Very disappointed with this Starbucks location . The service was unprofessional and poorly managed. While I was waiting in line inside the store, an employee named Nicole pulled a customer who was clearly behind me, and two other people, and moved her to the front. She took their order before ours without asking who was next. That is completely unfair and unacceptable. I spoke to the manager, Alex, expecting him to correct the situation. Instead, he dismissed it as "just a confusion" and did nothing to properly resolve the issue. There was no apology and no effort to fix the lack of organization inside the store. I chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, and the experience was disorganized and frustrating. Customers deserve fairness and respect. I was late at work. This location is the best one I've experienced so far. I know everyone has their own experiences but so far? Mine have been great! Walk in only store but worth it. The times I've been, it wasn't to busy and the staff finds the the time to walk out my families order to us! So kind. They are always super friendly and willing to help with questions and fixes. Today was red cup day and I waited patiently for my mobile order while one employee was on the floor handing out people their orders and red cups! Very impressive since it was so busy! I never take the time to post a review. However last night/ early morning 1am I came to Starbucks for a warm drink. The young man who took my order, I believe his name was Jacob, also gave me my drink. He was so kind and patient. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he offered me advice and explained the difference of drinks. He even put a friendly comment on my cup. After the hard night I had his great service was a treat. Ordered and paid for my customized hot venti oatmilk green tea latte with 6 scoops of match and no sweetener, nor foam. When I received my drink, the cup felt awfully light. I opened the lid in front of the barista that had prepared the drink and he didn't ask me anything, neither if the drink was correct. As you can see on the picture, the oz amount of the cup fills a grande cup, but is very short to fill a venti cup. In addition, there are lots of foam, even though I ordered with no foam. Literally never review anything but the customer service at this Starbucks was the best I've received. Everyone inside was kind, helpful and patient. The manager noticed I was traveling with children and asked if he could get me anything extra for my trip like ice or water. This was while it was also a busy Saturday morning. One of the newer Starbucks off the 15 freeway in Corona. I see a lot of cars in the drive-thru that come here daily, and decided to pay this store a visit. I walked-in on a day right after school in the late afternoon, so there were mostly high school kids there and they took up most of the tables and as high schoolers goes, it feel like a teen hangout. Wasn't the ambiance I was looking for. So, I just took my drink to go. I ordered a Matcha Frappaccino and it was good, just as expected. The girl cashier was friendly and the younger guy who made my drink made a lot of contact, in a sweet way, but he did this with everyone. I'll have to try the drive-thru and come in on less busy hour to get a more full experience, but the coffee meets the Starbucks standards, so do come through! read more

As I was walking back to my car, another person told me that this location has been locking the doors when the nearby highschool let's out. To the girl who was working closest to the mobile order station at 10 am on Sunday 11/3, you need a serious attitude check. I saw all workers were busy when I came to grab mine and my sisters' drinks so I waited patiently to ask for a straw and didn't yell out "excuse me!" And waited until someone was available to take a moment to help me on their own time. This girl walked over to the counter and just stared at me with the rudest look on her face and never said a word and just stared at me. I felt super uncomfortable and kinda awkward because usually someone will say "did you need a straw?" Or something along those lines. But not this girl. So I kindly asked if I could have a straw and she rolled her eyes before handing them to me without showing any ounce of kindness and never spoke a word even when I thanked her. I would be highly disappointed if I were a manager at this location, because I have never been treated with such blatant rudeness in an exchange with someone like this. I have worked multiple customer service/ service industry jobs and I would NEVER act this way towards someone. Sure, if I was rude or something I wouldn't blame her, but there was NOTHING I did to warrant such a response from this worker. If you're going to be so annoyed about having to hand someone a straw, maybe put the straws out for us to just grab. If a customer asking you for something that is a pretty standard request at your job is such a nuisance to you, maybe find a different job. I've never written a bad review before, but this interaction has honestly upset me to the point where I think I'm just going to go to a different location from now on. read more
