I've been coming here for years now. Sharetea is of my favorites boba tea spots. I love the matcha crema tea. It's so rich and creamy. They have lots of choices of fruit teas and milk teas. You can add pearls(boba) or different fruit jellies. You can also add red beans and other authentic add ins. I also love that they have fresh baked macarons! It's usually a very short wait and the staff is always courteous. I have to visit Kaiser often for different reasons, so I always make it a point to stop here anytime I'm in the area. read more

First red flag, I was new to this location and in a hurry, but it took them about 5 min just to act like I was in front of them to order. About another 5 min after I had paid, the manager? Yelled across the store to me that the payment didn't process, when it did . Didn't apologize, just kept repeating "You're good," when I was asking for the receipt. Did not fill up drink. Threw the rest away because the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Give your $10 to anywhere else to be treated like a customer. Sharetea is one of my favorite bubble tea chains of all time... just not this location. I come here every few months to grab a late night treat and every time, the boba is just too mushy. I am glad that Sharetea has finally arrived in Riverside. The first of two locations, this store is conveniently situated near Kaiser and a LA Fitness, and flanked by Blaze Pizza and California Seafood Grill. Parking is plentiful but has noticeably gotten more hectic as this area developed. I'm not the biggest fan of toppings or overly sweet drinks but I do like it when a tea house has tangible more or less sweet options. For instance, some places give you 75% sweet if you say 25% and vice versa. Here, however, there's a nifty table with micro-options to dial it in. Keep in mind jellies certainly add a lot of sugar. Like most places lately, a small selection of games is available for playing and hanging out. The only pitfall here is how warm it is inside. I think they need tinted film on the glass or pull-down shades. On a hot summer day I couldn't see myself staying inside any longer than it takes to have a drink made. read more

Was in Riverside for my cousin's birthday and I saw that they had a sharetea and I had to stop by before I head back home. They have a great selection of drinks. I got the Taro smoothie with ice cream. It was so good and taste as good as the Fullerton location. They had a great atmosphere and service. The young lady that help me was nice and helpful. My favorites from here is their green tea creama and their taro ice blended with egg pudding and boba! If you like coffee, you should definitely try their coffee creama because it taste very similar to Vietnamese coffee! All their drinks here are customizable by sweetness and by how much ice you want. Mr. Employee of the Month, Steve was not deserving of his title when we went in the other night. My husband asked what was in the Hawaii Fruit Tea and he responded "It has green tea and Aiyu jelly" Then we asked "What flavors are in it?" in which Steve responds "Did you not hear me?" Quite rude. When he was the one that failed to mention the flavors in the drink. So he continues to repeat the same thing he initially told us. And my husband asked "is it like mango, pineapple? Or?.." Sharetea has been popping up alot. Came to there grand opening and came back today to try it out again. Anyways disappointed at the pricing change and it's only been 6 months. additionally they have different pricing. In store the TV screen and menu at the counter shows one price and the flyers show another. A 60 cents increase difference is alot for boba especially within less than 6 months also it's false advertisement. Additionally they offered 15% off your first order. Which is one what brought me back. Unfortunately I don't know if it was intentional but they only applied it to two drinks rather than 3. Drinks are okay you can customize sweetness and ice level. If the drink says pearl in it, it includes boba which is nice since there toppings are 75 cents each. BUT I have to say they give a good amount of boba * Replying I knew you would bring up quality of ingredients, which is fine. BUT You shouldn't be displaying different and inaccurate pricing. This flyer was sitting at the counter when I got there AND there is a huge pile as well. I went with my family and we were talking so we did not hear our name being called, so they brought it to our table which is two steps from them and the dumb girl that works there was so fuckn rude and made a nasty face. I came to the hard decision that will be avoiding this place from now on because: -I usually I order online & just pick up the order. But the other day I ordered and waited inside. That's when I noticed that it is actually pretty dirty and dusty in there. Look at the a/c vent on top of the door, behind the tv screens; or just look up and around and you'll see. They made a mistake with my order by not putting boba in my drink because the way it was entered in the register. Ok, that part is fine. I brought back the drink and I paid to get the boba added. My sister wanted to try their milk tea because Boba Time was closed. I knocked off 1 star because I did not care for the drinks, but the customer service was great and they kept the place very clean. There are so many boba places out there and Sharetea is one of my favorites! The location near me closed down and I was in this area for errand so I stopped by. It's my first time at this location and I just learned that not all locations are the same/run by the same person. Some location such as this one doesn't take your phone number for reward points. They have stamp cards instead. My favorite drink hands down is the ice cream tea. It's black iced tea with 1-2 vanilla scoops. At some locations it's not on the menu but sometimes it's on the website instead. With this drink you have to wait for ice cream to melt for it to become milk tea. Overall nice location and there's plenty of free parking spaces. The cashier was nice even though she had no idea what drink I was ordering (because it's not on the menu?). I didn't get to use 15% off with Yelp app because I didn't check it before paying. So be sure to check Yelp app for discount. If I'm in the area again I'd love to stop by! read more

I was actually ordering dinner at a restaurant next to Sharetea and while waiting for that order, decided to give this place a try. I've been to many boba places and have asked my niece if she had boba at Sharetea (not this specific location) and she informed me that she was not a fan of their boba, so decided to try it and form my own opinion. First of all, this place only allows 4 people inside due to the current restrictions. There's a big sign in front by the door and you'd practically have to be blind not to see it. I went around 7:30 pm and it wasn't too busy. I ordered my favorite green milk tea with half sugar and light ice. They only have one size at this location which is about a large in other places. It took about 5 mins of get my order. My drink tasted perfect; light and and not sugary. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and hand sanitizer is available located on a table near the entrance. There is ample parking which is always a plus. My first experience to a Sharetea was great. read more
