I love this spot! I can get a workout in, and hop over to grab a coffee and get some work done. My favorite location by the movie theater was closed... and no one knew why, so not sure how I feel about the new CEO, it was my favorite spot to work. If you're just popping in, drive thru, it's fine, but the seating area is rather uncomfortable if you're doing a long work session. Pumpkin Spice and everything nice!! I love this time of year. Spooky season, Fall and Winter. There's no better time to grab a warm cup of coffee. I also love the seasonal drinks that come out this time of year. All the pumpkin and pecan flavors. It's so comforting! I'm pretty much obsessed with the iced pumpkin cream chai at Starbucks! It's creamy, very sweet and delicious! I love it when I don't taste the coffee in my drink lol My drink was perfect. Service was good. I was in and out pretty quickly. Loved my drink. Stopped by this Starbucks today and had an awesome experience. I ordered two Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos and both drinks were made perfect -- balanced, smooth, and full of flavor. This is a clean and large Starbucks location. The store has a spacious industrial feel. It is adjacent and convenient off the 15 - South El Cerrito off- ramp. The service is quick and friendly. Careful when using the restroom. Walked in to address some paper work that only I could handle and I believe the toilet in the mens is ment to be used. Not 30 seconds go by and I hear the door jiggle at to which I said I'll be out soon. Another 15 to 20 seconds go by and I hear another jiggle , I cut it short and walk out to the restroom police say yup he was still in there. I loved my experience at this Starbucks drive through today, I ordered an iced americano plain and the barista said "hardcore" cause I didn't want sugar or cream lol. Then when I mentioned it to her she said she wrote "hardcore" on the bottom of my cup so I'd see it when I finish it. Funny stuff! I always order the same drink here and they ALWAYS mess it up I called a total of 3 times to get my money back or my order remade and today when I went to order my coffee the barista had made my white mocha into a caramel macchiato....like what ? I always stop by this Starbucks when I visit family. I really like that it's a newer location and that it's conveniently located near the 15 freeway. I came here the other with my mom. The wait was really long which was fine since it provided plenty of especially needed girl-talk time. I really like this location, and the service is usually pretty good. I frequent this location almost daily, and almost daily they mess up my order. Seriously going to start driving to the other drive through location. Case in point, today drink should be a Venti Iced Black Tea with a splash of Lemonade and sweetened. Instead I received a green tea lemonade..or sometimes it's just the black teas and they've forgotten the lemonade all together, or they do the black tea and lemonade and forget the sweetener. First of all the customer service at this location turns any 3 star review for the wait into a 5 star. You cant punish the location for the waits because its right next to a busy freeway off ramp and everyone comes here. The inside design and interior space gives it another 5 star. My wife and I come in almost every morning because of how welcoming they make us feel. As a happy customer I take offense to bad reviews from one off customers who come from the freeway off ramp because they are on their way to work and expect quick service and thats not a fair assessment of the overall performance of the workers who work really hard.
