OMG!!!! First of all I do not like yogurt ice cream but I went because my family wanted to go. So in we go and it was like the twilight zone. It was dim and this poor employee was just standing there in complete silence and he greeted us of course when he saw us. I give it an overall 4 stars for great customer service. I would have given them 5 stars but oh my goodness so quite in there. No music just silence. I felt so bad for the guy working. I would love to hear some music because music changes the mood. This review is solely based on the atmosphere. Went in tonight and it felt as if I walked into a funeral parlor. There was absolutely no music, dead air silence. The lighting was also dim so that really didnt help. Just overall a very awkward and weird ambiance. Felt bad for the kid working there. Music is expected when going into any business that's catering to hospitality. The owner needs to fix that. Total turn off. Service and yogurt was good but I wouldn't dine in. read more

Today, 6/3/2023 at around 4:00pm, If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my family in today to get yogurt and immediately noticed how filthy and unkept this established was. But we still proceeded to order yogurt being that it was such a hot day and my daughter was craving it. When it was time for the employee to prep the yogurt with toppings I couldn't help but notice she had very bad hair hygiene and should have been wearing a hair net. After paying for our expensive yogurt we sat down to eat and noticed the same employee restocking the to go bags and licking her fingers to open the plastic bags. She then continued helping customers without washing her filthy hands. I could not believe what I was seeing. I will never return to this Pinkberry. This employee should be held accountable for their lack of work ethic and food handling. We will never go back to this location. If you are thinking of getting Pinkberry at Dos Lagos in Corona DONT! We ended up throwing our yogurt away after being so disgusted after watching the way the food was handled and all around cleanliness. read more

Only came here once and I live nearby. None of the popular flavors like chocolate, strawberry are even available. I order hazelnut or something like that (since it was as close to chocolate as I could get) and it was aweful. I like chocolate, peach, strawberry, the basics. Not sure how this place sticks around. My kids and friends didn't care for the flavors either. For the price, I expect a better selection. Peach is my favorite flavor but for some reason, hard to find. read more

Positive: I like the idea that there is only about 6 options of frozen yogurt to choose from. All the toppings and yogurt are behind the counter with the employees which makes it more sanitary then other fro yo spots. Since they are behind the counter other people cannot stick there hands in the toppings or put there fingers in the fro yo machines. For self serve it's a great idea to have one price with as many topping as you like as long as it fits in the cup. They also have a mini cup option for smaller kids so that way you don't waste yogurt. Great location for corona as it's close to shopping and the movie theatre. They also always have my favorite flavor pomegranate compared to other places where it changes Frequently. Cons: Haven't been to Pinkberry in awhile but when I drove by there was no one in there and the place look closed and dark. I called and no one answered so I assumed it was closed. Drove by once more and someone came walking out so I guess they were open. Service already starts off bad with no one answering the phone when calling to confirm if they were open. We were the only customer and I asked the girl 3x's what was there new flavor aqua man was. She finally answered and didn't even offer me to try the new flavor. Two other people came in after and they asked to try and was offered a sample. So always ask to sample any flavor even if the employees don't offer. Already my service starts off bad but since I haven't been to pink Berry's in awhile it would be nice for the employee to walk you through the process versus me guessing. Finally another customer walked in and she was very helpful versus the employee. Btw I got the aqua man flavor ice cream and it was suppose to come with aqua man cup as advertised but when I got my fro yo It came in the Pinkberry cup versus the customer that came right after me and got the same thing. Last con would be the employee does the self serving so you can get either a lot of yogurt or alittle as one of my three cups ended up on the short end. Fro yo was good but service overall was bad. Hi, my name is Tim and I'm a PB-aholic. What is in this stuff? 3 visits in 2 days?!? I was driving thru Corona again yesterday while working and could not stop thinking about the Pinkberry I was just at the day before. I was only a mile away and had exactly 4 dollars in my wallet and change in my cup holder. That's how I justified it. I knew I could pay cash and not have to whip out my check card! It made sense to me somehow! So back to Pinkberry at the Promenade Shoppes at Dos Lagos. It was just as good as the two I had the day before. Even got the same exact flavors (not that there is a lot of choice there with only 3) and same toppings. Good, friendly service. This place would be 5 stars if.....either you got more yogurt or they lowered the price since you don't really get much yogurt. A small in only 6 oz.!!! for $4.45 Compare that to Yogurtland at .30 an ounce = $1.80 even after you add toppings it's still half the price. Gotta break the cycle today. read more

Ok so probably one of the best smoothies I've had!! We ordered the mango tropical fruit and chocolate banana smoothies. They were about $5 each and gave a good sizeable portion. I came in on Sunday evening and a young man helped me. I tried their mixed berry smoothie and loved it. So I decided to go back today and order it again I went and there was no one at the counter, then some Asian lady came and I ordered the same! She added a lot of non fat milk and that seem odd I never saw the other guy add so much milk the last time! After adding everything else I can see the consistency of it being so watery! I told her I wanted a thicker consistency but she said oh I can't anymore! Finally after asking her to please add more ice and blend it she did but I was not happy it was so watery and tasteless! I visited Dos Lagos today with my family and came into Pinkberry with my little brother for some dessert. He got a pink lemonade frozen yogurt with m&ms and sprinkles. I got a pink lemonade frozen yogurt with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and blueberries. It was super refreshing and delicious, the fruit also tasted very fresh. I'm writing this update because I'm concerned about the way the yogurt is being served lately. I think some new members on the staff need to be trained better in serving the yogurt. Before I used to be able to get my medium-sized yogurt with lots of space around it for the toppings. These days (depending on the employee serving it) they overfill my cup leaving barely any room for the toppings and when they do pile them on, most of it falls back on the counter. I'm hoping my review will make a difference and that the next time I go the presentation isn't sloppy like it was today. My M&Ms had to be served in a cup on the side because there was no more space and the girl seemed nervous and rushed through it. Pinkberry has the freshest ingredients and the best selection for the things I want. All their fruits are top notch and I've never experienced sub par toppings. Plenty of toppings to chose from and they always change up the variety of flavors as they come out with new yogurts. Toppings include different fruits and yummy little toppings like Oreos, granola, chocolate shavings and so on. I bring my wife and kids here pretty often. Always have had great service and the ice cream is awesome! If you want something guilty it's there for you but if you want something less guilty and fresh tasting it's there for you as well.
