Jasmine Milk Tea & Sea Salt Coffee: The perfect drink pairings. The jasmine milk tea is wonderfully fragrant and refreshing, while the sea salt coffee hits that perfect balance of bold, savory, and sweet. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and it's just the best place to treat the kids or catch up with friends. Chino Hills is so lucky to have this gem. If you haven't been yet, go change that immediately!

It was very refreshing, you just have to give it a little "mix mix" (Halo Halo). Excited to try more!

The butterscotch latte wasn't my favorite because it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but if you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably enjoy it. They also have pastries and cookies, however I didn't get to The ambiance is definitely one of the highlights. The café has a cozy industrial vibe with exposed brick walls, warm lighting, and cute decor that makes it feel inviting.
