This was probably the worst experience at a Baskin-Robbins I've ever had. One worker was running the register and the counter. Lady in front of us ordered AT LEAST 10 cups of ice cream. After nearly 10 minutes, the worker finally calls out the other workers. At this point we were in front of the counter. We clearly hadn't even been welcomed yet. The first worker that comes out takes the lady behind us. Before we could say anything, the worker is already beginning to scoop her ice cream. So, I didn't want to interrupt. We were little aggravated at that point, so as we get ready for the next worker to come out and take our order, the next worker finally comes out and takes the boys behind the lady that was behind us. We were clearly in front of the line. We left. read more

I just came from there and what ever girls they had working there tonight are racist or clueless. My sister and I were waiting to be severed and employee asked who's next. She didn't let anyone reply instead she made eye contant with us then sees someone she recognizes and starts taking her order. The lady knew she wasn't next as well and proceed to tell her what she wanted. We both said ummm we are next ! Then after I paid my sister said they checked out the people she knew before her. I've always loved Baskin Robbins! They always have great flavors for the right seasons! The service has always been good, and simple but today a young lady by the name of Izzy knocked it out of the park! She was on point from beginning to end. She welcomed us for stopping by, serviced us with a smile, she got our cones ready but were still looking at other flavors for another order, so she placed all of our cones in the freezer so they wouldn't melt. She was very patient with us and when we were all done, she thanked us for coming in. Thank you Izzy! Because of you we'll be coming back for many more future visits! read more

Best service all around! We have lived in Eastvale for almost 20 years and this is by far our favorite place. The employees are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. I laugh at the complainers because you have to be a real sour puss to complain about an ice cream shop. My suggestion to the employees is shake it off and move on. I needed my sugar fix, so I stopped by this BR location. I'm pleasantly surprised by the positive experience I got here. We were greeted quickly, and Anaise was genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu options. She made sure that we were satisfied with our visit, and not just the desserts. This review is solely based on customer service. Experience from the evening of 6/24/20: My husband and I were in the mood for ice cream. We checked the hours of operation, and this location closes at 10p on weeknights. We arrived at 9:48p and got in line. The line was kind of long outside, due to social distancing. There were about two families in front of us and the limit of 7 people inside the store. We stood outside in the cold and were almost to the front of the outside line, when one of the employees came out around 10:04p and took the family in front of us inside saying to them: "You guys will be our last family tonight." Regardless of the fact we tried to tell her that we (and the lady behind us who had gotten in line before closing time as well), had gotten in line prior to closing time. She did not listen to what we had to say, brushed us off, and closed the door without another word. We felt like this was a display of very poor customer service skills, as she could have at least taken the time to listen to what we had to say, then responded and then close and lock the door. It's unfortunate, but we won't be going back to this location. Baskin Robbins (and the young lady who closed this evening) need to remember to treat their customers with respect. read more

Worst service by busy counter help. Not enough people behind counter. Girl that was suppose to help us automatically told us that the drink we wanted were going to take a long time to make and then she stood there just staring at us. Shes lucky we had our 4 yr old with us cause I was ready to walk and take our business elsewhere. .my husband then told her we still wanted our drinks and then when our sons ice cream was ready she just put it on the counter without telling us it was ready. Another customer had to tell us our order was ready. Lucky the ice cream was cold cause the store was warm and dirty thats why 2 stars. Get better employees BR. Your store looks like crap!! Oh and that girl was slamming things shut and you could tell she didnt want to do her job. To add to this review, we were trying to get our drink in a carrier because we had 4 drinks and a ice cream..we asked to get a carrier the girl said, she would have to look for one..when there was a few in plain sight..we pointed them out she roughed up a carrier enough to rip up the handles and tear the carrier and not unfold it properly. As we were about to walk out the door with our drink the carrier split apart and several customers looked on as my husband cought the drinks from the bottom of the split carrier..inches from the floor..people clapped and we left. When we got to the car..I noticed my drink was covered COVERED in cinnamon. .to the point of me having to scrape a great deal of it off in order for me to even drink and enjoy my drink. read more

The employees are very sweet and always wear a smile on their face while helping you out.Always clean,the ice cream is wonderful.Chocolate is my fav,also tried the low calorie pineapple coconut which is worth giving a try. read more

We've been here a couple of times. Both times weren't the greatest. Good ice cream, ok service but to be honest the radio is the biggest turn off to me. The staff isn't bad, but they seem happy to chat with one another rather than the customers they are waiting. We took our 4 year old in for a treat and the radio station of choice wasn't something is let my child listen to. "Talk dirty to me..." isn't something we'd like for her to hear or repeat. OK....I am always nice to people at work even if I am not in a good mood. If I could have did 2 and a half stars I would. Ice cream was great the staff really friendly great environment all the way. The only thing that got me was after I got my great cup of ice cream the girl charged me the returned my change but didn't wash her hands and started making ice cream sandwiches right in front of me. Money is pretty nasty to be touching then serving ice cream maybe the girls should wear gloves or at least wash their hands. I can only hope that management will make this right read more
