Been coming here in the past 5 years since moving to Corona. They have been consistently good. Yes, it does get pretty packed after school / dinner time (I blame this to lack of other choices in the area). Price is reaching a ridiculous level with the shake nearing $10 and kid scoop $5, but it's really the norm everywhere now days. I'd give this place 3 stars for the store itself but added 1 star because the franchisee does an excellent job connecting with the city and CNUSD to do lots of fundraiser activities. read more

Avoid this place like crazy, poor service, staff that profiles customers and helps out others instead when you've been waiting in line for service with your daughter. I get it, you want a "specific" type of customer, you made that clear with the type people you put ahead of us. We walked out and didn't bother giving you a dime. Can't hope enough for the closure of this location. Thankfully the one on Lincoln was more than helpful, actual service without the profilng, this isn't the deep south, you keep that garbage to your personal life, don't bring it to the workplace. read more

I come here a lot especially during the summer months. The service I've received each time I've visited has been great. Although the weather is cold I decided to stop by for some ice cream. I tried the new Dubai Ice cream with the chocolate dipped cake cone. The ice cream was delicious and I would get it again. There's plenty of inside seating and the tables were all clean. The counter near the cash register had chocolate ice cream drippings though. I'm sure it will be cleaned once the staff see it. read more

Not sure why this place has such a bad overall score. I think the location is perfect, service was great and the ice cream options were fantastic. Maybe they got new management? It's interesting that Sydney Sweeney is a spokesperson for them so she's on posters and commercials playing inside HA! Maybe this will bring the crowd. Their ice cream "flight" deal for 9.99 is GREAT! 4 giant scoops and waffle chips is perfect for two to split but my big back self didn't share. Husband had a lava flow smoothie and loved it as well. "Beach Day" flavor is the summer staple for 2025 and you could never go wrong with their sherbets. Cashier was so sweet that she gave me a free sugar cone since they were out of waffle chips. My family and I have been going to several Baskin-Robbins locations for years and always loved it. Unfortunately, this one on Foothill in Corona has been disappointing both times we visited. The first time, there were at least five employees behind the counter just messing around, playing with scoops of ice cream and ignoring customers. There were only two other people besides me and my son, yet it was hard to get anyone's attention to take our order. After finally ordering, we waited nearly 20 minutes for two milkshakes. When I asked about our order, no one knew anything, and instead of apologizing, they just asked me to reorder -- so I left. The second visit wasn't better. My son had a "free scoop" coupon from school. He wanted two flavors, and I said I'd pay for the extra scoop. The worker took the coupon but still charged me for both scoops. When I asked why, she looked confused, lost the coupon, then handed it back saying to just keep it -- basically forcing me to pay instead of honoring the free scoop. read more

First time here bad experience, donuts were hard not fresh, and bad customer service

Been going to this location for 2 years. Very clean but the staff are rude, pushy, impatient and need to work on their customer service skills. No way to contact the manager and the girls don't wear name tags. The treatment I received today didn't sit right with me so I called back asking for her name and she refused and hung up me, more wonderful customer service. Went with a friend after hanging at at a local park last winter! I felt bad as it was pretty empty-though to be fair December is generally not the season for ice cream. The cashier was very nice and was generous in the size of my ice cream scoop my goodness! It was a pleasant place to sit and eat our ice cream inside. read more

Not sure what was happening today. Came in around 4 oclock and there were around 6-8 girls working. One person took our order . We waited for about 20 minutes before realizing we were never getting our order. (It was dead. Me and 1 other customer) The workers were all messing around and playing with the ice cream to see who can make the tallest scoop. When we asked about our order, they didnt remember. We decided to cancel and the girl didnt bother to apologize or make things right. read more

I just had the best experience at the Baskin-Robbins on foothill in Corona. My young son had the wiggles and was running around a bit and climbing. I kept trying to get him under control and they were so kind about it. They really make me feel good about leaving the house with my young son. From a tired mother. They really made my day. While I didn't have a bad customer service experience, nor was the ice cream bad, I had a huge issue with how my waffle cone was handled. The man was texting on his phone the entire time and I don't know when was the last time he washed his hands and/or where his hands were prior to handling my order, but he grabbed my waffle cone just straight up without washing his hands or any gloves on. I did feel bad so I proceeded with the transaction. I just won't come back here again, the way my order was handled was traumatizing. Non-the-less, still a polite older man and I still ate the ice cream cone. Just hoping this review will address the food handling issue as it can be dangerous. read more

Wow. Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I've been here a few times - including recently. Have never experienced bad service or ice cream here. I actually much prefer it to the other one nearby. I've only been in the evenings around 7/8 pm or so. Too bad - I don't doubt the other reviews just never experienced it myself. 0 Stars for me and my experience here. I brought my parents and my 3 and 1 year old daughters. My daughter wanted the unicorn hat to go with the ice cream and asked for it in a cone, straight away the lady working said "no you have to get it in a cup to get the hat" so I said okay I'll buy it in the cup and get an ice cream cone on the side. She said "okay but the cone is an extra charge" I said that's fine. In total I paid for the cup of ice cream the cone and my ice cream, I then asked if I could possibly get an extra hat so my other daughter wouldn't feel left out, we had already bought plenty of ice cream and I knew my girls weren't going to eat it all so they shared. The lady quickly said "no you have to buy another cup of ice cream to get a hat." My mom then went and asked again if it was possible to maybe even purchase one, she said "no you have to buy another cup of ice cream if you want a hat". My dad being the grandfather he is asked to speak to a manager and if he could purchase another hat for my youngest, the guy that was working there was about to go get us one and said "yes of course", and the lady (manager working) quickly stopped him and said no each hat is accounted for they have to buy another ice cream. This lady had no problem giving us TWO of the cups but only hat to which she said each cup and hat were accounted for. I'm sorry but these women working here just wanted to be difficult and RUDE. Not the best baskin robins I've been to. Very loud inside and the manager wouldn't let us take chairs outside to sit in right in front of the window. Also it was very dirty there was plenty of staff that they should have had time to wipe down counters, tables and chairs. read more
