Coffee is good and fresh. Staff is 50/50 some are super friendly and attentive some don't see you. It's not as fast as some of the other Starbucks but they are moving and grooving. It was pretty clean but definitely could keep pick up area cleaner. read more

I usually come here after my shift so I can enjoy my afternoon snack and iced tea. It's a 50/50 toss on the team that you get. A couple of them, like the male barista is great: friendly and attentive to the in-house customers. But some of the girls in the afternoon just act like they hate their lives here. I'm not sure why they purposefully ignore customers right in front of them. The latina girl with too much makeup&fake lashes on, prepared a drink, called out the name right in front of me and just continued to ignore me when all I was asking for was a glass of water. It's amazing how some of these kids just do NOT know any basic customer service. I get it; you're busy making drinks for the drive thru, but will it kill you to smile and just say "give me a minute!" Or "sorry for the wait!" Starbucks, you need to retrain and remind these kids how to provide proper customer service. Plus, stop slamming things down. It's soo NOISY when they're "working" :( .....it just shows what little joy you have in your life. Sad to see these kids act like rude jerks to the customers who spend their money here. Horrible customer service and if you want a messed up order come here :) they almost never get it right.

Don't do an in person mobile order. They don't even put them in the mobile order spot and keep them behind the counter. I like the mobile order system since I can just grab my drink and go. I had to stand and wait for 10 minutes before someone finally asked if I had a question. They all had their backs turned and they put all orders at ready, but no drinks were on the counter. Then, they give me my drink and it wasn't the correct drink or size. I had to wait extra for the drink to be remade after already waiting for the mobile order being "ready." read more

I rarely leave reviews but I can't not leave one for our experience today. We went in with our 4 toddlers and while we were waiting the sweet barista brought them 4 little hot chocolates and wrote this kind note on my coffee. She doesn't know it but it brought tears to my eyes. Parenting is challenging and this little message along with the drinks to make them happy, meant more to me than she knows. I didn't catch your name, but you know who you are - thank you so much!! read more

I ordered a Venti Summer Berry Lemonade. The drink was good but I'm disappointed they filled my drink with more than half the cup with ice. I paid $7 for a Venti and I literally got the volume of a grande. The girl at the drive thru was very pleasant, but the drink itself is not worth the cost. Shame on Starbucks for deceiving their customers. read more

Nice seating, friendly staff always get my drinks which are usually customized right! Their drive thru goes by really quick.

So frustratingly inconsistent! Why can't they make my drink the same every time? How were these people trained? Sometimes it's too sweet, other times too bland. I just don't have the time to go back and get it fixed because of the traffic. I really hope the manager or owner takes these reviews seriously and works on improving the quality. read more

Worst location ever. Every time I get a coffee it's the worst. Tastes like a burnt shot w milk. Last time I made them remake it & somehow it comes back horrible. And the girls are beyond rude it's ridiculous. read more

I hardly post reviews and I hardly have any issues here at this location. A couple days ago me and my fiance went through the drive-thru. I ordered my usual, venti strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice. The barista mentioned they charge extra for light ice..... Since when did they start charging EXTRA for LIGHT ICE??!! That makes no sense... my fiancé changed my order and got me a trenta with REGULAR ice.... They should not be charging extra for light ice!!! read more

I go to this store quite often. I went through the drive though at 10:05am (4/12/24) the girl with dark curly hair working the window added a tip onto my card. Which is illegal. I tip 90% of the time, well now I'll only be ordering on the app.. (which will reflect in your future tips and my generosity.) She gave me the wrong drink anyways, so it's just funny to add a tip when you can't even do your job properly. (: read more

Pay attention to what they're charging you! I went in on a Saturday for a two for $10 drink deal. I scanned my app. They charged me $11.95. My total should've only come out to $10.87 for Riverside tax. I even mentioned you guys are still doing the two for 10 deal, right? The lady said yes. There was a long line and I didn't want to argue, but I really hate feeling like I'm getting jipped. Just be careful read more

This was the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. I'm not a big coffee person, but Olivia went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my drink and my visit. It's rare to come across great service and someone who is attentive and friendly, thank you again Olivia! read more

The hear people are awful rude and make you wait on purpose. The cashier finally made my drink because the barista refused.

I used to come here pretty often when I lived with my parents about a year ago and it was always my go to Starbucks. It's in a really convenient spot by Costco so sometimes I'll still visit after getting gas. My most recent visit will be my last time. Management here has changed and it's pretty clear based on the workers demeanor, I mean the vibe here was usually really really good. Came in the other morning with my parents and one of the workers was belligerent making all this noise literally screaming and it's a really tiny building, making everyone clearly super uncomfortable. Including the other workers. Later found out this was the new manager who my parents have also taken issue with in the past to my knowledge. Can't recommend this spot unfortunately read more

My order was about $17(16.sum cant remember exactly) i gave the barista $ 14 cash and told him to charge me the rest on card which should been only $2 something but charge me 7.50 instead on apple pay. I didnt notice till i got home but pay attention! read more

Same shitty attitude and service at 730am on the weekday. If they don't like their jobs QUIT

This location has really gone downhill. I used to come all the time before and after work but lately this location seems to have an issue with everything. First of all there are NO outlets so do not come here if you are looking to get some work done. The baristas have been very rude, especially in the morning they always have an attitude and it takes forever to get my drink. I don't know what their issue is with inventory but this location is ALWAYS out of something whether it is drink ingredients or pastries. I asked one of the baristas about it and they told me it was because they're under new management and left it at that. Overall, this location is not consistent and you are better off visiting one of the other Starbucks in the area. read more

This Starbucks locations never fails when it comes to my orders, not only are people great so is their cozy atmosphere, cuz of these it leads me to having the need to have a companion that would easily replicate these feelings, which few days later led me to buy a kitten, which I named Mocha. I get my coffee from this location almost everyday. ALL the Baristas are super friendly and fun. They know my order and ask me how I am. The customer service at this location is exceptional. I always think I will switch to home brew but then the staff makes me feel exceptional and brightens my day. They are fast and get me through so I can get on my way to work asap. I wouldn't complain about the wait to them as MOST of the time there are people in the drive-thru that hold everyone up. I will continue to be a customer as I know they will continue to provide me with wonderful service. read more

Not sure what is going on at this location but plenty times that I've been here there's a girl with long black hair making drinks (looks Hispanic) that seems very moody and she never prioritizes the Mobil orders. When thinking through the list of "essentials" for life what comes to mind is underwear (and the art of changing them), getting a pay check, and of course coffee. Everyone obviously knows that nothing coffee wise compares to Starbucks. Would you ever boycott it for any reason? I rest my case. Haha! I have been inhabiting this specific location off and on for many years now and over time I have felt like one of the regulars which does seem nice every now and then when you just feel like a number to the world. For a corporation of all things to have a personal touch is a thing of beauty. Throughout the week I tell the wife "prison coffee" at home is nice, but when the weekends hit we're both "brewing" for some Starbucks. It always that needed punch when it's most needed so kudos more than you know for that. The staff as I said are very pleasant and as you get to know them they get to know you and it certainly creates a more inviting experience overall. It's true like a certain "arch" there is practically one on every corner, but what I appreciate is the attention to detail at this one and I'd be certainly sad if/when I ever move away. Although I'd still make a drive just to say hi and of course indulge in an always needed cup of Joe! read more
