I used to come here all the time and this one time I order my sandwich and they put something I said not to put and they claimed it wasn't their fault because recipes didn't say anything even though I verbally said no on certain things no refund or any other offer went home and left to go back I had time today for my food especially these days on food pricing I payed and tipped and yet nothing they can go f themselves! Horrible management read more

I ordered 2 Hook and Ladder with everything, on sub and it came with a pickle in each box. The order was placed via app and was picked up within the time range that was selected. The food was already ready and was placed in a pick up rack that was to the right of the counter (as you walk into the entrance). I was greeted by two staff that happened to be working at the time. The restaurant was clean and wasn't too crowded upon my arrival there. I picked the food from the rack and brought it home. The food was packaged nicely, inside a brown paper bag and the sandwich was made and wrapped with care. Both sandwiches were cut in the middle. The sandwich tasted delicious and was filling. There was a good ratio of bread, filling, and sauce. read more

I think it's right in between subway and Jersey Mike's. Much better quality and taste than subway and just not as tasty as Jersey Mike's. Service was quick but kind of impersonal. They don't seem too happy to be at work. Almost like they are just rushing, although it's wasn't busy. Place was clean and pleasant. I took it to go and it was fast. Pricing is very similar to Jersey Mike's. read more

Whoever made this sandwich needs their toes sucked. 10/10 I could tell this sandwich was made by someone beautiful

Excessive wait time. 20 minutes after ordering and there was nobody else in the store when I ordered. I had 2 tuna sandwiches in wheat and the wheat vread was very dry. Felt like old bread. IThen very rude staff when my order was called. As if they expected me to be mad but I just sat there playing games on my phone. Very odd passive aggressive behavior. read more

Great sandwich with lots of different varieties. Bread & ingredients were fresh! Easy to order on the app

Very expensive for extremely small portions. Be ready to spend close to $50-$40 per person for door dash or dine in. Ralphs down the street makes great sandwiches for a fraction of the cost. And they use boars head meat which is pretty darn fresh without preservatives. "Bowl" of chili here is about the size of a coffee cup. Cup of chili is the size of a shot glass. Sandwiches taste good and chili taste like canned Busch beans. read more

I enjoyed the sandwich i ordered. The service was quick and friendly and the restaraunt was clean

Sandwich was upside down in the bag and the box wasn't closed so half of the sandwich ended up on the floor

Service was friendly, but what we got was barely filling nor had what was advertised. It had no mushrooms nor bell peppers as advertised. $13.99 for large sized before tax and tip, not filling at all and left unsatisfied. Felt a bit like highway robbery when meat options were only $1-2 more... definitely not coming back when craving a veggie sub. read more

Firehouse Subs has great tasting hot subs comparable to noONE. The Beef and cheddar brisket is my favorite and I love the sauces you can add !! The Jamaican Jerk chicken sandwich is alright to!! It's one of our regular sub and sandwich joints. I usually order ahead for pick up on the app and eat it at home. We've eaten here a few times for lunch and dinner. Inside, there's plenty of seating. When the weather isn't too hot or cold, you can sit outside on the planters. It's always good service. Since most of their food has to be heated up, it takes a while to make subs. We order from the app when we remember. They have a dedicated pick up area. They make their subs on the sweeter side if you like that. Overall, great service and food. I give it a thumbs up! read more

Preface: I am a Veteran. After a long day at work I decided to eat firehouse subs and enjoy a free sandwich for Veterans Day. When I walked in I stood behind another Veteran who was waiting to order but apparently got denied. He asked to speak to the manager who then began to offer excuse after excuse about why the he WOULDN'T honor the free sandwich for Veterans on this Veterans Day. His first excuse was: "He already gave out over 200 free sandwiches today". Why is it the Veteran's fault for enjoying a free sandwich on Veterans Day? His second excuse: "He was short staffed", but, there were only 3 customers in the store and there were 3 employees working. His third excuse: "One of his employees just got injured in the back." How is this my fault? He eventually offered to take care of the Veteran in front of me, but when I asked about the Veterans Day special, he shut me down and only offered a quick apology that did not seem genuine at all. I left and decided I would never come back. read more

First time I've ever been to Firehouse Sub. I've been wanting to try their Thanksgiving sub. I tried it today and it was so mushy it just fell apart. I bought the large one that was $18.59 and bought two sides of gravy. My total was almost $22 and I feel like I wasted my money. The staff was friendly and it came out quick but the sandwich itself does not live up to the hype. Disappointed read more

The subs here are good and the staff is friendly. I didn't know you could add veggies to your sub so the steak and cheese tasted really bland. I wish they would let the costumers know of ask if you want any of the add ons that the sub can come with. read more

Worst Sandwich I have ever ordered. I ordered it from DoorDash. I ordered a Turkey Sandwich with Everything but onions. I also ordered a Bowl of Loaded Potato Soup and a pickle on the side. What I got was a completely dry sandwich and a half full cup of soup. They charged me over $30.00 for this order. Even doordash wouldn't help me in this situation. If you are going to let your quality of food go out of your store this way that is SAD!! I literally just made myself something else here at home after the 4 scopes of the spoon from the soup. read more

The Ontario location just opened last week. I usually go to the Rancho Cucamonga location. The place is a bit tight for seating, but you can't beat the tasty sandwiches they offer. I highly recommend this place for lunch. They offer a small, medium, and large size sandwich. I'm a big eater and the medium combo filled me up. With the combo you get chips and a medium size fountain drink. I'm sorry to say, but these sandwiches are better tasting than Subway, Jimmy Johns, and Jersey Mikes. It's almost as good as Nano's Sandwiches on Archibald, but these sandwiches are much less expensive than the 10.00 sandwiches at Nanos. A lot of police were inside the shop eating. First responders get a discount. They also sell soups and salads. They have a good size menu Update: Went back and I'm a bit disappointed in their wait time. I would recommend you go online and order before you show up. They have a rewards system they offer through the app. The food is good, but the service is slow. I saw one particular female employee struggling with making sandwiches so I think it's more of a training thing. Hopefully, once they learn how to make the sandwiches quicker, the wait will be less. It's new place so I will give them time. The chili bowl is not a bowl. It comes in two cups. It's great chili, but I wouldn't recommend it if your really hungry. You might want to order two bowls. Hate to see what size a cup of chili is. read more

I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The customer service wasn't anything out of the ordinary but they were nice. The inside seemed a bit messy but it didn't bother me since I wasn't planning on eating there. If you are looking for good price and value, keep looking because the prices here are pretty steep for a sandwich BUT if you're aiming for quality and satisfaction, this is the place for you. Good food but it is gonna cost you at least $10-$15 for a medium meal. It's not too pricy but there is definitely cheaper out there. read more

First visit to Firehouse Subs - and to be honest - It's my last. 2 stars because there was a sandwich - I ate it, and now I am full. The quality of the sandwich was poor however. I ordered the 'Hook and Ladder' as it was recommended as the main sandwich they sell. If I hadn't read the menu, I would have had no idea what was in it. It was warm, slightly sweet, mushy unidentifiable meat and vegetables (supposedly). The bottom of the sandwich was wet and falling apart. For clarity I took the sandwich to-go, and the time between picking up the sandwich and eating it was about 12 minutes. The only reason I ate it was that I was very hungry. It was also expensive. read more

This place has the worse potato soup. Doesn't even look like soup. No liquid See picture not again in this location, look at picture let me know if this is soup. I had firehouse for the first time and it did not disappoint. The employees were nice and helpful.

Subs now are way too pricey. Maybe it's just me but a large sub was $16-$18 before taxes. When I got a drink it was mid $20's. Food wasn't that great either. Skimped on mushrooms. read more

Service: I notice that for not giving them a tip they made me wait longer than usual. First of all, I've never actually eaten at this restaurant. I had always bought to go and picked up from here, so I'm just going to say this. They are always on time with their orders, making the food as soon as they get the orders and having it ready within 10-15 minutes. They have also separated the food orders from each other, Grubhub has their own section, Doordash has another section, so on so forth. I'm kind of a fan of this, however they do keep changing the area, which does make it kind of annoying because I just end up walking back and forth until one of the workers help me out, which leads me to my next point. The workers are so nice and awesome! They are friendly and super helpful, always willing to come out from behind their stations to make sure you are okay and nothing is wrong! Also the food. Well, I am a big fan of all of their food! It's hot and yummy, and the items don't get soggy even after picking it up and driving 10 mins back. The salad is crisp, the Mac and cheese can come with a side of breadcrumbs if you're into that, which I am! Overall, will always be coming back here! read more

This place is terrible, I showed the manager/owner my free T-Mobile Tuesday combo coupon and he refused to give me a the free combo with any purchase. He said I have to buy a full combo in order to get the free combo. I then told him that's not what it says and he said, " that's what we're doing here." The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll make sure never to go to this place again. Update# I went to another location and they gave me the combo with complications. read more
