First-time customer and last-time customer. If you plan to close an hour, or even 40 minutes, before your posted closing time, then change your closing time to reflect that. I ended up going to Juice It Up at 8:40 p.m., and they happily took my order with a smile. What a difference it makes to be treated humanely.
