There were about 3 people ahead of us in line and only one employee working behind the counter at the time. I forgot to ask her name, but huge shoutout to her for getting the line down quickly, while still making a bomb tasting smoothie for me and my friend!! Would definitely come back to this location. Aman, the female mamager at this location, is very rude, condescending, and not customer friendly. I've been frequenting this location for over a decade, and the service has always been excellent until the new ownership. I don't believe I want to come back to this location until there is a change in management. As they do not understand customer service and how to maintain long term customers. They would rather argue semantics, over six dollar drinks. Worst yet, i've been to this location twice recently, and had to wait about half an hour to even place my order because they are too cheap to hire enough staff. Whoever is teaching them customer service here is doing a terrible job & truly embarrassing to their business in whole. As we were ordering our drinks they started making them right away, okay cool and I understand that can be protocol to make sure they're flushing the drinks out on time, but we were literally the only people in the store. we only ordered two drinks but the total was $13. As we are ordering the drinks and I'm watching the total I see by the cash register they didn't take anything over $20 & we only had $50 on us. Change would have been $37 but they said they couldn't take my 50 understandable! We told them we'll cancel the order because we unfortunately only brought cash. And only had an extra $12 loose change wouldn't have been enough. She tells us "well we already made one smoothie you can pay for that because I don't want it to go to waste" . I paid for it just to not argue with someone who clearly doesn't have common sense. One kid walked out with a drink, the other at home didn't get one because we were told to pay for a drink we didn't tell them to make before a receipt was even created or a payment was even made!! My daughter even felt so bad she didn't want the drink anymore!! if we couldn't get both. ! I wouldn't recommend this juice place to anyone there's skimming on the ingredients. The owner was there when I came right when it opened at 8 o'clock and she was more concerned with me being there before it was eight or if it was time for them to be open or not after the employee was trying to make my drink. I noticed she only put one piece of kale in seven pieces of spinach in a large drink After she gave it to me. It was like light green colored. It wasn't a dark green. I warned her she didn't put enough ingredients and then she proceeded to just dump them over at the top. If you want a drink just go to exit up to the other Jamba Juice, or go to exit back to hidden Valley and get theother juice it up. I'm surprised they are still in business but then again they're selling $10 smoothies and putting half the ingredients that should be in the smoothie. read more

A classic blend of strawberry, banana, and yogurt that has been on the menu since the beginning. This trip I switched things up and built my own açaí bowl: Step 1. Pick your base. There's honestly an overwhelming number of bases, including: traditional açaí, peanut butter, cold brew, and about four others. I ended up ordering the Ultimate Açaí Bowl, which is the original açaí recipe: organic açaí, apple juice blend, banana, and guarana. Step 2. Pick your toppings. Next you can top your bowl with your choice of three toppings, including fruits, nuts, and granola. My picks were strawberry, banana, and granola. If you'd like to include any extra, you can add toppings for an additional $.75. Honey drizzle is complimentary! Overall the bowl was absolutely delicious, and a great option for breakfast or pre/post workout if you're looking to go light.
