We had an excellent experience at Pinkberry! The store was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere that made it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy our frozen yogurt. The customer service was outstanding. Anthony and Sherry were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to answer our questions, offered great recommendations, and made us feel valued as customers. Their positive attitudes and genuine willingness to help made our visit even more enjoyable. Between the exceptional service and the welcoming ambience, this was one of the best Pinkberry experiences we've had. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location! read more

Healthy (ish) dessert? Sign me up! Frozen yogurt! It's tasty and has probiotics that are good for gut health and fighting off the bad bacteria. That is awesome! The frozen yogurt itself has a creamy, almost ice cream like texture. It's great! I also love that you can add fun toppings! There's fruits, nuts, cookies, etc. My only complaint about my experience here was that there were only a couple flavors. I guess they were out of a couple ones? Ran out of the Dubai Chocolate flavor. Bummer. They also ran out of spoons lol People kept asking for that and the poor employee was like sorry I don't have any spoons lol The line was long and PinkBerry got slammed with a ton of people lol Service was fine though overall. Ambience was busy and warm inside the froyo shop. I don't know if it just got warm because we had a line of people in a small space or if it was just warm in general. I ordered the cookies and cream flavor but it just tasted like chocolate. Disappointed there. read more

Pinkberry never disappoints! Every time I come in, I'm greeted by the sweetest employees who are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make the experience even better. And the frozen yogurt... it's perfection. If I had to choose a dessert for my last meal ever, it would be an Original Tart Pinkberry topped with mochi, caramel, and strawberry pieces! It's the perfect combination of creamy, tangy, chewy, sweet, and refreshing. I crave it all the time, and it's my favorite treat no matter the season. Thank you for always serving delicious frozen yogurt with a smile. You have a customer for life! read more

Pinkberry - Dubai Chocolate - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Corona, California

First of all, I've never been to a Pinkberry before today. I've had many frozen yogurts, and the taste is NOTHING like the others. I will attach my receipt for reference. The shop is clean and there wasn't another person in here. That should have been a clue.. the young man behind the counter, Anthony, stood behind the counter staring out the window while we were talking to him. I was reading the menu, and asked a question regarding the pomegranate, and his reply was this, " THAT's WHAT IT SAYS!" So I replied, "That's what I read." How rude. Seriously, if you're looking for that 5* ratings, then you'll need to start by "cleaning house." Get ride of the lazy, self-centered, associates, that you call employees, and focus more on the interviewing process by hiring individuals that want to be there, HELPING customers, especially knowing they have never had Pinkberry before. Be that "SMILE" that draws you in and offer a spoon sample of something... when we asked for STRAWBERRY, Anthony responded, "we don't have strawberry. We have pomegranate, which is close. NOPE! So far off the comparison scale. What a horrible suggestion. There's no way to compare strawberry to pomegranate. Especially here. No way do they taste the same. Actually, the flavor of the pomegranate was like eating cold sour cream. No kidding around. We also got child's "mini" that had been pre-packed, as the sign stated. We chose the chocolate with hazelnut. When Anthony placed it on the counter, he mentioned, "this one is pretty frozen, because it's pre-packed". ( not the fact that he had to pull it from the farthest part of the standing freezer. ) it also appears that Anthony was the only employee working at the time we were there. He had already giving us the Strawberry, oh wait, it was pomegranate...cup. And standing at the counter is where he placed the "mini". Ringing up my tab, without making our 3rd item, which was a 24oz mixed berry smoothie. When I asked about it, Anthony's reply was. "Well, I have yo go back there and make it." Overall, The taste of this frozen yogurt, is not like other yogurt places we've been too. Anthony is not the best at Customer Service, and needs further training in public servicing. He needs to pay more attention to his communication skills, as he is lacking in so many ways. I won't be back to your location. Actually, I don't feel the need to buy from any Pinkberry location. Just my preference in taste. If I'm having sour cream, it'll be on my enchiladas on nachos or with taquitos. I wish I could get my $21 back. What a waste of my taste buds.. read more

We had a such good experience on a Hot Sunday morning with our family, I had a mango and lemonade swirl which was absolutely delicious and so refreshing and my son and husband had the strawberry Dubai chocolate which was so fresh! The customer service was okay, but the wait time is insane. We ordered 5 açaí bowls with no one else in the store and it took almost 30 minutes. The wait time was absurd. They must have been growing the fruit in the back waiting, picking them, and preparing them. read more

We were satisfied with our order as this hit the spot. They were diligent enough to warn my kids about nuts to help them avoid allergies and were willing to get separate toppings from the back if any were near nuts. This is located just at the edge of the Dos Lagos shopping plaza. There are plenty of parking in the area, but there are limited seating inside Pinkberry. There are also limited flavors. I also did not know that this is not a self serve place. You place your order with the staff. They had about 4/5 flavors and topping displays behind the glass partition. You can ask for as much topping as you want as long as it fits on the cup. The staff were friendly and asked us if we had wanted to sample the flavors. We went with the hazelnut chocolate and topped it off with strawberry, strawberry popping boba, kiwi, oreo, sprinkles, mochi, and cookie dough. The ambiance inside was neat and well lit. It gets really quiet if there are no other patrons other than you or your party. There is a no public restroom sign outside but there is a restroom inside should you need it. Otherwise, Dos Lagos does pretty good at providing the amenities. The yogurt was refreshing and the topping provided a sweet and contrasting textures, it was a nice treat after walking around the shoppes and the little water area that they have across the street. read more

I have not seen a Pinkberry in ages. They closed a few around me so when I saw one in Corona, I was happy to take my daughter for her to try. They now have the cutest mini size. I got the mini ( picture below) mochi and strawberries toppings with Yuzu flavored frozen yogurt and my daughter got the small with 3 toppings. The total came out to about $13.00. Pinkberry - a cup of ice cream with a spoon in it - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Corona, California

I love pinkberry and come often. However on multiple occasions there are employees who do not care about the customer or their job. I have not commented before regarding unfriendly signs of "do not touch", don't put lids on the counter in customers reach then. Since then that has been removed. Today 2/23/25, around 415pm, there was a young lady working with a gentleman. I observed her behavior as it was hard to look away as I stood in line. With one glove on her left hand, she was handling cash with her other hand and slamming bills on the counter. Her overall attitude was "I'm annoyed, I hate my job, I hate my life". Every time a topping was chosen, she would aggressively shove the spoon in the bin...every time. I asked her if we were bothering her or upsetting her. She commented and attributed it to her resting face. I told her it had nothing to do with her face and it was her attitude and body language. Her only response back was "but I said I was sorry". Unfortunately that does not work. Customer service roles require professionalism and respect, especially when serving families and young children. Employees represent the business and its values, and this type of behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. I strongly recommend that this individual receive additional customer service training to align with the standards expected in a hospitality environment. As a business owner, I would be concerned about the impression left on paying customers and would take immediate action to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all. read more

Service: 5 stars. The young employee was very patient and gave us time to look at the menu and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. I hadn't been back to Pinkberry in a while since there's other yogurt and custard/Italian ice shops around. He responded that they took out yummy strawberry and replaced with Cookies n Creme flavor. Taste: 4 stars. The mango yogurt was fine. It's a little tart compared to the very sweet yogurt from a different yogurt shop. The kids enjoyed the chocolate Nutella-like yogurt and the Cookies n Creme flavor. Since it's one price per size and not quite based on weight, we asked for several toppings: chocolate chips, Fruity Pebbles, mochi, mini m&ms, rainbow sprinkles, tiny gummy bears, and mini peanut butter cups. There's also a variety of healthy fruit toppings. Price: There were 3 different set prices: small, medium, large cups and another price for a cone, and a take home container size. Location: Easy to find when you first drive into the large Dos Lagos shopping plaza by Rocky Mountain Factory and Taps restaurant. Parking: plentiful. It was very yummy! The summer crush was tart with a hint of melon. Fresh. Anthony was very helpful and informative.

The guy behind the counter saw me waiting in line behind the family ordering, I didn't want to squeeze into the corner because I wasn't sure if that's where the line was, but a couple came in after me and went into the corner. I was hoping the guy at the counter would still take me first or tell me that's where the line is but no, he took me after the couple that came in after me and didn't even say anything to me. Next time you should take the person that came in first. Bad customer service dude you could've said anything to me not take me after another family I'm one person and I was there first do better you're disrespectful lol read more

Needed to cool off from this summer heat and what better way than to have some delicious frozen yogurt. The location is by the main entrance so you'll be able to find parking by TGIF. I had their cookies n cream yogurt with some Oreo crumbs on top and it was delicious. my girlfriend had their pomegranate flavor yogurt with strawberry boba balls which she said was very good. The only thing I don't like is how they charge extra for the toppings and it was a little pricier than other frozen yogurt places. I would definitely come back and get some more frozen yogurt here when I need a quick cool down. read more

Went today Sept 1, 2020 around 3:30p and got a large size for about $10. We like Pinkberry even though the price is pretty expensive. But at this location they're deceptive with their serving size. They have a huge empty space in the middle of the yogurt swirl. The hole is about 1/3 of the cup that's just air. Is it worth ripping off the customer for something that costs them just a few more pennies-worth of yogurt? Look at the pictures and you'll see what I'm talking about. I've been to plenty of other Pinkberrys and this was the worst I've gotten. Note: The employee DID NOT weigh it either like they do at other locations. Anyways, I think deceiving the customer is not a good business practice. Just use a little smaller cup size without a big fat air hole, so we know what we're getting. Don't try to trick us into thinking that we're getting more than the truth. Dishonest and shady business practice. read more

I'm rare to give a low score. Can even check to see this holds true and adds a bit more validation to my review. I went to this location today around 1:30pm to get my free birthday scoop. I was excited after such a hot day! When I arrived a mom with three kids came out with nothing in hand. I thought maybe they ate their yogurt inside, but little did I know they weren't served. I walked through and a man followed. After 2 minutes of no one coming out front, he left. I was determined to wait for someone to come out front to help me out. I could hear them washing dishes away and even could see them in the back doing so. I tried to get their attention, but nothing was pulling them away from that back area. So ultimately I left after waiting 5-7 minutes. Maybe the night staff left a mess for a single worker to deal with or some other reason why they never came up. Just to see 6 people had come and gone with no service or even acknowledgement is bitter to think about. I hope to come back soon, so I can change my review as I hate giving a 1 star, but surely wanted to share my experience and the 5 others who dealt with it in the time span I was there. read more

My family and I LOVE Pink Berry. The original tart is amazing. What's not amazing is that they are so inconsistent with the serving sizes. If you order a medium, it should be filled the same each time and covered with toppings the same every time. Yet, when the owner or a few other workers serve it, they barely fill it up, leave giant holes in the center, and leave the sides bare too. The yogurt doesn't even touch the sides of the cup and to top it off, the toppings are sparingly applied at best. Literally I counted about 20 little chocolate crisp in total. I usually don't complain but this has happened way too often and it's way too expensive for this to happen at all. I called them prior to posting this and the owner handed the phone off after my complaint and never apologized. Sadly they may be losing some customers. read more

This is the best frozen yogurt you could have. Always very friendly and clean. We moved to CA from NY and were so happy to find one. Although 45 mins away from where we live, we come often and I have the Pinkberry app which always seem to have accumulated enough points (being a family of 7) that there's a free yogurt available every time we go, which is nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes depending on who's behind the counter, I have to ask for more toppings. I always either get a Medium or Large and would like the 2 toppings to last as long as the yogurt does. I feel that if I'm only asking for 2 toppings out of the 4/5 toppings that come included with that size, please give me extra of the ones I do choose without me having to keep saying "more please" over and over until it becomes weird. In that situation, I feel the employee should ask if that's a good amount. I've even purchased the .95 cent topping cups to avoid sounding greedy to what I should be entitled to for the price. read more

They're delicious and refreshing!! I absolutely love LOVE PINKBERRY!! Gonna pick some up tdy!

In a world filled with self-serve yogurt shops, it's actually a bit refreshing to find a place that gives you only a few options and then dishes up your dessert for you. Pinkberry typically has 5 or so flavors on their machines, and their employees are swirl-masters, giving you the prettiest bowls of frozen yogurt you ever did see. The Yogurt: A few years ago I discovered that pomegranate mixed with chocolate is delicious. The tartness of the pomegranate cuts the rich flavor of the chocolate. The two just compliment each other so brilliantly. So, I was sure to pair these flavors together during my visit here. I ordered a small of pomegranate and original swirled together. For toppings, I had granola, almonds, these dark chocolate puff things, and lots of strawberries. The "original" flavor is a bit tart but also has a nice creaminess to it, while the pomegranate has a nice punch to it. I equally love both, so that's why I opted to get 'em swirled together. One last thought, their yogurt isn't as sugary as other frozen yogurt shops--which is another reason I enjoy them so much--you get your fill of sweetness without feeling like you just took in your daily calory allowance for sugar. Service: Not a ton of remarks regarding service as my trip here was probably less than 3 minutes long. They were friendly and got me in and out of the shop quickly! read more

Pinkberry is hands down the cream of the crop(pun intended) when it comes to Froyo. Pinkberry was the first ever Froyo place I tried when I first visited LA and I am pleased to announce almost 10 years later it's still Tier 1, Top Pick, First Ballot when it comes to Froyo. This location is on the smaller side, 12 seats total on the inside. The inside was very clean and well stocked. Angelica helped my friends and I get our Yogurt and she did an amazing job. She was patient, funny and had great customer service. The Froyo was amazing and as I stated earlier the quality and expectations still met my standard. I would gladly come back to this location and I recommend you do too if you have a late night hankering for something sweet. read more

Just wanted to say that this PinkBerry, located at Dos Lagos, that's now next door to a cupcakery (Sugar Tart) is pretty damn good. Came here over the weekend for my free small Mango with unlimited toppings, and was quickly greeted by UBER happy workers. I mean REALLY happy. Their new flavor Mango was pretty damn good and you could definitely taste the tartness that Pinkberry is known for. I only had fresh mango and yummy mochi as toppings.
