I came here early in the morning and the donuts were soft and fresh. I got a raisin swirl it was soft and flaky. The coffee has great flavor and they also have cinnamon at the counter you can add. The guy at the register (Thy) was very helpful and sweet. It's average size with plenty of room to sit and eat. They even have old school vending machines. I'll be back. read more

The donuts are really good and tasted fresh! The cashier was friendly but the place is definitely going to hit you with nostalgia. They have old toy vending machines that will remind us 90s kids of the good old times. Recommend for a good sweet treat or some Thrifty ice cream! read more

I used the Good To Go app and presented both my purchase confirmation and receipt at pickup, but was still denied my order. The owner/operator refused to recognize the transaction and was unprofessional during the interaction. I did not receive the items I paid for. Love that they're open LATE. & These donuts were fresh. I'm talking about. I think they just came out the oven and got glazed fresh. They were hot. They were still soft. I personally am not a fan of freshly baked donuts. I like them to get a little more structured rather than super soft & gooey, but I am not complaining this place was great because the donuts were so fresh. My donuts actually lasted the next two days and we're still soft. By the way it was 4 PM when I went to go get these donuts. Ravin is great! read more

How is this place still in business? I come here because I feel bad for the place to begin with and love to support my community. I do my laundry next door and sometimes want a donut. It smells, there's always a bum or homeless person sitting inside, and the customer service is pretty bad. Today takes the cake. I go in and spend $15. $14 on some scratchers and 90c on a chocolate old fashioned donut. I walk out and realize he gave me a plain old fashioned. So I go back in and say kindly that they got my order wrong. The guy proceeds to ARGUE with me that it was indeed me that ordered plain not chocolate. He would not let it go! It was stupid! I am flabbergasted. He was extremely condescending and couldn't admit fault. It was not only a waste of my time but it was embarrassing because he was indeed wrong. So I let him know that he shouldn't argue with his customers as the lady smiles looks embarrassed and exchanges my order. What a horrible experience! Wow. I will not be back and I don't recommend you try this place. It has a lack of choices, looks dirty and the service is crap. Good luck with your terrible customer service. read more

I went in for a donut and walked right out empty handed when I noticed that the lady behind the counter wasn't wearing a face mask or gloves. The lady then had the audacity to use a pair of tongs to serve another customer immediately after counting money in the cash register. The owner of Ravins Donuts should be ashamed of themselves. They are not an essential business and should be shut down for not being in compliance with the current COVID-19 laws that are in place in Riverside County. Two stars because the donuts are decent and the drinks are cold. The price is good too. Only two states because it's kind of like your old fashioned corner store in a third world country. Cash only. No AC. A little bit dirty and no public bathroom. Still, it's a local business and I try to support the small business as much as I can. The service was polite and the TV that was on was pleasant background noise. The also sell lotto. It brought back memories of those third world countries where you buy sodas in plastic bags with a rubber band and straw. Nostalgic. read more

BAD ATTITUDE. I went here for the first time after looking around for a new local coffee stop. Came in and right away got a bad feeling. When the lady took my order, I clearly stated I wanted one hot and one cold caramel coffee. When she went to make them I notice she was making two iced coffees after already giving me my hot. I reminded her that I only want one iced coffee. Probably because she was halfway done with the drinks, she was so sure that I ordered three. After telling her I only wanted two, she threw her hands up in the air and gave me attitude. Not a good first impression. Will be going somewhere else. read more

Just stopped in after dinner at Rodrigo's for a donut. Very fresh and tasty!

I ordered a croissant, large Tai tea with boba, and a pack of 12 donut holes which added up to $9. But the lady handed me a small drink and told me I was charged for a small drink instead of a large. She actually charged me for the large, shorted me $2 in change, and lied to me about charging a small when she really charged me for the large (which I might add, there was a hair wrapped around the straw). After I realized that I was shorted in change, I walked back in and notified her and she told me "Oh I think it might have gotten stuck" which I assume she meant that the money some how got stuck in the register when she was counting the change.
