Love it is a pretty good size. Well let's just say that non of the ingredients/toppings were mixed in well the guy plopped very little to no toppings like they are rationing. The cherry on top was that it tasted stale. The crossing's cold stone is way better. They also did not seal the to go top properly so it got all over the place. Omg where have you been all my life! Went out for tacos with friends and decided to try this place out for the first time. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is small and it's busy but they go fast. They have a couple of tables and chairs for you to sit outside. I about died when I took my first bite. This ice cream is out of this world! I have been to many cold stone locations, however this one is probably the worst. The guy who serves us was very unenthusiastic and when asked what the flavor of one of the seasonal Halloween ice creams was, he replied "vanilla with black food coloring". When we received our ice creams none of the toppings were even mixed in. He just put them on top... I thought the whole point of cold stone was that they mix the ice cream and toppings on a cold stone. Additionally they rarely change their flavors. read more

On google it said it closed at 10:30 PM, I had got there 10:18 PM. I got inside everything was fine until the young gentleman (Dimitri ) started rushing me to order. The other servers were nice but he was impatient. He had asked me if I was ready, I said no yet. He said to let him know I will be ready. After literally a minute went by he then asked me again in a rushed tone. Long story short I received my ice cream that he made and the cup was covered in ice cream that was dripping as well as Carmel. I asked for some napkins and he said right there in a dismal tone. The young lady who cashed out my order was helpful when I had asked to get a bigger cup for the messed caused by the other guy. I've been craving a milkshake for three weeks. And I saw that cold stone creamery across the street from me was now open. I walked in and was greeted by two gentlemen intended to very quickly. I asked to try the hot cocoa ice cream, and he gave me a nice scoop, and informed me that it was their seasonal flavor. Once I picked my flavor which I did pick the hot cocoa ice cream, I added fresh bananas, and peanut butter. He began to make my milkshake asked if I wanted whip cream which of course I did and I was on my way the friendliest guys and the best milkshake. Can't wait to go back. Emilia served me with the BEST customer service EVER! Such a sweet young lady! I had came in and didn't realize how close they were to closing but she took such good care of me! I really appreciate her willingness to serve, even in the midst of everything else going on. With that being said, I came in probably 20 minutes/ 25 minutes before closing and the other young man (blonde-ish/ reddish hair with a bowl cut... he was rude and also rushed me and my sister. He made my sisters order and made her ice cream cup really sloppy. Her ice cream was INEDIBLE! The food ended up not being that enjoyable in the end anyways because the atmosphere wasn't that inviting to me as a paying customer, if Emilia didn't take the time out to help me the way she did... with such GREAT customer service, I probably wouldn't have been ok with ordering from here. I don't intend on coming back unfortunately, the young man was actually very rude and he put a damper on my experience here. But SHOUTOUT TO EMILIA... YOU WERE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I LOVEDDDDDD HER! Came here last night (09/06/2023) to get my ice cream fix. The line was not that long so I thought it would be quicker. There were 2 employees that night and the person in front of me got 3 orders of ice cream which were not that complicated. One employee was already helping her and then the other employee helped her as well. I would think that she would have gotten my order instead to make the line quicker but no. I had to wait longer. The person in front of me even asked the employee if she should help me instead but the employee said, "It's okay." I also thought that the employee was kind of flirting with the customer which I think was inappropriate to do during work. She didn't even apologize to me for waiting. But she did apologize to the people behind me‍ The ice cream was good per usual but the employees, not really. Needs more training in Customer Service in my opinion. read more

Let me start off by saying I've been to several Cold Stones all over So Cal and this one probably has been the worst. Seating is only available outside and we're talking really cheap furnishing. Parking is minimal and my Founders Favorite was inedible. My ice cream had so my stale pecans I had to brush my teeth immediately after. Super gross. I had it remade and it was essentially the same thing. Also, no one in the store knew how to apply the free birthday ice cream for my wife's birthday. Excited to have this location closer to me, but after 3 attempts, I still like the Corona Crossings better. All 3 times, my waffle cup was stale and chewy; if you don't sell a lot of these, then maybe don't make so many ahead of time. The spoons are too flimsy and break every time. The other location has sturdy spoons and easier to eat with Tonight the chocolate ice cream tasted freezer burned and almost a fruity flavor to it. I get chocolate devotion every time and know how it should taste. Would love for this place to be my go to place and for my review to move to 5 stars, but a little more attention to the details would be helpful. read more

EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. I DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME AND DISCOVERED THE MISTAKE. I immediately called the shop and was told there was no manager and they couldn't help me. After 4 days of calling, and one employee telling me to come in, still no manager. Staff doesn't properly speak or understand English. My order was incorrect. I spoke with 3 different staff members, 4 separate days. Manager is unresponsive and employees still refuse to make good on an order that I spent more than $30 on. I was never rude or unprofessional and as a consumer I don't expect to be told on 3 separate occasions that my order will be remade properly and then when I drive 39 miles to the store, at the request of the staff, I get turned away. It's truly sad how I was treated. Now, it's cost me more than $30 in time and gas trying to get the proper treatment as a consumer. read more

Yikes be careful with this shady Cold Stone location! They will add an unauthorized tip charge to your total without your knowledge! I came in to pick up one of their overpriced ready-now ice cream cakes on August 18th. The cake was $60 total, so I inserted my card paying that amount. Later I found out the charge on my statement was $70. I didn't notice the charge until I checked the receipt and realized the cashier put the tip as $10.. I did not approve of this tip as there was no tip option on the register screen when I paid! Proceed at your own risk. read more
