Every time I come here they never have my order ready at first I thought maybe it was me I gave them the benefit of the doubt so this time I ordered 30 minutes ahead I always get here at 8:55 before punching in at the Home Depot in the same plaza this time I ordered my food at 8:30 and it said it would be ready 8:45 I came in at 8:55 like usual I gave them my name and they didn't have my food ready again it does not take 10 minutes to drive from Starbucks to Home Depot yet somehow I managed to make it late to work because I had to wait for them to grab my stuff that should've been ready 10 minutes prior to my arrival. read more

Key points: Pretty typical for a Starbucks. Staff isn't very attentive at this location. Came here to study. Ordered some coffee via the Mobile app. Picked it up without any problems. Tried to get a refill later, but had to wait at the cashiers counter, as the only person in line, for way too long before I was ever helped. Staff members clearly saw me standing there, and didn't come help, nor did they give me the update that someone would be right there to help. Some of them did not even appear to be actively doing any high priority tasks (I.e. making drinks, taking someone else's order.) I think I did see one of them restocking some bakery items, but a waiting customer should be the priority. I was going to order some food too, but after how long I waited for a coffee refill, I didn't feel like waiting for more items. Not entirely sure if this is the usual service they have there, or if I happened to have caught them at a bad time. One good thing however, is that this place is a Pokémon gym. read more

I love coming here. It's really close to my home. Usually they have awsome service. But not so much today. The person who took my order his name is Ryan. Ryan was busy talking to the customer in front of me. I guess it was someone he knew and hadn't seen him in awhile. Which is nice to see someone like that. They talked during his order and even when he was finished. I had to wait a few minutes then he looked at me then came over to take my order. He had great customer service but I had to wait a few minutes for him. I ordered soy latte it tasted really good. Made the way I love it. Thank you. Wtf Starbucks?! I ordered a grande java chip frappe with caramel drizzle and this is what I got back. This drink is doused in caramel as you can see, not to mention the drink itself other than the caramel is tasteless as if I'm drinking just whip cream and blended ice. Wtf? I can't believe with 7 employees working at a time and all the "cleaning " they do this is not cleaned properly this is disgusting . Things have gotten better here! They have two employees that are exemplary. I live a cross the way so I come here a lot. There's a bubbly girl with long auburn hair and medium light complexion I feel so bad for not knowing her name but she says "love" often and it seriously the best. She's so proactive and positive. There's also a person with shorter darker hair and lighter complexion with glasses and hip /cool style who is usually on the machine next to mobile and helping mobile orders in the am on weekdays. I feel bad for also not knowing their name but I just have to say they are so kind and proactive. Today I saw a kind note on my food saying enjoy. This made me smile and made my day. Thank you . There's a drive through as well!!! My visit here was a very special visit. I went through troubles finding this exact Starbucks on yelp just to write about my experience today. It seems as if the society up here doesn't do much customizing when it comes to their drinks... I ordered a pretty complex drink that costed around $16. The worst Starbucks location ever!! I wouldn't complain but since it's the third time then I think people needed to know. Employees here seems like they hate their job or doesn't get a proper training but hey the issues require a common sense. First, the strawberry they add in your pink drinks are old! It tasted dry and moldy so I thought I'll let it go because it's a first. Second, when I got matcha latte it tasted weird like it was mixed with something else so I noticed that they don't rinse of the cup mixer they use here esp if there is no customer inside the store so beware of buying it drive tru! For that one I got a refund. Last one, I purchased a 24oz Starbucks Cold Cup for pick up because it shows that it's the only that have available cups but no!! They do not update and they will waste your time and gas!! They do not know how to refund too!! So you'll have to contact the corporate and refund takes a week. It sucks that Starbucks price went up, I think customer deserve and expected to get a good product and service for what they pay for. Do not buy here, save your time/gas. I randomly come to this SB but today there was a lady in front of me that wanted a refill for a regular coffee so the cash register lady went and asked the manager due to the customer did not have a $.50 cents for her refill but unfortunately manager denied her request and walked away. This is in a great location. It has a drive thru and is located at the beginning of a few Madhouse shopping centers! So if you need a little extra hop to your step stop in or drive thru here before you tackle all the shops in the area. The employees have always been pleasant and the one time that they had me wait a little extra longer than usual in the drive thru, they offered me a complimentary drink voucher on them my next visit. Oatmeal cookies and their fresh chicken salad sandwiches. I usually have a very good experience at this Starbucks. But I just left there having had just terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order for a hibiscus refresher, nonfat graham latte, and an omega 3 bistro box. Usually when you place a mobile order they put everything out for you. I come in and the only thing out is the hibiscus refresher. I had requested 3 scoops of berries. There was like one berry in there. I asked for more berries and got the barista rolled her eyes and just added a bunch of Berries on top. No shaking it or anything so I had to stir it with my straw but it didn't blend very well. I also requested honey and it had not been melted. I've seen them make this drink before where they melt the Honey first in hot water before adding anything else. I don't think this was done. Moving on to the next item. They were out of the nonfat Graham latte. So I asked for a salted caramel latte. She gave me whip Cream so I asked her if the drink is nonfat like the original one I ordered. She rolled her eyes again and made me another drink. Pretty sure it tastes like hazelnuts but I'm tired of complaining and getting eye rolls. So I'll let it go. No bistro box on the counter. I ask. She says I need to go around and get it myself. I go around. No omega 3. I go back and ask if they have omega 3 boxes. I get another eye roll. She says she has nothing to do with mobile orders, she only makes drinks. I tell her usually everything comes out together when I place mobile orders. Another eye roll. She tells me to go around again to the front register and ask them. Already the entire idea of a mobile order has been defeated. I have spend half the day saying "excuse me but..." And getting eye rolls. I go stand in line. The lady tells me they never have omega 3 boxes. She apologizes for not updating the mobile system. I ask her if I can just get the PB & J box. She looks up the price and mentions that it's more expensive but she will do me this one favor. Thanks. Nice layout, plenty of outlets. Not too cold like most Starbucks. There is also a drive-through. They have 4 comfy arm chairs, one large work table, and 4 smaller tables and a bar. It's a good location for meetings. Perhaps even better is the Starbucks off Pierce and the 91, one exit East from here. Not much else to say, it's Starbucks. if you want the best coffee shop experience in Corona, check out It's A Grind instead. As Starbucks go, this is a good one.
