We got the watermelon chamoy and mango chamoy which were SO tasty and refreshing on a hot day. I've had others and these chamoy drinks were the best yet. We also ordered the strawberry lemonade which was on the sweeter side so I'd recommend going a bit lower than regular sweet but still quite tasty! Staff were also very kind to us! I'm a long-time customer who went to the original location on University Ave, and when Tim told me he was opening another store near the Tyler Galleria, that was great news. I've always liked their drinks as well as the snacks. This location is 4-5× larger inside, which makes it less cluttered and conducive for working, studying, or even playing board games. There are swing chairs in the back, and couches with tables, and standard chairs and tables as well. The atmosphere is well lit without seeming too bright, and the music is pleasant. Favorite drinks include the Mango Surprise, which is like a smoothie, and the tea-based peach with fresh fruit chunks. The watermelon option is equally refreshing. I ordered a sugar cane drink which was priced $7 for large, which is a good value of what I've had at other places, but it wasn't exactly as flavorful as I've had it. Not sure if it's watered down, or just a different type of cane, but I wouldn't order this again. The popcorn chicken was not what I expected. It's not the Taiwanese style popcorn chicken, but more similar to tiny chicken nuggets? This is another thing I wouldn't order again. Cashier was friendly and answered our questions about the drink options well. Lastly, the place is really nice for sitting around and relaxing with a drink. I was in the area and was curious to see what it was all about. I know it mainly beverages like boba, smoothies, and a few food items. There is plenty of parking available. This location looks modern while also being gaudy which their furniture. They have sofas and tables. You order off a tablet. They have many signs of their menu and what they offer. I was having a hard time trying to decide what to get. I decided on the avocado smoothie, since ever never seen that and I love avocados. I also saw they sell chicken bakes, which I only know about from Costco. My total came out to $10 and some change. I waited for quite a while for my order. There were a few customers inside. After a bit, my name was called and I received my order. I loved my smoothie! It tasted like avocado, lemon, and milk. My chicken bake was a decent size and good. It tasted exactly how I expected. This place is so amazing, definitely didn't expect to be so good. I got the coconut smoothie and love that it's made with real coconut juice and it's not sweet. I did suggest that it would be so much better if pieces of coconut were added. My hubby got the mango avalanche and it was also good. The place is definitely a good place to sip on your boba and chill. The service was amazing very sweet and nice. Stopped by here for a snack on the way to the mountains and got the Jasmine Milk Tea, 25% sweet w/ boba, popcorn chicken and egg rolls. I had to do a double-take of the drink because the Jasmine Milk Tea just tasted like sweet milk without any floral or jasmine taste. Was very disappointed. Might have been the 25% sweetness that diluted the flavor but I feel that milk tea should have a base of unsweetened jasmine tea and a sweetener is added later The boba was pretty good and chewy but the boba is not sweetened much. I barely finished 1/3 of the drink. The popcorn chicken, while pretty good is not the typical Taiwanese popcorn chicken made with basil and white pepper. It's more of an Americanized chicken that would work well with ketchup or ranch if that makes sense. It was $10, which was pretty steep for popcorn chicken too but the portion was fairly large. The eggrolls are Vietnamese-inspired egg rolls and came with nuoc nam and was pretty good, I believe it had pork and shrimp inside. Would have liked to try the fried tofu but they ran out at the time. Both of the food was freshly prepared and very hot/crispy so I appreciated that but the boba was very disappointing! First time here. There is a kiosk to order on your own at the front door, but I went straight to the cash register and ordered there. The place is very big and got crowded very quickly at about 6 PM on a weekday. I got a large cococane ($8), which is coconut water, and two pieces of coconut meat with sugarcane juice. It was very good would return just for this. I also tried two pieces of the spiral potato ($7) and an order of popcorn chicken($10) with no spice. The potato was decent nothing special just potato with salt and pepper. The popcorn chicken was very disappointing. Although it was a very good amount, there was no flavor and breading was a bit much for me. I was expecting more of the traditional Taiwanese popcorn chicken that most Boba shops have but this is more American style with plain breading. It looks like a great hangout spot as it has bunch of games you can ask to use and play inside , good spacing for indoor seating including sofas. Service was good too but we were just doing pickup order ! Just be mindful of sweetness because they are more on the sweeter side in my family's opinion. I did select 50% sweetness for my strawberry slush and it was still very sweet. I think some drinks has option for sweetness adjustment but just be mindful of that. Came here today with my husband for the first time and let me tell you the excitement I has to try this spot no longer is there. The girl at the register took our order @2:52 I ordered the Vietnamese Coffee and my husband got the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and I also wanted to try their twisted potato. We sat down after we ordered and our drinks came maybe 7 minutes later. More time passed by and I was still missing the potato. I even went to the counter and respectfully asked if there was an update on the potato, the female behind the counter told me "it's still not ready". I sat back down, 3:15 came and the male that was busy talking with the cashier finally got up and went to the back for my order. He came out placed everything in a bag and handed it to me. My fault for not checking but once I got home I pulled the potato twists out and they weee both burnt. That entire time those two workers spent talking and joking around in the front no one thought about checking on the order and they gave it to me burnt.
