Showed up to this Baskin Robbins/Togo's Location on a Friday night with a group of 5. There were three people behind the counter, and two "customers" in the lobby. The customers were taking to one of the employees before we walked in, they sat back down when we started ordering. My sister ordered a kids cone, a kids scoop in a cup, and I ordered a Sundae. The girl that helped seemed extremely distracted because the "customers" AKA friends in the lobby were telling her that a friend of theirs was going to show up. She was chatting with them while scooping my ice cream and after she added her whip cream nuts, cherry and fudge she handed me my sad excuse for a Sundae. The sundae had a minuscule amount of whip cream, and literally no toppings. If she had not been so distracted by her friends in the lobby I think she would have been able to concentrate on making a paying customers ice cream right, I know it is such a difficult job to scoop ice cream, laborious, and time consuming, and not all of us can master this craft. But maybe she should try to do one thing at a time instead of multitasking, since she couldn't seem to talk and scoop at the same time. read more

I ordered my cake ahead of time so it would be better to pick before dinner. It's a little hidden, when you walk up you see the Togo and Baskin Robbins sign. They are the same company and at this location one half of the store is Baskin Robbin and the other half Togo sandwiches. It was a weird layout. The service was great over the phone. They got my order right the first time and even called me to verify what decorations I wanted on the cake. It was he perfect size for 2-4 people. At the register there's a big sign that says 31 percent off on the 31st of each month. The worker rings me up but charges me the full amount. I said why didn't you give me the 31 pct off discount and the worker says our manager tells us only do it if someone mentions it beforehand. He wouldn't make it right and rerun my card. Never had Togos here, I just come for the ice-cream. This ice-cream is one of my faves, well not including this awesome organic place back in Berkeley. But yeah I like how it is conveniently right by BofA so I always have money to go grab a cone of my favorite ice-ream, Wild'nReckless Sherbet. read more

Went here for ice cream on 8/9. Ice cream was amazing, service was stellar. The serious issues have everything to do with where we sat. It was nice out, and we had a birthday girl with us. The outside sitting area was PUTRID. The trash cans are overflowing. The floor is so sticky I nearly lost a flip flop. And there was so much garbage on the ground we had to kick it away just to sit down. We would've put it in the can ourselves, but due to the overflowing nature it would've have done anything except render our hands sticky and gross. This is one of the best Baskin-Robbins that I've been ever been to. My husband used to work at the Baskin-Robbins manufacturing plant in Vernon in the late 90's, before they closed it down. Then, she comes back out and proceeds to give me a different flavor of Oreo without asking if it was okay. I didn't really care about the flavor but still thought it was rude not to make sure it was okay. Turns out, I start eating it and this flavor she gave me contains peanut butter which I am allergic to. This could have been really bad for someone with a severe allergy. I had to feed 70 people and didn't know what to do because I wanted an ice cream cake and they were all too small.
