It's your no frills donut shop. They offer the norm and then some. Service was pretty prompt and fast. There were only a few chairs inside but basically dine-in isn't a thing to do here. Parking is no problem also. The croissants were a bit over though. read more

I just bought one dozen mixed donuts. Even though the posted sign said $20 for a mixed dozen, I was charged $23 for 12 small donuts. That's not even the worst part, the employees looked miserable. No hello no thank you. Donuts were not good. Won't be back. read more

First time coming here got the ham & cheese. The ham & cheese wasn't good. The bread was bland and felt like it had paper in it. I don't know if it's because it was overcooked or undercooked. The cheese seemed was runny seemed like there was milk in it. It was a bit pricey. Wouldn't come back here. read more

the lady slammed the counter to get my attention... very rude. never had treatment like that here before. She was upset that the 20 i gave her had a small tear. She ended up ripping it because she kept messing with it and then complaining about it. She had a printed hat with an M on it. read more

These people are so incredibly rude, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and wen I got home it had cream cheese and avocado in it, I'm allergic to avocado, we called and told them wat happened they demanded we bring back the bagel and they replaced it, wen we went back my daughter was telling them to please be more mindful because people have allergies and I could've ended up in the hospital, the lady basically said that we should look at our food before we eat it!! They are always very rude but today was completely unacceptable and while we were waiting another patron came over and said yes they have been so rude to me and my family too.......unbelievable!!! read more

Get polite new people. The old owners were amazing. The main woman in her is rude and pushy.

They take a really long time to make sandwiches, even if you just order a bagel with cream cheese, and when they don't get it right they charge you again to remake it. read more

Their donuts are always fresh and the croissants are huge and delicious. They charge a fee for card payments.

Get the #38 sandwich it's life changing. The lady's are some of the friendliest people once you know them and it's literally the perfect local donut shop. read more

The shop is cute and the variety of donuts is pretty good. I really liked how friendly the lady was behind the counter. As for my order I got an apple filled bear claw which was amazing!!! The cinnamon twist had a nice pillow feel and was deliciously gooey in the inside and had the right amount of frosting. Oh and to top the order I got some donut holes. I really like this place and I hope you get to enjoy these donuts with your friends and family. read more

The people here are rude except for two women who are always working in the back they are friendly, the other two that always work together are rude, poor customer service and impatient, they screw up and blame you. I am a professional and was treated with much disrespect a few times by the same women, I left furious and cant understand how they can even work for the public with no social skills. I notice they are selective in whom they are nice too but they will not get another penny from me, I have the nerve to tip them also but this was the last straw, I feel sorry for the other two ladies that are friendly, I like them but the other two are TERRIBLE!!! I have friends who also went there and said the service sucks and the same two women are rude and need to be trained on how to work with the public, if there unhappy then LEAVE!!! I would not recommend this place any more to anyone, it use to be my favorite place but I have to shop where I feel welcome at and comfortable. read more

This is my family's go-to spot for donuts and croissants. I love their sandwiches too: the bread is delish!! Unless you come in near closing time, they usually have trays upon trays of assorted donuts. I've picked up dozens of donuts on early mornings to take to my job sites and the workers are always fans. One morning when I picked up a couple doz, the employee advised that I should call the night before and let them know, so they could have the donuts ready. So, I called a couple months ago (on the day before) and they told me I had to come in that day and prepay. I chose not to hassle myself and just show up the next morning which worked out fine anyways. read more

I came here just for a boba drink. I walked in and looked at the menu and was promptly greeted with a "what would you like?" And I said I was trying to decide which boba drink I wanted and she asked which one I want. Feeling rushed, I picked one real quick. Noticed a 50 cent charge for credit cards, so my drink was $4.50. I waited probably 6 minutes for the drink, so not too bad. What I did notice was how dated and cluttered the place looked. It makes it look unclean with boxes stacked high, faded signs, and the glimpse I caught of the kitchen looked really cramped. The drink was just ok. Not worth a return visit. With Boba Fiend and 85 across the street and 99 Ranch a few doors down, there certainly is some boba competition. read more

Been going to this shop for more then 25 years. Did not feel welcomed the last couple times. Paid $9.50 for half a dozen of basic glazed donuts and charged $0.75 to top it all for using my ATM card... Current owner must be very greedy, but I felt like a sucker on my last purchase. No more! Time to check the competition, plenty of shops available within less than an extra mile. read more

Price: 3 stars. $10 Cash for a dozen assorted. If you use credit card there will be a $.50 fee. Also, I think there is a fee if you use credit card and it's under a certain amount. Can't remember. First time there. Location: Great. It is in the same area as Costco and so many other restaurants and stores so there's lots of parking since it's a big lot and a little further from Costco. Taste: 3 stars. I usually go to another location in Riverside closer to home because there is a lot of chocolate on top of the donuts. I don't like mostly the dough part and a thin layer of chocolate. Overall: just another donut shop I most likely will not return to unless I am craving a donut but then I probably will just go to Costco to get a big churro to satisfy my sweet tooth. The female employee was pretty nice but I didn't understand her a lot because when I asked what kind of filling was in the donut, she said there wasn't any but it was the round kind with no holes in the middle. Then she tried to explain something else but I didn't get it. read more

They charge extra for cream for coffee extra for filled donuts. I asked for a 1/4 cup of milk for the 5 coffees I ordered and they charge $0.50! Donuts were ok but not fresh at 8 AM! Doughnuts aren't bad but the customer service is super annoying one lady kept repeating its her first day as everyone ahead of me constantly had to repeat their order to her and point at every single thing they wanted i like small businesses and am cool with people who dont speak English as their first language but when you completely don't understand and have everybody repeat themselves is a different story especially on the weekend i had to tell her my order three times not an ideal morning to pick up doughnuts for my daughter if they weren't for my kid i would have just left maybe learn english as this is America and english is the primary language or make a chart or number system do something read more

I got excited when i saw the mini donuts with custard inside as i will drive to fontana to get this, but to my disappointment, it was not as soft and good as i was expecting. On the fence about this place... We went in today for some donuts... Got one dozen of assorted donuts, a dozen donut holes, and we ordered 3 blue Hawaiian lemonades. The donuts tasted like they were a day old. The donut holes were so dry and barely had any glaze on them. And the 3 "lemonades" we ordered seemed like they were smoothies instead. I'm not even sure what he made us. But it definitely did not seem like it was a lemonade... Tasted very sour too. We were trying to figure out what was in it, and we were guessing it was a combination of pineapple and grapefruit or something that gave the drinks a VERY sour flavor. Not a good sour either. It was extremely tart for our taste buds. We ended up just throwing them away. The donuts were edible after being microwaved to mimic a fresh donut. I'm not sure how I feel about coming back to this place... They have a ton of stuff, cheesecake, muffins, sandwiches, bagels etc that all look good. But I'm weary to give it another try. read more

I don't like donuts. I know, I know ... but I can say I love croissants! And the ham and cheese jalapeno croissant at Miss Donuts is just heaven for me. I used to work in the area and would come to Miss Donuts all the time. After almost 10 years they still make the same ham and cheese jalapeno croissant that they have for years, and it is just as good. I have gone before to this donut place and it wasn't the same experience. The lady over the counter was very pushy and wanted to charge me extra even though I was paying cash! I told her that the price on the wall was not what she was charging me. After a few minutes she rolled her eyes at me and said ok. To top it off, the donuts were not fresh and tasted kinda stale. Been coming here for 15 years. Now I know why I think about this place and then skip over it. Prices are thru the roof. Service is always rude and rushed. Depending on which of these awful people ring you up, the price always changes. $19 for a dozen mediocre donuts is laughable. I paid with a $20 and she asked if I wanted to tip before handing me my $1 back. I laughed in her face. Loud and obnoxiously. May have to place an anonymous call to the health department. They would have a field day here. They've been rated a "C" before by the health inspector. I'm not surprised. read more

Hello Miss Donuts.. how are you.. I'm so excited I got to try you. Just a normal little donut shop and again..incredibly happy with something so simple. Moved out this way not too long ago and mom decided to drop by to visit the new place and bless us with some donuts. I ask her.."oh, did you go across the street?".. mind you..my mother and I used to live pretty close to one another in my previous city..and me assuming she knows I'm talking about our old donut shop. She says "yeah, Miss Donuts" ..still, me thinking it's our old one from across our OLD street .. No no..We're driving down the street and I look to my left and there it is.. Miss Donuts! Soooo..it was the one across the street (kinda)..from our now, new home. Close name but definitely my mistake and a good one at that. Momma brought over some donut holes, chocolate donut with sprinkles for baby and a regular glazed and a couple cream-filled.. So soft..almost as if they had just came out of the oven. Fresh tasting and the icing..hello, yum. I still can't get over how fluffy they were and it was about mid morning..and also had one the next day..and I can honestly say, everything still tastes just as good. The donut was soft and the chocolate..again..hello and thank you.. I'm giving 4 stars ONLY because I haven't been able to get down there on my own yet and am very much looking forward to trying more of you... Thank you momma and thank you Miss Donuts..I believe we'll be frequent patrons of this place. read more

We are regulars to this location and have been for a very long time. When we come in the morning please understand that people may be on their way to work so their time, just like theirs, is important. There is one short woman that works at the front and seems to always be having a bad day. Please acknowledge and assist when people come in. We watch interactions with ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS so treat everyone with with respect and courtesy as we do when we come in. The donuts are great, but the customer service needs to be addressed. Please do better. Customer service is important too, not just good food. Now looking for another donut shop. read more

I try to give small businesses a few different tries before my review. Here's my review after my third attempt. Nothing has been good the three times I've tried them and their customer service sucks. Typical mom and pop doughnut joint. The doughnuts aren't that bad, but the actual experience there leaves much to be desired. Aesthetically, the the outdated, discolored photos of everything they offer is too busy. What really does it, is the nickel and diming to no end. 50 cents to use your card. You want flavored creamer for your coffee? That'll be extra! Don't think I'll stop by again. read more

Stopped by here on the way back home from the Spartan race at like 5am. Man, everything here is so good. My friends and I all decided to get a dozen donuts which was ~$8 IIRC. We got a combination of everything from chocolate covered to red velvet to apple fritter to the basic sugar. The donuts were fresh and fluffy. We also got a dozen donut holes for I think 1.50 or $2. It was hella cheap. This place also sells cronuts for $1.75 each. It was the first time I ever tried one and I would say they are worth the hype. We got two different type and both were amazing. Finally, my girlfriend, Amy T., and I split the ultimate breakfast croissant. It was a melt-in-your-mouth combination of ham, cheese, egg and bacon on a hot croissant kind of thing. It was very filling for $5. I would definitely recommend this place. The food that you can get for the price is really really good. read more
