I ordered Capriotti's off Doordash today because I was craving their Signature Hot Grilled Italian Sub and the food was prepared so beautifully! I want to thank the Team so much for building my Italian Sandwich and Balsamic Chicken Salad with fresh and delicious ingredients and making sure everything was packaged in a professionally courteous and attractive way. The Eastvale Team does a wonderful job in maintaining Supreme Quality Representation of the Capriotti's Brand, thank you for following the recipes precisely and making sure our meals look visually appealing and properly proportioned to pack a gourmet rainbow of delicious flavors in every bite! read more

Turkey sandwich - bread stale, turkey very dry . Taste bland. Hubs got the chipotle chicken but that was also far below the taste of Jersey Mike's . Service is very slow. Even when we were the only ones in the shop, it took 10+ min for our sandwiches. We also noticed that although staff wore gloves, I saw them touch the order machine/POS with same gloves and continue making the rest of the sandwiches... Bottom line: absolutely would not be back read more

When Firehouse Subs closed in Riverside I wasn't too distraught, but then I noticed this chain had quietly appeared. The opportunity to try them came one Saturday at the Eastvale location. There were a lot of customers inside when I entered, but I quickly discovered they were waiting for their orders to arrive, and wait I did as well. After 15 minutes I get figity and antsy. The issue it seemed was not employees slacking off, there were only two working, and clearly they needed a second dedicated cook to get walk-in, online, and delivery orders made in a timely manner. As for options, I'm pretty excited to try more on the menu, hot and cold sandwiches, all made to order. The four size options is another plus, and why I am giving four stars. The other is how excellent the pastrami sandwich was when it finally appeared. I was pretty hungry, but it was so good, from the portions to the bread, it's better than Jersey Mike's in many respects. I got the second smaller size from the bottom of the list, and if I was hungrier, I'd aim for the third size up. Their large size is larger than the competition, so maybe share it with someone to offset cost and quantity. Overall, I thought the place was clean, and despite being slammed midday, both employees were friendly and professional. read more

This place has gone down hill. Even if you place orders ahead of time, they won't start the order until you get there. Waited multiple times 20-30 mins. Before (not sure if management changed), orders were ready to picked up. Staff lacks urgency. I've tried to give them couple of opportunities, but still nothing has changed. Won't come back. read more

We came here for lunch today and it was very good. I had the American Wagyu Slaw Be Joe mini size sandwich (5") and my husband had The Bobbie (turkey with cranberries) small size sandwich. Both were flavorful. We also shared the capastrami fries-which we loved (pastrami, Russian dressing, cheese). We will come back to try some of the other sandwiches. Parking is in the lot. read more

Placed a mobile order for pick up at 1145; arrived shortly after 1200 and my order was not ready. I was told my order was next, but in fact they did not even start on it. All the customers inside were either sitting at their tables or standing & waiting for their food. No one was eating. I guess it was the lunch rush and employees were slammed with orders. I finally was given my order at 1230, and didn't realize til I got home that one of the items ended up being wrong - the plant based cole turkey I ordered was their other plant based sandwich. Terrible. read more

Wow, fantastic service, and extremely tasty sandwiches! A coworker and I stopped in for lunch and were immediately, and enthusiastically, greeted by a wonderful young woman working the order counter/register. We ordered our food and she seemed to really go above and beyond for "just a sandwich shop". I ordered a medium Classic Cheese Steak ($14.99) and my buddy ordered a small Veggie Chicken Cheese Steak ($11.99). We both added the optional spicy red peppers (sweet peppers also available), which took the sandwiches to another level of delicious! We also tried a medium order of their Naked Fries ($3.99), which were thin and crispy flat fries; again, very tasty. I've been to other Capriotti's locations before, but today's experience really stood out to me. Will definitely stop in here again when working in the area. read more

Tried this place for the first time and the sandwich was definitely good. I only deducted a star because I was caught off guard on the sizing of the bread and the pricing. The prices for these are unfortunately too expensive for me, so I will not be coming back. And I was veryyyy disappointed when I picked a small thinking it was going to be a decent size. But when I opened the white paper package... it was an itty bitty tiny palm size sandwich?!! I've been deceived by the outer package!!! 8"... LIES!! Hahaha my heavens!! I'm already small and my hands are small?! What is this?! A child's size portion?!! And I paid $15 including tax. Daaammnnn~ sorry I can't afford them. But at least it was good... but not good enough to come back for that size and price... read more

Just found my new favorite sandwich shop, everything i tried from this place has been good so far. Definitely above the regular sandwich chains like jersey Mike's. I like that the turkey is actual fresh oven roasted turkey and they don't skimp on the amount. Staff here is always helpful and great. Will definitely be trying other sandwiches on my next trips. read more

We waited over 45 minutes for our 4 sandwiches, even though they weren't very busy. We've been to other Capriotti's locations in Vegas plenty of times and have never had to wait anywhere close to this long. We also noticed several people with online pickup orders waiting 15+ minutes, so it doesn't seem like the delays were just with walk-in orders. The food was good, but the service was just way too slow and the whole process could definitely be more efficient. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back to this location. read more

The food was really good & I didn't realize these sandwich shops are all over the place! I loved the wagyu as just dip.. was super tasty! They gave me free fries for signing up for the rewards program, and they're also phenomenal but it was too much food over all for me! My only complaint is I ordered online, walked into the shop and told them my name.. they said it would be a bit but they then forgot I was waiting and my items were at the counter for awhile before they remembered I was still there waiting. When I ate it, I wish it had been fresh warm and not the colder bit I got. But I think this might have just been a fluke and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

Capriotti's is a solid spot for sandwiches. I never would have guessed that some place in Eastvale would have sandwiches this good. My friends had been hyping this place up so finally getting to try it was awesome. I split a large Bobbie with my friend and it was really good. I didn't even know what it was until I took the first bite lmao but holy shit, it was definitely the most interesting sandwich I've had in my life. Though it was good, I felt like I wanted to try something else so I bought a small Cheesesteak and that was delicious. Every bite was sooo good. I highly recommend either of these two sandwiches. It might have been because the place was empty but the service was fairly quick and the workers were cool about making our food though it looked like they were trying to clean up. They actually made the sandwiches pretty fast which was impressive! The inside of the place was also very clean which I appreciate a lot. It made for a perfect five star experience read more

Okay not great. I came here because of the Turkey Cole sandwich. It's basically a turkey Reuben: turkey, provolone, coleslaw, thousand island dressing. Taste wise it's not bad but a more traditional turkey Reuben comes with grilled bread (like a grilled cheese) and this is served as a sub sandwich. Trying this sandwich made me realize you have to eat that kind of sandwich hot/warm. The sandwich wasn't necessarily bad I just don't think I care for the preparation of it. I also got a side of fries and those were awful. They were not hot or warm and they tasted like they had been sitting for a minute. Probably wouldn't come back unless they started offering grilled versions of their sandwiches, but I'd never get fries from here again. read more

It was my first time here and the customer service was great from start to finish. The place was clean and inviting, definitely a place I would come and have lunch again. The person that was helping me at the register took the time and was patient to help me pick out a sandwich I would like. He even gave me a recommendation for a sandwich he enjoys and I thought it was delicious. I definitely was not disappointed. At the end I found out he was the owner. He was so nice and so was the guy who was making my sandwich. You can tell they take pride in this location. Thanks for a great experience, I will be back. read more

It's like I was never there. Two employees working . Didn't receive a hi, hello, or how can I help you . Then leaving didn't receive a parting word. I know they do it because I heard them with everyone else . Insert eye roll . So beyond that ... to the sandwich ? I've had this spot book marked for awhile . A fellow Yelper suggested using their app and placing an online order to receive rewards, so that's what I did.I received a small sub with a purchase of $2 or more . My order? Modified bbq chicken sandwich like I took the bbq sauce off added mushroom , tomato , pickles and mustard, no mayo. Since you can't feel it here just know the bread was sofffft. I ordered their fries because they seemed interesting . I ordered a small but it came in a long cup . The fries were crispy and tasted fine even when they weren't hot anymore . Which is some sort of french fry cheat code . There are tables to dine in . I did dine in , but took my leftovers to go . Located in a newer plaza parking is free and easy . read more

Dang Instagram and their targeted ads got me AGAIN! I saw an ad for these delicious looking sandwiches and thought it's probably in New York or some other far away city. So I hit the order button and turns out there's one in Eastvale. Bookmarked. Located in a strip mall at the extreme end of Eastvale (practically Chino), Capriotti's is pretty easy to find. Parking, less so. We walked in and were greeted by staff immediately. I went with a medium NY Chopped Cheese and the kiddo went with the Hot Bobbie. There are four sizes so picking which is which was kind of different at first lol. The sandwiches came out pretty quickly and we dug in. I don't know if this is what an authentic Chopped Cheese is to a New Yorker but it was a damn tasty sandwich. The kiddo really enjoyed the Hot Bobbie. It's Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich. Lemme tell ya, next time I will probably go small as the sandwiches are extremely filling. The kiddo has a pretty hearty appetite and she could only finish half. Capriotti's is pretty out of the way for me, but if I was in the area or if they had a limited time sandwich I'd have to try I'd absolutely go again. The food was delicious and filling. Service was fast and friendly. Recommended! read more

Not sure I would order from here again. Fam and I decided to try somewhere new and we were all pretty disappointed.. our order consisted of a hot bobbie, a regular turkey, pastrami fries, regular cheesesteak & chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. The 'hand pulled' turkey that comes in the sandwiches can be hit or miss. Some pieces were very hard and crunchy and others were pretty stuck together. You can tell it's real turkey though because it was lacking flavor as real turkey does. A few of the most important parts on the regular turkey sandwich were missing though; no oil, vinegar, or mayo. It was very... VERY dry. Hot bobbie was split between two people to try & I think the mayo on the sandwich kills the whole "leftovers" vibe. The stuffing on this sandwich was really good though. The cheesesteak & chicken bacon ranch were untouched for the night as we were not thrilled with the main sandwiches we wanted from here. The pastrami fries were tasty. I think next time I would omit the Russian dressing and sub for mustard or something. Did not love the sweetness from the Russian dressing. They're somewhat expensive BUT you do get a good amount in comparison to other sandwich shops around. (Fries excluded here, small portion for how much they cost) I probably won't come back here. But the employee working the grill was nice. so there's that. read more

Loved walking in and being welcomed! What a fabulous menu, so many choices! Hubby had ordered The Bobbie before, it is a Thanksgiving meal in a very soft French roll. It has been voted "The Greatest sandwich in America." Slow roasted turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing, phenomenal! I ordered the Italian sub, it was okay. It didn't knock my socks off. The restaurant was clean. Customer service was very good and in a good location with enough seating and parking. Worth the try! We will definitely be back! read more
