Service: 10/10 The customer service here is beyond amazing! Isaal was very helpful in making recommendations, which we truly appreciated Ambiance: 10/10 The vibe was super chill. Very clean and neutral aesthetic. Coffee: 1000/10 As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I was mind-blown with how delicious these drinks were. Overall, highly recommend trying, as they also have many other options. Will be back to try their matcha soon!
First time ever got coconut mango sago smoothie, and it was completly white color and the sago was completly frozen. No mango flavor at all. The place was clean and looks cute, service was also very nice, but the employee not really know about the products or their sizes of their cup. Also ordered the tayaki, 2 for $5, it came out good. No complaint at all on this. Taiyaki nutella is so good!
Was looking for a nice study spot. And this place look like it has the space based on pics on yelp. Lots of tables, limited amount of outlets though, so charge your devices beforehand. I got maple dream which is a cinnamon vanilla ice latte with a really yummy brown sugar cold foam. This drink is on a sweeter side in my opinion. But regardless still pretty good. Balance flavor of cinnamon and vanilla. Second time: got the banana matcha. Their drink is on the sweeter side for sure. Banana cream top is REALLY yummy. Their matcha is smooth and more on a vegetal note with some bitterness. I like more robust/umami matcha. But mixing with the cream top, it's just sweet lol. Overall 7/10 matcha Wifi is for 60 min but you can probably reconnect i think? The employees are SUPER nice. Brought the drink to my table. So sweet and they take the time to answer all the questions you have. COME AND SUPPORT THIS SMALL BIZ!!
I literally left the cafe a while ago and this spot DESERVES an honest review. SERVICE: Was quick! The lady at the counter was kind. I got my order within 5 minutes. FOOD: I ordered a Golden Crumble... guys, I'm a coffee snob, yes I'm picky about quality, and their coffee exceeds in quality and taste! The latte was balanced, and sort of light, it wasn't super sugary either. Ambiance: I went during a time when it was not busy. The interior was very clean, calming and neat. There is limited seating. Also there's plenty of parking. I'll definitely be coming back to explore their menu!! :)
My sister had told me about this place and we checked it out together. It's a cute little coffee shop. We got the banana cream matcha and the double matcha. They both were really good. The servers were also really nice and I feel like we didn't have to wait too long to get our drinks either. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
Its a very tucked away in the middle of no where vibe but its hip and modern inside. Super nice folks and decent menu. It just opened not too long ago and I like it. Its like a hidden gem. I got the hazelnut and it had great flavor. Cute place. Worth a visit. Owners are pretty cool too.
You will looooove this place if you like coffee that tastes like sugar!!! (I say this as a compliment, no shade) I got the biscoff latte and it was very good. Would def go back! It's also nice and quiet in there for working or reading a book.

The ambiance in this cute cafe is clean and aesthetically pleasing! They have sit down areas to study or hangout. It's tucked away in the corner of the plaza but has plenty of parking. Their double matcha is rich and creamy, served perfectly with a genuine smile. I'm HOOKED! Give this place a try on your next visit to ontario!

Sip & Sweets has a really cute space, and I'm excited to have another coffee spot in Ontario. I ordered the salted caramel iced latte, and while it wasn't bad, it was just okay. It didn't really stand out compared to other lattes I've had. The wait for my drink was longer than expected, but since it's their soft opening, I understand they're still working things out. The staff was doing their best, and that's to be expected with a brand-new business. I'll definitely give them another chance because I'd like to try one of their matcha drinks next time. Hoping things smooth out as they settle in!
Omg this spot is soooooo cute and delicious in the same shopping center as Momoka but this place is so much better than momoka will ever be like momoka WISHES they're matcha this good it was so clean inside. The aesthetic was so cute. The workers were so nice. The Matcha was so fresh. Delicious. Amazing. I got the banana cream and my friend got the strawberry. So yummy. You can taste so much banana. You can taste the strawberry taste so fresh. The workers were so nice. Definitely will be coming here from now. On this café. Needs so much more hype. It's so low-key and so cute. Cute new coffee shop in South Ontario. A little bit hidden in the shopping center but I found it. They have a small assortment of espresso and matcha based drinks as well as a small selection of pastries and made to order tayaki. The Golden Crumble was a nice smooth iced drink on this hot day and was very refreshing. For a midweek day it was surprisingly busy so it seems that people are discovering this hidden gem. Most drinks appear to be on the sweet side so I will limit my consumption. The decor is clean and modern. Drinks are made behind the scenes which takes away the opportunity for patrons and staff to interact, which I usually enjoy. Overall I think this is a nice spot for an occasional treat. I wish them continued success

I have been coming here almost everyday. The matcha is so consistently good. Never milky or watered down, it is PERFECT! If you've tried Motiq in Ktown, I would say it's very similar and you'd definitely love this spot! The employees here are so sweet and they bring your order out to you. It's the best!! read more

I saw this new coffee location and decided to give it a try. Right off the bat I loved the natural lighting this place has and the open space they have for seating. Although it's a smaller space they arranged the seats perfectly so that you have a lot of space within other people which i appreciate. I ordered the cookie butter latte and i added an extra shot. I noticed that most of the drinks come out with a light color which usually means it runs heavy with the milk. Nothing wrong w that but it's not my preference lol. The added shot was perfect actually i probably could have added two shots for a golden ratio. Their latte comes with 2 shots normally. The foam top was great! My friend got the banana latte, the foam was delicious but the matcha was extremely light. More of a sweet milk drink rather than an actual matcha. I will say i thought it was sweet how the barista comes out to personally serve you a drink instead of calling it out on a counter top. It felt more personal forsure. read more

10/10 Such a cute little spot! I'm pretty sure it's family owned! Everyone is so incredibly kind. The sweetest lady took my order, and there happened to be an extra drink that was made, so she offered it to me to try. It was their strawberry matcha, and it was so good. It was such a small gesture, but it honestly really made my day. This place just has the coziest welcoming atmosphere. It feels so warm and homey, I really hope more people discover them because they deserve all the support. So far I've tried the Double Matcha, Banana Matcha, and Strawberry Matcha, and every single one has been amazing. I love stopping by on my breaks since it's so close to work, and it's already become one of my favorite little places. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu!!! read more

I love coming to Sip & Sweets, it has become a new coffee shop favorite of mine. My go to is the Banana Cream Matcha; the flavor of the banana that you get within the foam is so good, once you mix it in you can taste it within the matcha. The matcha is also rich in flavor. The service is quick and easy to order, the employees are nice and welcoming. The ambiance of the coffee shop is calming, definitely a good spot to study. read more

Cute cafe in Ontario area. Loving the aesthetic.... too bad not closer to me. Had the double matcha but switched out to whole milk( standard is oat milk which unusual since it's alternative milk at most places) . Good strong matcha flavor but a tad sweet for me ..... Will try other drinks and pastries on next visit! Great service too because they bring drinks out to you!! read more

I am so glad my friend told me about this little spot! It's not too far from me and they have quality drinks! So far I have tried the Ube Matcha (it is usually an ube coconut matcha, but I'm not big on coconut milk and got it with all whole milk instead), and I also tried the Golden Crumble, which is an iced drink with espresso, brown sugar cold foam and crumble biscoff on top! Both drinks were good, as was the blueberry bread I tried, which they make themselves! It's clean inside, the service is fast and they are friendly! I would definitely recommend! Just note that if you're going, they do not accept cash. read more

Amazing customer service- super welcoming and helpful towards our questions. The drinks were yummy and were a good balance between the coffee and sweetness. We did do a substitution for banana cold foam on the grand mocha! Service was quick and the space was nice to sit and do work. read more

I ordered the Hazelnut Shaken Espresso, and it was good. I think it would be even better with a pump of brown sugar syrup for a little extra depth and sweetness. And it's mostly ice (more than 1/2 cup) so you're getting a little bit of the drink that I finished it within 15 seconds - not worth the price. The service was excellent--friendly and welcoming. The coffee shop is very spacious with a cozy, inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. read more

The drinks were decent, nothing special. We got their Golden Crumble coffee and their banana crème matcha and they tasted like any other coffee spot. The only issue we had was that they fill their cups with WAY too much ice. More than half the cup was filled with ice... Pretty disappointing considering how much you spend nowadays for coffee. read more
