I thought the drinks were pretty good. They were quite refreshing. A typical boba and tea place with a variety of options on the menu. You are bound to find something delicious. For the drinks: we ordered the traditional black milk tea with boba and the peach kiwi tea with oolong. Both were tasty and refreshing. For the service: meh. They didn't really answer our questions when asking about the different drinks. The tea boba thing is new for my mom, so she had questions. I answered them for her because their customer service was MEH. They didn't tell me about a stamp card as mentioned in other reviews here so that was disappointing. For the wait: as mentioned in other reviews, their wait line is weird. They just say they will call your name and you wait outside. I don't know it's whatever. Would I return? Likely yes. However, there's another boba place nearby that I'd probably try first. I have only been here once. I will have to return again in order to give my review more justice. Try it. I've been coming here for years now. Sharetea is of my favorites boba tea spots. I love the matcha crema tea. It's so rich and creamy. They have lots of choices of fruit teas and milk teas. You can add pearls(boba) or different fruit jellies. You can also add red beans and other authentic add ins. I also love that they have fresh baked macarons! It's usually a very short wait and the staff is always courteous. I have to visit Kaiser often for different reasons, so I always make it a point to stop here anytime I'm in the area. read more

Yeet! I've always wanted to try Sharetea. They have locations everywhere. So that's a plus. If you like it. Me? Well, I keep it simple. Thai tea, no sweet, no boba. It had a weird taste to it. Even though I asked for no sweetness, it was still sweet. Understandable. Not sure what kind of creamer or milk they use. But I also tasted maybe a black tea base? Anyway, I like trying all the different ways boba shops can make them. And this one wasn't memorable. I now know what it's like and I didn't it. However, service is good. I don't leave reviews, especially if they're bad. But this is the worst customer service I've ever received. First red flag, I was new to this location and in a hurry, but it took them about 5 min just to act like I was in front of them to order. About another 5 min after I had paid, the manager? Yelled across the store to me that the payment didn't process, when it did . Didn't apologize, just kept repeating "You're good," when I was asking for the receipt. Did not fill up drink. Threw the rest away because the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Give your $10 to anywhere else to be treated like a customer. Sharetea is one of my favorite bubble tea chains of all time... just not this location. I come here every few months to grab a late night treat and every time, the boba is just too mushy. It's a shame because they nail everything else - sweetness level, ice, flavor of the drinks & ambience. Unfortunately , I'm also looking for an enjoyable boba texture when I get a milk tea. If i could put -5 i would. When you go in, it has a screen for you to place your own order. I went with my family and we were talking so we did not hear our name being called, so they brought it to our table which is two steps from them and the dumb girl that works there was so fuckn rude and made a nasty face. When we saw them coming to the table, i said " oh i am sorry, i did not hear my name" the girl almost threw the drink at me. She made the nastiest face and walked away all poseed off and rude as fuck. I told the other guy who was nice(asian dude) i told him it was sad her poor behavior and how rude she is. I am glad that Sharetea has finally arrived in Riverside. The first of two locations, this store is conveniently situated near Kaiser and a LA Fitness, and flanked by Blaze Pizza and California Seafood Grill. Parking is plentiful but has noticeably gotten more hectic as this area developed. I'm not the biggest fan of toppings or overly sweet drinks but I do like it when a tea house has tangible more or less sweet options. For instance, some places give you 75% sweet if you say 25% and vice versa. Here, however, there's a nifty table with micro-options to dial it in. Keep in mind jellies certainly add a lot of sugar. Like most places lately, a small selection of games is available for playing and hanging out. The only pitfall here is how warm it is inside. I think they need tinted film on the glass or pull-down shades. On a hot summer day I couldn't see myself staying inside any longer than it takes to have a drink made. read more

Great variety of teas! If you check-in on Yelp at your arrival and show them you also get 15% off on your order. The place has cute Asian decorations hanging over the tables and on the walls. The inside is clean and welcoming. The only thing I didn't see was a patron bathroom. I ordered a mango green tea, it was perfectly sweetened with tiny mango pieces. We also had the Oreo with Boba, it was a hit as well. Nothing bad to say about the options and taste here. They also have macaroons for sale. The customer service was average and comparable to similar places. If you're in the area, it's a cute little place to grab boba. read more

Mr. Employee of the Month, Steve was not deserving of his title when we went in the other night. My husband asked what was in the Hawaii Fruit Tea and he responded "It has green tea and Aiyu jelly" Then we asked "What flavors are in it?" in which Steve responds "Did you not hear me?" Quite rude. When he was the one that failed to mention the flavors in the drink. So he continues to repeat the same thing he initially told us. And my husband asked "is it like mango, pineapple? Or?.." Steve responds. "yeah, mango" Uh WTH! No it's not. We had to search it ourselves and it's Pineapple, Orange, and Grapefruit. It's whatever, not too impressed and prob won't get it again, couldn't finish it either. I typically always buy all my milk teas/boba drinks 50% sweet anywhere and for any drink, but they didn't have that option for this taro milk tea so I ended up getting 100% (Only options are 100% or 0%)... Sharetea has been popping up alot. Came to there grand opening and came back today to try it out again. Anyways disappointed at the pricing change and it's only been 6 months. additionally they have different pricing. In store the TV screen and menu at the counter shows one price and the flyers show another. A 60 cents increase difference is alot for boba especially within less than 6 months also it's false advertisement. Additionally they offered 15% off your first order. Which is one what brought me back. Unfortunately I don't know if it was intentional but they only applied it to two drinks rather than 3. Drinks are okay you can customize sweetness and ice level. If the drink says pearl in it, it includes boba which is nice since there toppings are 75 cents each. BUT I have to say they give a good amount of boba * Replying I knew you would bring up quality of ingredients, which is fine. BUT You shouldn't be displaying different and inaccurate pricing. This flyer was sitting at the counter when I got there AND there is a huge pile as well. I came to the hard decision that will be avoiding this place from now on because: -I usually I order online & just pick up the order. But the other day I ordered and waited inside. That's when I noticed that it is actually pretty dirty and dusty in there. Look at the a/c vent on top of the door, behind the tv screens; or just look up and around and you'll see. It grossed me out so bad. - they're still skimpy on the boba even though I PAY for extra. And also, every time my bill comes up slightly different? I've been going to this location for awhile now. I've always had good experience. Their drinks are always spot on but these 2 star review is plainly for the service. They made a mistake with my order by not putting boba in my drink because the way it was entered in the register. Ok, that part is fine. I brought back the drink and I paid to get the boba added. My sister wanted to try their milk tea because Boba Time was closed. I knocked off 1 star because I did not care for the drinks, but the customer service was great and they kept the place very clean. There are so many boba places out there and Sharetea is one of my favorites! The location near me closed down and I was in this area for errand so I stopped by. It's my first time at this location and I just learned that not all locations are the same/run by the same person. Some location such as this one doesn't take your phone number for reward points. They have stamp cards instead. My favorite drink hands down is the ice cream tea. It's black iced tea with 1-2 vanilla scoops. At some locations it's not on the menu but sometimes it's on the website instead. With this drink you have to wait for ice cream to melt for it to become milk tea. Overall nice location and there's plenty of free parking spaces. The cashier was nice even though she had no idea what drink I was ordering (because it's not on the menu?). I didn't get to use 15% off with Yelp app because I didn't check it before paying. So be sure to check Yelp app for discount. If I'm in the area again I'd love to stop by! read more

I was actually ordering dinner at a restaurant next to Sharetea and while waiting for that order, decided to give this place a try. I've been to many boba places and have asked my niece if she had boba at Sharetea (not this specific location) and she informed me that she was not a fan of their boba, so decided to try it and form my own opinion. First of all, this place only allows 4 people inside due to the current restrictions. There's a big sign in front by the door and you'd practically have to be blind not to see it. I went around 7:30 pm and it wasn't too busy. I ordered my favorite green milk tea with half sugar and light ice. They only have one size at this location which is about a large in other places. It took about 5 mins of get my order. My drink tasted perfect; light and and not sugary. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and hand sanitizer is available located on a table near the entrance. There is ample parking which is always a plus. My first experience to a Sharetea was great. read more

Oh my gosh. I ordered three different drinks from their menu and each cup was a sugar cup. I couldn't even drink the drinks. I ended up tossing all of them after a few sips. I was so disappointed. The main issue with this store is they aren't always attentive regarding the order, and they run out of items. The last time I went though, they at least gave me the thing I didn't order (I ordered Thai, not Taro) for free. It was actually good too. Be sure to ask for the instagram discount and to get a stamp. They don't always remember. So you won't always get exactly what you had in mind, but you will get something made with care (not always speed) and good ingredients. Prices are reasonable with the discounts, especially compared to the nearby mall. read more
