Busy on a Saturday:) line out the door which I'd consider to be a good sign. Freindly and trendy. Quiet patio out front and out back as well! It's too busy inside to take pictures but it's got fast paced kitchen that's right in the middle so you can see the urgency everyone is working busily! They have a kiddos menu which has things like berry puree milk! My kids loved it! The berry milk tastes like a delicious milkshake! You can see the little seeds at the bottom! The floral jasmine lime has a complex flavor, I was expecting mainlu lime but instead I tasted the floral and tea which i liked:)
First time here was a Thursday morning. I just ordered one large Matcha latte. First thing to note parking very much is the only downside here unfortunately it is extremely small thankfully, I did find one spot right in their lot, but getting out of that one spot was such a hassle with other cars around. They do have a sign when you enter that other businesses will tow your car if you do park in their areas so that definitely makes me nervous whenever I do want to go now. Now for the Matcha, I ordered a large iced Matcha latte that was seven dollars, which I genuinely think that price is extremely reasonable. I did feel like it did have a lot of ice which wasn't my favorite, but I'm not too picky on that but I do wish they would be a little lighter on the ice. Taste wise the Matcha was good. It did have a hint of sweetness, not as much as I would have liked, but still very much worth it that I will come back. Service was meh I was standing waiting to order for a few mins while it looked like the employees were just chatting which felt weird. Until I made eye contact with one of them and they started taking my order so not the very best. All in all I will be coming back.
DELICIOUS coffee first off! I had the sea salt coffee and I want to go back to get it again, it was SO good. I was lucky to get the last pastry which was the pizza croissant and it was really good, I wanted to try the other ones but they were all out. Inside has good seating for studying and working and a good amount of outlets! The workers are non stop working, there's a lot of business but they all have lots of patience. Thanks!!
Since I'm out of town, I'm always on the hunt for spots that are actually worth trying--and COFT Coffee definitely did not disappoint. I tried a few drinks and every single one hit. The coconut matcha was one of my favorites--super smooth, light, and not overly sweet. It had this subtle coconut flavor, and the coconut flakes on top were such a nice touch. It felt refreshing and well balanced, not heavy or artificial tasting at all. The flan latte was also sooo good. It had that creamy, slightly caramel flavor you'd expect, but still not overly sweet, and the espresso came through perfectly. It gave it that nice little kick without being too much. One of those drinks you don't want to share but probably should. Their Vietnamese coffee was solid too--and definitely stronger than most places I've tried. If you're looking for something that will actually wake you up, this is it. I also really appreciated that they had a kids menu. My kids got the double berries and cream with whole milk and it was honestly delicious. I ended up mixing a little into my matcha and it was actually so good--unexpected combo but it worked. Now the pastries... 10/10 across the board. I tried the turkey and provolone, the cheese pastry, and the jalapeño one. I love that they offered to warm them up because they came out perfectly crispy and warm--just hits different like that. The vibe inside is super mellow and welcoming. It's spacious, clean, and has a really nice aesthetic. It honestly felt like one of those places you can just sit, relax, and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. The big mirror in the restroom is a fun touch, although I will say the restroom had a slight smell. Customer service was amazing--fast, friendly, and just really good energy all around. Even though I'm just visiting, this is 100% a spot I'd come back to every time I'm in town.
My friend Leonard told me I just had to try this place out, and I'm so glad he did! What a cute little coffee and matcha shop! First of all, the parking lot is VERY small. There is street parking available, but with all the other businesses, the residential parking on the street and the church and high school right there, it's nearly impossible to find parking. They have a sign posted that local businesses will have you towed if you park in their lot. I ended up parking a couple blocks away and walking. They have another lot behind the shop, but that was also full and very small. It was packed while I was here. The line moved quickly and they were whipping out orders promptly. I decided to try the coconut matcha and got the berries and cream matcha for my oldest. The coconut matcha was incredible! By far my favorite, and some of the best matcha I've had. It blew my mind. The berries and cream matcha was a bit more bland and almost had a bitter taste to it. My daughter liked it, but it probably would have been better if she'd been able to have it fresh, but it had to survive the ride home. I would definitely come here again!
Yes yes yes! One of the best matchas I've ever had. I got a double matcha latte and it was incredible. Creamy and so matcha forward, this latte was everything I wanted. The outside is so cute with a lot of seating. I could see myself studying here. The inside is bigger than it looks. Plenty of space. Service was fast with a very short wait time.
I finally made it to Coft Cafe and I'm obsessed. The vibe is super cozy and the drinks did not disappoint. I tried the double matcha, berry matcha, and coconut matcha The double matcha was my favorite. It was so creamy and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high quality ingredients for this. The coconut matcha was refreshing, lightly sweet, and topped with toasted coconut that takes it to another level. I loved this esp given how hot it's been in chino. The berry matcha was decent, still good, just not my favorite. I wish it had more of a berry flavor. Parking is a bit rough (street parking with limited on site parking) but it's worth the journey! Okay I am loving the matcha here. There's plenty of terrific matcha in LA and OC but I hadn't found anything comparable until Coft. Their matcha is super smooth and goes incredibly well with the sea salt cream top. Their drinks are made with oat milk by default, which is a plus in my book! The parking situation is a mess and my first time trying to come here, I actually left and went to a different matcha shop. Don't let that deter you! That or come with a friend who can run inside and order for both of you. I'm glad I gave it another try because it's now my favorite in the IE. Lots of seating in the outdoor patios, front and back of the shop. There's a good amount of seating inside as well but expect that it's full of people working on their laptops.
I recently went to Coft Coffee and tried their Sea Salt Hojicha and the Matcha with Flan Cream, and both drinks were so good. The inside of the café is really aesthetically pleasing. It's cozy, welcoming, and there were a lot of people studying or working when we visited, which made it feel like a really nice place to sit down and get work done. The staff were also very kind. When my friend ordered the hojicha, the lady working there made sure we actually knew what hojicha was before making the drink. She explained that it's a roasted and nuttier version of matcha, which I thought was really thoughtful since some people might not be familiar with it. It was sweet of her to double check in case we didn't know what we were ordering. I ordered the matcha with flan cream, and my friend got the sea salt hojicha. I have to say, the hojicha was so good that I think I might like it a little more than my matcha. But my drink was still really good too. The matcha was well prepared, the ratio was great, and the flan cream topping was so smooth and delicious. The wait was a little long, but honestly it was worth it because you can tell the drinks are made with care.
coft so cute! shoutout to discovering the online ordering because that makes getting my drink quickly so much better. i do hate the parking and waiting in long lines. the coconut matcha is good but i feel like the toasted coconut overpowers the matcha. the matcha latte is good too. i will always love the atmosphere and aesthetic of coft. a perfect place to study or chat with friends. definitely want to try their pastries one day too
Coft makes me proud for being from the I.E. like diet coke makes rednecks proud to be Americans. NOTHING can free me from the shackles of this establishment.... look i am a broke college student but i am willing to spend my hard earned shriveling cash on Coft everyday for the rest of my life. this coffee shop is SO GOOD YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND. JUST TRY IT OK IDC DONT EVEN READ THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRINKS. GET EVERYTHING IDCJSUJSWJIZSJ. the flavors are SO SO unique. like... the coconut matcha latte literally tastes like a tropical creamy heaven.... but in the best way possible. I LOVE SWEET MATCHA MORE THAN I LOVE MY MOTHET.... and this latte fulfills it in all its glory. BUT THE DOUBLE MATCHA?????? INCREDIBLE???? I've had my amazing share of LA and OC matches as a UCLA transplant and the matcha is very strong in this one (look at that color)?! if you like drinks with balance of sweet and smooth, this place is for you, and ugh all the drinks were so creamy and have depth of flavor. Found this place through a TikTok comment and was so glad I went with my gut and went to this place instead of the place highlighted in the actual video The matcha here is nice and earthy, not too umami (but personally, I prefer a really umami matcha). The berry cold foam had a nice flavor that complemented the matcha well. Not too sweet at all if you're someone like me! Order ahead was very convenient, as we got our drinks on a Saturday morning. My sister reported a really long wait inside. The only downside was a lack of parking. I feel like if you're a cafe offering a cold foam...you should have some good parking area haha. I had been wanting to try out the drinks here since the first opened and it started to pop up on my TikTok. Like most I'm a huge matcha fan and wanted to try the drinks out. Honestly, I'm not too sure i would consider this a coffee shop and maybe more of a craft drink location? The matcha i got was the strawberry and cream, full honestly, it good. It was a good sweetness for me not super sugar and the matcha was whisked per order which i honestly fuck with. I got their cinnamon latte for my husband and i wasn't super impressed with it. It looks like they have that premade and just add the toppings and based on other reviews i think it's Vietnamese coffee. I also got their sea salt hojicha latte. Honestly i would come back just for the Hojicha. The sea salt and roasted flavor just hit so well. It was honestly perfect. I loved it a lot more than the matcha. The service is pretty decent. They had a long line on a Wednesday, so it's def not a spot you want to go quickly to grab a coffee unless you place an online order (an option i appreciate) also if you're looking for hot drinks, that's also not an options. Just an fyi for my warm drink lovers. It seems it's a regular spot for workers and students to come and get work done and they have plenty of outside seating for people to come chat. This place is great! The inside is clean and spacious with some tables to sit at. I love the quality of the drinks especially the matcha! I recommend coming here to try it and I will definitely be back. Employees are nice. There's only one restroom. Prices are average. The only bad thing about this place is the parking and long lines :( make sure you go on a relaxing day knowing parking will be bad and be very careful where you park. read more

The matcha was great and had the perfect taste. I came to this place when it first opened and they ran out of matcha so it was great to see that's no longer an issue. The wait can be quite long on the weekends so keep that in mind. There's some street parking but not a ton and there is indoor seating. It can be a great and casual spot to study from. read more

Coft is a Matcha loft that's attractive like a flame and a moth! Drink flavors come atcha hard but with a soft, aftertaste. Don't waste anytime and get in line and experience these drinks that send tingles down your spine. We ordered the Coconut Matcha and one slurp and my tastebuds said Gotcha!!! The second drink was their Berries and Cream and I'm like this was a dream for my tongue that had so much fun and I was definitely stung like a bee and that was all good with me! The vibe is so chill and if you're not digging it you must be ill! Cause this place is pleasing to the eyes and check out my pics if ya think I'm telling lies then you can't deny this place is Fly. The service was pretty spot on and it's definitely got it going on. And that's my take, Peace out. read more

My friends kept talking about Coft, so I had to come check it out. The parking situation is not the best, but I just parked in the visitor parking next door since I was ordering to go. Other wise, there is street parking and a few spots in the parking lot. There was a good sized line when I got there, but they were fast at taking orders. The woman behind the counter was so nice. I ordered the flan latte, but with matcha as my friend recommended. It was AMAZING! I'm mad I didn't get the larger size because I definitely wanted more. I also got the turkey and provolone croissant which was delicious! Both were 10/10. The inside is really cute too. There were couches, benches, and chairs to sit. There was a book case full of books and just an overall clean, chill vibe. I will definitely be coming back. I'll try to order something new, but what I got was so yummy! We'll see read more
After coming back from Japan, I became picky about where I order matcha from and this is the second in my area where I feel like the matcha is as good of quality as the one I had in Japan. I ordered the very first on their signature list (forgot the name) and the taste was just amazing and how well it was made;can definitely taste the matcha. The location is in the corner and it's a house which was converted to a cafe. It has quite a bit of seating and tables in and outdoors for friends to gather or for those who want to work or study. They close at 5 pm so you can't really stay late. If there is one thing that is in the negative about this place, it's the parking. They have street parking and behind their building, but it's always a challenge to find one especially if people tend to stay longer than just ordering and leaving. Wish this was closer to my house, but I definitely stop by when I drive near the area. Give it a try, you'll love it. read more

This place gets pretty busy! Was visiting a friend around the area and they mentioned there's a new coffee shop in town and we HAD to try it! Parking - they have free parking in lot but it's pretty limited. We parked on the lot across, it was an open area and it was free. Inside, there's some seats and tables for studying, and some spots to hangout in as well. Pretty good vibes! Their pastries for the day were pretty much gone when we got there which was around 2ish pm on a Saturday. The drinks consist of many options of lattes, and matcha! I just wish their matcha didn't automatically have coconut or oat (forgot which one) because I'm allergic to both :( I got their flan latte with whole milk and it was yummy! my friends got the matcha latte and sea salt coffee as well and they said they were delicious. I would definitely try other drinks if I come by again! read more

One of my favorite cafes! The matcha and coffee quality is really good. There is lots of room to study at and they have free wifi! Staff were nice and got out the drinks quite fast. Parking is quite difficult and pastries sell out fast- so I would suggest going in the morning! 9/10 would come back again! read more
I found this coffee and matcha spot on TikTok and decided to check it out since it's been trending. The space itself is really cute, bright, clean, and set up perfectly for people to hang out or get some work done. There were tons of people on laptops, and it had a nice, relaxed vibe. When I arrived, the line was long maybe 20 people deep but it moved quickly, and the person taking my order was super polite and friendly. That said, I'm giving it 3 stars mainly because of how long it took to get my drinks and the overall taste. I ordered the flan latte and the sea salt hojicha latte. The flan latte didn't have much flavor at all, and the hojicha latte was just okay not really worth the price, especially after seeing so much hype online. The real issue was the wait. It took about 20 minutes for my drinks to come out. I noticed people who ordered after me were getting their drinks within minutes. After about 13 minutes, I started getting impatient and waited near the pickup counter. More people ordered, got their drinks fast, and mine still didn't show up. When I finally asked, one of the baristas pushed one of my drinks toward me it had apparently been sitting there getting watered down and said they were still working on the other. A quick status update or handing me the first drink earlier would've gone a long way so that way it can be drank before the ice melted too much. Overall, it's a cute place with friendly staff, but for me, the drinks didn't live up to the social media hype. Maybe it was an off day, but I probably wouldn't rush back. read more

Super impressed with this hidden gem of a coffee shop in chino! The berries & cream match was absolutely delicious. There's also plenty of seating inside and outside. I got the berries & cream matcha and omg I loved it! Honestly wish the cup was bigger, but only because I didn't want it to end . The shop is super popular -- the line was out the door when we got there, but once we ordered the wait wasn't too bad. I really liked the vibe inside. One side felt like a cozy study spot with people on their laptops, and the other side was filled with little friend groups just hanging out. It's nice that there's plenty of seating! Parking can be a little tricky though -- I'd recommend trying for street parking. read more
my friend and i saw this place on instagram and decided to check it out - the interior was nice and cozy and they had an outdoor patio. we arrived around 4:00 PM and there was a mini line at the door. - we got the flan latte and the coconut matcha. the flan latte (4.3/5) was creamy but wished it was a bit stronger on the flan flavor. my friend got the coconut matcha (4.3/5) and it was really creamy when you mix the coconut and matcha foam together. - we got our drinks pretty fast even though there was a crowd inside overall, would love to come back here whenever we're in the area read more
This coffee shop is still in its soft opening phase so they are still trying to figure things out. It's located in what looks like an old house. Inside is spacious and there were a lot of people studying/working. Parking isn't great. The lot is VERY small so there aren't many spaces available. We had to find parking on the street and walk to it. The drinks took a while to come out. I was hoping they would come in the cute cups I saw online but it seems like they ran out. Bummer.. but that's okay. I ordered the Flan Latte. I loved the house made flan cream and the lightly torched sugar on top. Very good! read more
A lot of times social influence leads to disappointment. However, I'm glad Coft lives up to the hype. Their drinks are delicious, their prices are fair, and their store is very friendly to those looking to take a seat to study or hang with friends. Went this past weekend and was relieved it wasn't too busy! We ordered the iced cinnamon latte with oat milk and an iced matcha latte with whole milk and sea salt cream and we were very impressed with how good and tasty the drinks were! Came across this cafe on instagram, and had a great timing to try it out. I had their matcha latte and it was amazing. They actually whisk their matcha by hand for each order. The matcha is strong, nutty, and smooth. It may be bold and strong to some, but I honestly think it's kind of sweet because it comes with sweetened oatmilk (by default). I love bold, strong, unsweetened, and umami flavored matcha, so it would be great if they have a completely unsweetened option for people like me. Since they are still having a soft opening, all drinks are made iced only. I love to have hot drinks as an option once they are fully opened. I went on a Saturday morning and the line was crazy. The designated parking lot is very small, and street parking packed; so parking can be quite difficult. I honestly believe it is still worth the hassle and wait. The employees are all very friendly and welcoming. Despite the long line, we actually got our drinks pretty quickly. I love their design, it is simple, and aesthetic. There are seats and tables, so great place to hang out and chat. I would love to come back to try out other drinks and have the matcha again. This is one the authentic matcha spot I have found in SoCal that's not in DTLA or LA County. read more

We ordered their version of a Spanish latte, which uses a Vietnamese coffee base instead of espresso. Came here after hiking the Eucalyptus trail and was so glad I did! First off, there's not a ton of parking but there are extra spots in the back. I like that they have outdoor seating both in the front and back. It's a small shop but super cute inside. Service was good and the line went by pretty fast. Drinks and pastries are so yummy. The double matcha was strong and thick, not too sweet. The marble latte was like a smoother Viet coffee. Overall, would definitely come here again when I'm in the area! read more

This place has a genuinely unique flavor profile. Simply saying their drinks are very good does not do them justice. Their matcha is superb. The Vietnamese sea salt drinks are excellent. The flan drinks are rich and memorable. Service is fast, convenient, and friendly. The atmosphere is calm, roomy, cozy, and welcoming. Honestly, almost everything about this place is done right. So why the one star Their drink carriers are fundamentally incompatible with the cups they use. This is not a clumsiness issue. It is a design flaw. The cups are rounded at the bottom, yet the carriers do not properly support them. As a result, drinks tip over easily. Every visit comes with the same risk, and accidents happen far too often. These carriers are not made for these cups. They need carriers that secure drinks from the top, similar to what boba shops use. What is the point of buying well crafted, premium drinks if the moment you leave the store you are at risk of dropping them? The most frustrating part is that they already know this is a problem. Staff even warn customers when handing over the drinks, saying something like "Careful, the drinks may fall." That says everything. Great drinks. Great service. Great atmosphere. Once this is fixed, I promise you I will gladly update this to a full five star review read more
If I were to write my review like a LinkedIn post, I would say, "I'm happy to announce that Chino/Chino Hills finally has a new cafe that provides quality matcha lattes! I'm also eager to share that their default milk is oat so you won't have to pay extra." All jokes aside, I'm really happy and excited to see where Coft will go from here. Like others mentioned, there is minimal parking, with majority street parking, so plan your visit accordingly. I stopped by Friday afternoon and got lucky with street parking. The interior is super cute and there's a lot of space. Because of the weather, it was HOT and I feel like with the amount of people inside, you could barely feel the ac. I was overheating like crazy while waiting for my drink. The drink itself was delicioussss! You could really taste the matcha -- it was rich and not too sweet. They hand whisk each drink too so that's how you know it's made with love. The labeling on the cup is also super cute. I'm definitely a fan! read more

With so much to do everyday, sometimes you need a pick me up and a place to relax. Coft has become that place! Coft is very welcoming with it's warm feel and modern look. The cafe is spacious ready to work, study, or read a book. We ordered a Latte and Matcha Latte. Most coffee shops use a frother but Coft hand whisks their matcha, adding that attention to detail you can taste. The matcha latte was mildly sweet which let the matcha shine as some are too sweet. The latte used a lightly sweet whisked coffee which gave a creaminess to the Latte. read more

Okay but first, matcha! Lemme tell you, I'm obsessed with Coft! I have been here twice and the quality of their drinks are consistently great. Tried the Double Matcha and Berries and Cream Matcha Latte. Both are delicious! It does get slightly packed, but there is enough seating indoors and outdoors. But the drinks do come out in a timely manner. Looks like a great spot to do homework or work remotely! Will be coming back again! read more

Very Cool location, located in a residential block in chino. House was converted into a small coffee shop. Plenty of room to sit down demanding why time you come. Majority of the customers are you teens coffee and Matcha were not overpriced ! And the flavor is very unique.
