Today was my first visit to this Starbucks Cave and I was in LOVE!!!! It has such a spaciously lovely Patio and is GORGEOUSLY maintained - so clean, organized, with the loveliest Hand drawn Welcome Sign about how Coffee and Friends make the sexiest morale boosting medicine ;0) Jayme was taking orders and she was a TERRIFIC Barista - so pleasant and friendly with the Gentleman in front of me and encouraging him to make the most out of his Treasure Hunting experience while ringing me up to keep energy highly efficient and professional. I was in a donut-ey mood so I ordered their glazed Solo Stud with a hot cup of their daily roast - everything was prepared to the perfect piping but not too hot temperature and Jayme even offered to add cream and sugar in it for me!! I said no thanks to keep my Sugar Levels responsibly balanced but loved her down to earth pleasantly caring suggestions nonetheless. I also love her Authentically Charming Style - her Hair LITERALLY looks like Spun Gold from the Fairy Tales I used to read growing up, and the way she braids it is so appealing to our Artist's Eyes :0) Thank you Jayme for being such a Fantastic Worker and the whole Team for keeping the Cave looking super well-stocked and Sexy!! I called ahead and spoke with a female employee about an item they had available. I asked if I could place an order over the phone and pick it up , and I was told that I could. However, when I arrived, I was told that no one would have given me that information and that I must have called the wrong Starbucks, even after I provided them with the store's information. Why review Starbucks? Easy, some do a great job while others fail to meet expectations. Service was good, but the delivery was terrible. Someone accidentally grabbed my order, not a big deal, but the replacement drip coffee was not hot at all, more so lukewarm. Asked for it to be replaced, which they did with the exact same lukewarm coffee. No drive-thru here, plenty of seating and a good amount of outlets for charging things. This location is pretty popular and is located in a shopping center. Parking is decent but shares a lot with a string of other businesses. It's a good place to study or work from but it's also somewhat of a social meet-up spot for a lot of locals. read more

I went there today to pick up an uber order. everyone looked super busy when i got there so i thought i'd check in on my uber order to see what the status update was, the girl said she was working on it( she didnt even fake to look like she was looking at the mobile orders). i waited patiently for 30 minutes then came back up there to ask again and the girl who had told me prior that she was working on it now is saying "Oh someone picked it up already." Like Hello? had you checked on the order that i came up there for you could have told me and i could have expedited things on my end. The customer who i was picking up for let me know that she had been waiting 1 whole hour. so this means that this starbucks doesnt even confirm with uber orders when they leave so someone just walked out with my uber order because the starbucks employees here didnt check. Super unprofessional and a huge waste of my time and the customer's time. The customer had to Cancel the order and Redo the order also. The only way to know if your coffee is ready is to pick up every single cup they have at the counter. They won't call your name even if you give it to them, so why bother to ask for it? Worst part wasn't even that everyone finger fucked my drink before I got to put the cup to my mouth, no... the worst part was waiting an additional ten minutes for them to give me a slice of lemon loaf.. TEN MINUTES AFTER MY DRINK CAME OUT!!!!! If I would have seen the hustle, perhaps I wouldn't even mention the time it took to get a stupid slice of cake, but.... Placed my mobile order for five beverages and one pastry at 4:46 pm. App said my order should be ready in 6-8 minutes. Actually received my finished order in 15 minutes at 5:01 pm. When I received my order, it was missing the venti English breakfast tea and pastry that I included with my order. When I mentioned this to the cashier (Lauren), she went to go get it and asked, "Earl Grey," right? "No," I reminded her, "I ordered a Venti English Breakfast with one teabag." When I brought it home, she put TWO teabags. It was so strong that I had to throw it out. As usual, the partners here show no urgency to serve guests, never smile or engage with guests, get orders wrong and I honestly have no clue how Lauren still has a job here. She is the most consistently unhappy looking partner I've ever encountered at a Starbucks and I've literally been to hundreds of them across the country. It's location is particularly inviting and nice, and it's presence is definitely a plus for the other businesses that share this location.
