Only writing this because I was genuinely surprised by the experience. I was in Norco for my son's Junior Olympics event and stopped by this location this evening. I had no idea it closed at 7:00 p.m. & I honestly remember going to Jamba after football games when I was in high school, so the early closing time caught me off guard. I walked in a few minutes before closing and saw two employees behind the counter with the lights already dimmed and their bags and purses packed up. I asked if they were still taking orders, and after an awkward pause and glance between each other, I was told they could take an order but couldn't make a bowl. I thanked them and left. As I was loading my toddler back into the car, I watched two more customers walk up and have a similar experience.... Pretty sure this store just missed out on two huge sales. I was buying 4 smoothies and they are about $7-$8 each these days. I completely understand not starting complicated orders right at closing, and I don't expect employees to stay late. My feedback is more about the customer experience. The atmosphere felt as though the store had already closed before the posted closing time. When I worked customer service in high school and college, we were expected to remain welcoming and available to customers until the actual closing hour. Got an acai bowl here with the $5 dollar special they were having. Thank goodness it was a decent deal because I would never pay full price for what I got. It was so watery and sweet and did not even taste like acai. The fruit tasted like it was sliced the day before and were not fresh tasting. Service did not really exist, they never greeted me and made me feel like I interrupted their day by coming in. The counters needed to be wiped down as well. The staff Jessica and Erica were so sweet and kind when they helped us take our order. I wish they stayed open later during the spring and summer season because 7pm feels very early. Went in today at approximately 1:15pm first off the girl seemed grumpy and didn't even great us. I ordered an açaí bowl for my little sister to celebrate her getting an A on her final. The açaí bowl was so watery and didn't look right at all, so I went back in and told her how melted it was and she said that's how it is, and I asked could you please remake it? Then she proceeded to ask ok do you want the toppings or just the açaí??? Like what??? So I asked can you please remake it and she seemed bothered. Not to mention the bowl wasn't even filled. I used to come here a lot , never had an issue until recently I came here except the same customer service I get when there's this girl and a guy working together usually but this time is just a girl and before I ordered, there was another couple ordering a green juice which I didn't think about it at the moment, but then I ordered an acai bowl and later to find out that the acai bowl had a frozen celery, which made it clear where it came from in the first place. This unfortunate since it is the same employee described in other reviews not only mine of the lack of sanitary from this employee! Jamba do something about this! Where to even begin? The service is horrible. I've gone multiple times in the morning to avoid the afternoon crew. Unfortunately sometimes I have to go in the afternoon because of work and this is my nearest location. Some short girl that always has on fake nails and looks extremely dirty, I won't state her name but she knows exactly who she is. She is so unsanitary. The first time I came in she was serving food without gloves on, and blew into the bag that the food was going to go in. Second time I see her coming in from what I'm assuming is her break, takes over cashier, touches money and proceeded to serve a food order WITHOUT GLOVES or without washing her hands. Where are the managers? Where is the common sense? Where is the food safety protocols? I used to really enjoy Jamba Juice back in the day and decided to take a walk down memory lane, give the Starbucks a rest, and give it a shot. Well, it certainly provided that Jamba Juice ambiance. A small, crowded little waiting area with minimal seating - but I won't ding them for that because that's Jamba Juice. Just know, if you've been to a Jamba Juice, you probably already know what to expect in this department. Service was good in that they were very polite, but it took longer than I had anticipated. Now I'm not trying to be a Karen here, but I do need to warn you that in my experience, it took a good while. I don't remember how long, but I remember it feeling long when compared to my previous JJ experiences. Food was pretty good. It was what you'd expect. I also got a wheat grass shot, like I do, and that was ... well, not *tasty*, but it's not supposed to be. But if you know, you know. No complaints here. Would I recommend? No greeting upon entry, simply rushed me to order so they could proceed their conversation. This Jamba Juice ran by some of the most lacking girls. Their social skills are at best at level 1 and they get that point for just showing up. The atmosphere is dry the service is scummy. They didn't tell me about the App or the promotion. My drink looked watery, I tasted it and it was ok for the first sip or 2. I came back and the only person with sort of a smile says, I thought you said it was good. Ha!! Just know that I'm back with a complaint and fix it young lady, Customer Service is horrible there. The strawberry's were white on the inside. I've loved Jamba Juice since 2004! I used to live by this location between 2013-2020 and they were amazing. I'm not sure what happened in the last few years but their customer service is terrible!!! They never greet you, just eventually ask if you're ready to order. One rep gave me the wrong pretzel and when I brought it to her attention, she snatched the bag, rolled her eyes, and threw it in the trash. She didn't apologize... just gave me the correct pretzel. This Jamba location is located in the Target/Staples/Winco shopping center on Hamner in Norco, just off the Hidden Valley Parkway/15 Freeway exit at the Corona border. Smoothies and bowls are watery and way overpriced. Worse yet, the GMO fruits and vegetables are likely doused in pesticides and glyphosate. And nearly all menu items have rBGH tainted dairy. The poor quality ingredients simply don't justify the increased prices. I come here on occasion due to the convenience of ordering in advance via the mobile Jamba app. But sadly I'm disappointed 1/2 the time, for one reason or another. I really need to just stay away. About half the employees are pretty nice but if you're (un)lucky you'll find yourself in a shouting match with one of the girls over non masking - in particular an insufferable, virtue signaling Hispanic with brownish mustard hair who thinks she has all the moral authority...
