Got an acai bowl here with the $5 dollar special they were having. Thank goodness it was a decent deal because I would never pay full price for what I got. It was so watery and sweet and did not even taste like acai. The fruit tasted like it was sliced the day before and were not fresh tasting. Service did not really exist, they never greeted me and made me feel like I interrupted their day by coming in. The counters needed to be wiped down as well. Where to even begin? The service is horrible. I've gone multiple times in the morning to avoid the afternoon crew. Unfortunately sometimes I have to go in the afternoon because of work and this is my nearest location. Some short girl that always has on fake nails and looks extremely dirty, I won't state her name but she knows exactly who she is. She is so unsanitary. The first time I came in she was serving food without gloves on, and blew into the bag that the food was going to go in. Second time I see her coming in from what I'm assuming is her break, takes over cashier, touches money and proceeded to serve a food order WITHOUT GLOVES or without washing her hands. Where are the managers? Where is the common sense? Where is the food safety protocols? I used to really enjoy Jamba Juice back in the day and decided to take a walk down memory lane, give the Starbucks a rest, and give it a shot. Well, it certainly provided that Jamba Juice ambiance. A small, crowded little waiting area with minimal seating - but I won't ding them for that because that's Jamba Juice. Just know, if you've been to a Jamba Juice, you probably already know what to expect in this department. Service was good in that they were very polite, but it took longer than I had anticipated. Now I'm not trying to be a Karen here, but I do need to warn you that in my experience, it took a good while. I don't remember how long, but I remember it feeling long when compared to my previous JJ experiences. Food was pretty good. It was what you'd expect. I also got a wheat grass shot, like I do, and that was ... well, not *tasty*, but it's not supposed to be. But if you know, you know. No complaints here. Would I recommend? No greeting upon entry, simply rushed me to order so they could proceed their conversation. I've loved Jamba Juice since 2004! I used to live by this location between 2013-2020 and they were amazing. I'm not sure what happened in the last few years but their customer service is terrible!!! They never greet you, just eventually ask if you're ready to order. One rep gave me the wrong pretzel and when I brought it to her attention, she snatched the bag, rolled her eyes, and threw it in the trash. She didn't apologize... just gave me the correct pretzel. This Jamba Juice ran by some of the most lacking girls. Their social skills are at best at level 1 and they get that point for just showing up. The atmosphere is dry the service is scummy. They didn't tell me about the App or the promotion. My drink looked watery, I tasted it and it was ok for the first sip or 2. This Jamba location is located in the Target/Staples/Winco shopping center on Hamner in Norco, just off the Hidden Valley Parkway/15 Freeway exit at the Corona border. Smoothies and bowls are watery and way overpriced. Worse yet, the GMO fruits and vegetables are likely doused in pesticides and glyphosate. And nearly all menu items have rBGH tainted dairy. The poor quality ingredients simply don't justify the increased prices. I come here on occasion due to the convenience of ordering in advance via the mobile Jamba app. But sadly I'm disappointed 1/2 the time, for one reason or another. I really need to just stay away. About half the employees are pretty nice but if you're (un)lucky you'll find yourself in a shouting match with one of the girls over non masking - in particular an insufferable, virtue signaling Hispanic with brownish mustard hair who thinks she has all the moral authority... I have never been to a Jamba Juice where they go out of their way to make the customer unhappy. I ordered a large smoothie and asked if they could divide it into three 10 oz ones. The cashier rolled her eyes and told me they couldn't, but this isn't my first time requesting Jamba to do this so I know that they can. I told her that when they do it there's even another half cup they give me. She went out of her way to make a medium. I also ordered an Açaí bowl with no honey. They gave me the "bowl" in a cup with hunny. I asked for my money back and suggested that they tell there customers whether or not they have the appropriate supplies for whatever it is they're ordering. Patty the manager was EXTREMELY rude. I don't know if anyone who is reading this has ever scene the SNL sketch with Kristen Whig when she is a Target employee. Her whole persona in that skit seems to be what is keeping the girls that are working here on point. They are so so chipper and bouncy. In no way is that a bad thing, its great to see people who love their job and have an abundance of energy as they perform it, just wow. Every time I have come here it has been popping with energy and taste. If you really like your drink they will ask you to ring a bell and then they all cheer. You feel a bit silly, but its a good experience. This location can get a bit busy, but the workers here do work pretty quick to get through everything. I'm a big fan of the light versions of their smoothies and Jamba Juice has now even started offering wraps to get you that food boost too. Wow, when we came there were 2 customers ahead of us and only 2 employees. The third one was on his way out of the store and at least 7 more customers walked in barely 5 minutes after he left. Talk about bad timing! I always get my usual orange dream machine as it was a much needed treat in the blazin' hot weather with 9% humidity. That drink came out perfect. Thank you! Can't blame the 2 employees for slow service, they were going as fast as they could. They gave me my drink first and then proceeded to work on the other customers drinks in between. I had to wait a little longer in between each drink -- we ordered a total of 3. I also tried their fresh squeezed Tropical Greens and Orange Reviver that same day... I am not impressed.
