Legit matcha in the Chino area? that's craaaazy. I would say their matcha is pretty comparable to the shops you would get in LA. I got the double matcha ($8, small boy), which was pretty reasonable. It didn't look so busy from the outside, but once you get inside, wow its actually pretty busy. The atmosphere feels cozy and inviting, although I feel like the roof of the building feels kinda short, but it feels quite homey. First sip of the double matcha, it was really good! Although I wish the cream top was a bit thicker, and the overall drink could be a bit less sweet, but it was still pretty delicious matcha. I would say it's not in a very convenient location, it's kind of in the middle of Chino surrounded by other homes and very small businesses. Seems like they are still getting good business!
We visited Coft around 1 pm on a Monday and were surprised by how packed it was in the middle of a weekday. We got lucky with street parking right in front, and there's also a small parking lot in the back. If it was already this busy on a Monday afternoon, I can imagine parking being more difficult during peak times. There were a few people ahead of us in line, but our drinks came out within about 10 minutes of ordering, which was pretty quick considering how full the cafe was. We tried the Sea Salt Hojicha, Berries & Cream Matcha, and Flan Latte, all at regular sweetness after asking the cashier for his recommendation. Everything was amazing. I find that a lot of cafes may do one type of drink really well, but it's rare for me to find a place that does coffee, matcha, and hojicha equally well. The Flan Latte was probably the most memorable for me, but the other two were great in their own ways. Both the matcha and hojicha were smooth with strong tea flavors, and the sweetness was well balanced. If I were being picky, I'd probably order the Sea Salt Hojicha a little less sweet next time just to let the hojicha come through even more. Coft has such a creative menu, and there were so many other drinks that caught my attention. I honestly wish it were closer because I'd love to keep coming back and working my way through more of the menu.
Delicious matcha and drinks. The coconut cloud matcha is a MUST. Or if you like berries, the berry cloud matcha is delicious as well. I'm personally not a huge fan of their regular/double matcha because it's not as grassy for my liking. Also, their regular matcha comes with soy milk as a standard. So make sure to ask for the correct milk you want. Oh did I mention the coconut cloud matcha has coconut flakes on top and a matcha pocky stick inside MMM so gooddd. However, the accessibility? 0/10! That's literally the only reason for my 4/5. The parking situation is terrible, tiny parking that only fits maybe 3-4 cars. Only one accessible parking spot that's all the way inside the back parking which is nearly impossible to get to. If you're a wheelchair user or mobility impaired, I recommend going with someone who can help or having them order for you. I'm a wheelchair user and have not been able to get inside to check it out just yet due to the lack of accessibility. Hope something can be done to address this. Anyways, other than that love this place!
Coft should do a better job advertising that they sell froyo now- because it is hella yummy. Parking here is not very good since it seems like it was previously some sort of office/residential building previously but it's a big third space and lends to a homey vibe. I'll be strong and weather out the parking and waits though because their hojicha is way better than it should be.
A friend invited me to come here, and I absolutely loved how spacious it was on the inside! Definitely a nice spot to come with a group of friends :) Parking was a little limited tho, but luckily I was still able to find a spot in the back section! I ended up ordering the Iced Flan Latte and absolutely loved the different layers of flavor it had. It started off a little stronger at the bottom while being sweeter toward the top. I also really loved the presentation of it. Super cute!! I would absolutely order it again!!
Calm luh spot with a calm luh vibe. Calm luh people working making some calm luh drinks. Put on my Mr. Perform for the masses hat and did my lil nonchalant walk into the establishment. Drinks were cool, nothing too special. Glad to see Chino getting some love though.
Their double matcha and Flan latte is the BEST. Everything else is sooo good. The only one that I've tried and wasn't a fan of was the Berry matcha. It was not giving berry. The berry cold foam is lacking the berry flavor it just tasted like plain cream The service is ok it feels like they just want you to order and move along which I get with the long lines they sometimes get but to me customer service is everything! There's a lot of seating inside and it looks very homey and cozy. The parking is so bad I hope they can open a second location soon
I was shopping a few days earlier and noticed a girl with delicious looking coffee. I asked her about it and she said it was from Coft. A few days later I stopped by here. Parking is weird here. They share a parking lot with a nail salon and the on-site parking is limited and cramped. I pulled up with a spot open. I suffered later as it was tricky to reverse out but I survived. Lol. I guess you can park on the street but there are signs from the business regarding towing, so I was a bit ancy. Not sure how comfortable I would feel if I returned to stay and study for a few hours. Anywho, this establishment looks like its a house renovated into a coffee shop. Decent amount of tables and chairs to stay for a chat over coffee or a study session. Lots of seating outside as well. They also have a shelf of books, but I wish it wasn't tucked away making it hard to access if other customers are sitting right in front of it. As for the service and drink I would give it a 4. Service was friendly and I did get a few recommendations. I decided to get their vietnamese coffee and to their credit, it was decent. I come from GG/Bolsa which has the most authentic vietnamese coffees in Socal, so given this is out of that area, they still have a good recipe for viet coffee. The only thing was I wasn't allowed to get extra ice probably because of their recipe. Their normal ice level was fine. I also got a spinach feta croissant. I did like that they had a variety lof savory and sweet croissants. Although my croissant was warmed, the inside of it was not when I took a few bites. The flavor was also just okay, so I wouldn't get that again. All in all, I would return to try other drinks but be more cautious of where I park.

A plus is that service here is super quick and got our drinks out in record time! Located a small lot shared with a nail shop, there was limited parking in the front and rear of the cafe. Street parking is permitted but you may need to park far. The cafe cautions to not park in the neighborhood behind them as well. When you do find parking, the inside of the cafe is roomy with places of sit and chat. Several people came to study and independently work. There is also outdoor seating if you wish to enjoy your drink with some natural sun. Their menu hit all the major matcha drink options and even comes in small or large. I selected the berries and cream matcha with light ice and less sweet. I think this combo hit the spot because the berries added some sweetness and allowed me to still taste the matcha. I opted for the large which ended up costing ~$9. Overall, the drinks are good, slightly costly if you choose to get a larger size, and would definitely come back. Parking is a major struggle but if you are patient, it is possible to secure a spot. I also saw some people who ordered ahead possibly online so this could be an option for you as well!
Pros: good pastries, good quality matcha, lots of places inside and outside to sit. Cons: my matcha was a little too milky and not matcha-y enough. Parking is very difficult to find. Good luck coming on the weekend! Overall: seems like a hip spot for a matcha. The building has a different vibe. The ceilings are low and it makes me feel less like a coffee shop. Service was very friendly. I would go back during the week and maybe in the morning.
This place popped up on my tik tok so I decided to try it. I have gone many times since and it has become my favorite place to get matcha. The double matcha with oat milk has been consistently so delicious, creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The matcha flavor really shines without being too overpowering, and the oat milk makes it extra rich and satisfying. I'm officially obsessed and will definitely be coming back for another one!
I thought the matcha here was pretty mid, to be honest. I got the matcha latte, and while I liked how vibrant and green the matcha was, the flavor just didn't really suit my taste. It wasn't bad, but I've definitely had matcha from other places that I personally enjoyed more. The cup was really cute though, and I liked the overall aesthetic of the shop. It's a pretty small space, but everything felt cute and put together. The staff was also nice, although there wasn't too much interaction beyond ordering. Parking was probably one of the more inconvenient parts since it's mostly street parking. Because the area is pretty small and awkward, I can imagine it being difficult to find a spot when it gets busy. Overall, it was nice to try, but I probably wouldn't make the drive specifically for this matcha. There are other spots closer to me that I prefer, but if you're already in the area, I think it's still worth trying for yourself!

Met up with a new friend here, and it was both of our first times trying. The drinks were really good, I can understand why the cafe is trending on TikTok and the line is so busy! I had the marble latte, and my friend got the flan latte. Will note that the flan latte took VERY long. Though it might've been that they forgot his drink, but when I ran into another friend here and she got the same drink (flan latte), she also said hers took very long. It must be a specialty drink, so js sharing in case anyone is in a potential rush and wants this drink :) Staff were friendly! The girl at the register (sadly, I didn't get her name) was all smiles, greeted so cheerfully, and had excellent customer service, even with the rush! The cafe itself is very aesthetic, great for photo ops! Though it is extremely crowded, so good luck finding seats (we sat outside as the weather was nice, and they have large umbrellas that offer plenty of shade!) Only one restroom tho, and the line does get kinda long! read more
Pretty cute spot for a quick matcha! I wanted to try their coconut matcha drink and it did not disappoint! Just beware parking can be super hard considering there's limited space so there's street parking to accommodate for that. Sometimes it can get pretty packed but service was quick! The coconut matcha was so REFRESHING and the matcha wasn't too sweet as I had adjusted the sweetness. I also tried their double matcha which is creamy and yummy! Would def come here again! read more

Cute coffee shop. There's a decent amount of seating inside, as well as outside. I really liked their flan latte, which had a unique cream top. There are a variety of creamtop options and the matcha was creamy and nutty as well. My personal favorite was also the matcha with the crème brûlée top. Limited parking but a lot of street parking. read more
been in this area recently and 100% this is one of the best matcha places out here! i got a reg matcha latte and is def worth the drive here for it! been warned by all previous reviews that parking is really bad here and i agree! i did come early in the morning, so it wasn't that bad of an issue. really friendly workers there! very nice cozy spot to get matcha, catch up with friends, get some work done! there is also a really nice patio outside but it has been hot recently outside, so i would say sitting outside in the spring time drinking your matcha would be really nice!! read more
This Coffee shop has such a modern and clean look. They have plenty of seating and spacious tables, and free Wi-Fi. They have a good Matcha latte and it tastes pretty smooth and good. It's so hard to find good Matcha and this one was pretty good .The flan latte is also good and has a creamy top with sugar lightly torched. The staff was pretty nice too and were very patient with some questions I had. I I went around 11 AM so the line wasn't so long, but this place does get pretty full . They also have limited parking as it is a small parking lot. read more

Ordered the Matcha Latte, liked how it already came with Oat milk. It could use some more matcha powder since the oat overpowers it a bit but, good matcha overall. The service was quick and seems like a nice study spot with AC and seating. The only con is the parking situation, barely any street parking available. read more
Busy on a Saturday:) line out the door which I'd consider to be a good sign. Freindly and trendy. Quiet patio out front and out back as well! It's too busy inside to take pictures but it's got fast paced kitchen that's right in the middle so you can see the urgency everyone is working busily! They have a kiddos menu which has things like berry puree milk! My kids loved it! The berry milk tastes like a delicious milkshake! You can see the little seeds at the bottom! The floral jasmine lime has a complex flavor, I was expecting mainlu lime but instead I tasted the floral and tea which i liked:) read more
DELICIOUS coffee first off! I had the sea salt coffee and I want to go back to get it again, it was SO good. I was lucky to get the last pastry which was the pizza croissant and it was really good, I wanted to try the other ones but they were all out. Inside has good seating for studying and working and a good amount of outlets! The workers are non stop working, there's a lot of business but they all have lots of patience. Thanks!! read more

Coft has become one of my favorite coffee locations. I have tried most of their drinks and they have all been delicious. I highly recommend this location and they are always friendly and quick to give you your order. The location has plenty of sitting space indoors and outdoor. Parking can be tricky but def worth the stress of finding parking. read more
Since I'm out of town, I'm always on the hunt for spots that are actually worth trying--and COFT Coffee definitely did not disappoint. I tried a few drinks and every single one hit. The coconut matcha was one of my favorites--super smooth, light, and not overly sweet. It had this subtle coconut flavor, and the coconut flakes on top were such a nice touch. It felt refreshing and well balanced, not heavy or artificial tasting at all. The flan latte was also sooo good. It had that creamy, slightly caramel flavor you'd expect, but still not overly sweet, and the espresso came through perfectly. It gave it that nice little kick without being too much. One of those drinks you don't want to share but probably should. Their Vietnamese coffee was solid too--and definitely stronger than most places I've tried. If you're looking for something that will actually wake you up, this is it. I also really appreciated that they had a kids menu. My kids got the double berries and cream with whole milk and it was honestly delicious. I ended up mixing a little into my matcha and it was actually so good--unexpected combo but it worked. Now the pastries... 10/10 across the board. I tried the turkey and provolone, the cheese pastry, and the jalapeño one. I love that they offered to warm them up because they came out perfectly crispy and warm--just hits different like that. The vibe inside is super mellow and welcoming. It's spacious, clean, and has a really nice aesthetic. It honestly felt like one of those places you can just sit, relax, and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. The big mirror in the restroom is a fun touch, although I will say the restroom had a slight smell. Customer service was amazing--fast, friendly, and just really good energy all around. Even though I'm just visiting, this is 100% a spot I'd come back to every time I'm in town. read more

I love Coft! This place is the hub for great quality matcha and coffee in the IE. I'm more of a matcha fanatic, and I particularly enjoyed the double matcha and the double berry matcha. I love the way this café makes their matcha and cold foam. The matcha tastes rich and their cold foam is to my liking- a bit on the thicker side. I really appreciate the ambiance, it gives a very "homey" vibe and I love the warm lighting the café chose. There is also a bathroom, which is really convenient! The only downside is the parking, when I visit this place I typically have to park far and walk- but the quality of the food is worth it. read more

My friend Leonard told me I just had to try this place out, and I'm so glad he did! What a cute little coffee and matcha shop! First of all, the parking lot is VERY small. There is street parking available, but with all the other businesses, the residential parking on the street and the church and high school right there, it's nearly impossible to find parking. They have a sign posted that local businesses will have you towed if you park in their lot. I ended up parking a couple blocks away and walking. They have another lot behind the shop, but that was also full and very small. It was packed while I was here. The line moved quickly and they were whipping out orders promptly. I decided to try the coconut matcha and got the berries and cream matcha for my oldest. The coconut matcha was incredible! By far my favorite, and some of the best matcha I've had. It blew my mind. The berries and cream matcha was a bit more bland and almost had a bitter taste to it. My daughter liked it, but it probably would have been better if she'd been able to have it fresh, but it had to survive the ride home. I would definitely come here again! read more

Yes yes yes! One of the best matchas I've ever had. I got a double matcha latte and it was incredible. Creamy and so matcha forward, this latte was everything I wanted. The outside is so cute with a lot of seating. I could see myself studying here. The inside is bigger than it looks. Plenty of space. Service was fast with a very short wait time. read more

Okay I am loving the matcha here. There's plenty of terrific matcha in LA and OC but I hadn't found anything comparable until Coft. Their matcha is super smooth and goes incredibly well with the sea salt cream top. Their drinks are made with oat milk by default, which is a plus in my book! The parking situation is a mess and my first time trying to come here, I actually left and went to a different matcha shop. Don't let that deter you! That or come with a friend who can run inside and order for both of you. I'm glad I gave it another try because it's now my favorite in the IE. Lots of seating in the outdoor patios, front and back of the shop. There's a good amount of seating inside as well but expect that it's full of people working on their laptops. read more
I finally made it to Coft Cafe and I'm obsessed. The vibe is super cozy and the drinks did not disappoint. I tried the double matcha, berry matcha, and coconut matcha The double matcha was my favorite. It was so creamy and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high quality ingredients for this. The coconut matcha was refreshing, lightly sweet, and topped with toasted coconut that takes it to another level. I loved this esp given how hot it's been in chino. The berry matcha was decent, still good, just not my favorite. I wish it had more of a berry flavor. Parking is a bit rough (street parking with limited on site parking) but it's worth the journey!
