The donuts here are always soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, with that just-made freshness you can taste in every bite. Sunny Donut has been a staple to my children and my morning! The customer service there is so amazing, you're greeted with a warm hello despite the long lines and the busy morning traffic! Nice selection of donuts in their display cases. I chose a Chocolate French Cruller and a Custard Filled Chocolate donut. The Chocolate French Cruller was not that good. It was smaller than most French Crullers that I've eaten at other shops, and it tasted day old. On the otherhand, I really liked the Custard Filled Chocolate donut. If you're looking for a good donuts I would suggest this donut shop. Very good Donutes and clean. However, you will receive very rude service from the ladies. I was a customer waiting for help and she looks over at me and keeps taking to a Mexican man in Spanish and made it very clear she was just ignoring me. I feel these women are racist towards people who are not Hispanic or speak their native language and only make an effort of kindness to people who speak their language. I have on my occasions witness this. We need to stand together against rudeness, and disrespect. I will not condone such acts of hate. Ugliness should not be tolerated. This is my son's favorite donut place. I can't say I've ever had any issues with any of the donuts or the service. So I gave it four stars because I have tried other places in the area and I do agree that these are better donuts. The only thing I would change is charging customers for lesser amounts on their credit or debit card. I think they still charge a fee if you spend under $25. Came here because we got to UPS before it opened and had some extra time. The location was very easy to find - it's in a shopping center with a grocery store, ups, eating places, etc. We came in and the place was nice and clean and was filled with donuts. Sometimes you go to places and it's completely wiped with donuts so this was good to see. The place has a gimbal machine that my daughter loved looking at lol. It had an array of your normal donuts to long Johns, glazed, holiday colored, etc. We ended up picking out two Halloween flavored donuts. Went in today around 5:45 pm with my son for a treat. $2 for two chocolate frosted donuts and was so surprised at how fresh the donuts tasted! The lady working the register said the owner makes the donuts from 8pm to 4am so I was expecting the donuts to be a little stale, but they tasted like they had just finished making them!! They always have VERY friendly service and very fresh donuts. I have also used them for large orders 20 dz and each time the donuts were ready on time. My husband visits this place everyday day and never had a problem until a new host was hired. This host doesnt want to help customers, as soon as customers show up she acts like she doesn't see us approaching the store. She leaves to the back and takes her sweet time coming back to help us. Normally its people like my husband who work in some sort of hard labor and have to be at work early. Yesterday that he went one of her coworkers let her know she had customers and although she was notified it still took her a long time to come by and help them get coffee. Not much in the form of your old fashioned donuts or the cake donuts with the sprinkles. Nonetheless, they had a decent variety of bars, rounds, and twists of each flavor. However, only glazed donut holes so if you want sprinkles or some other flavor look elsewhere. The Donuts came in a pink box which always adds that nostalgic feeling for me. I paid under $10 for half a dozen and a dozen Donuts. The lady next to me got two dozen (including some specialty donuts) for $26 even.
