This location is my go to for a quick lunch meal that's packed full of fruits and vitamin supplements. Is very similar to Jamba Juice But I like the flavors here a lot more. I like how your juices are made fresh and especially if you're getting orange juice they are squeeze fresh. Staff is pretty nice and the indoor ambience is very bright and clean. Per their recommendation I ended up ordering a raspberry craze with plant based protein and it has now become my new favorite. There are 2 girls working right now. The store has no one in it. One girl - who is wiping down the front to clean - doesn't acknowledge me at all. The girl behind the counter says "hi, welcome" in a very melancholy and unenthusiastic tone. The girl cleaning the front - still doesn't acknowledge me and continues cleaning. She is using comet and wearing the apron they wear while making the smoothies. I REALLY hope she doesn't use that same apron she is cleaning in to then touch food. She goes in the back to put the comet and bucket away and then comes out and starts doing something behind the counter. She still continues to not acknowledge me. The girl who did acknowledge me and make my smoothies, was just as unenthusiastic telling me "bye thank you". I've noticed the sizes have gotten smaller while prices have continued to be raised. While jobs like these may not be your end all career choice, every job is a customer service job and the quality of customer service, common courtesy and serving others has significantly gone down the toilet. The juices, smoothies, and bowls are expensive as hell, even with a groupon. But I enjoyed stopping by and ordering my juice from Bailey. A sweet, knowledgeable, and welcoming human being who didn't make me feel like a drag. After I came in, some young adults came in that seems to know the workers. I watched as the two workers finished up the previous customers orders. The female worker called over to the young man behind me to go to the side... where we would pick up our order. He seemed to have been giving her their orders... he goes wait back to his group now looking like they're just waiting for drinks now. The female worker then goes to make drinks... after what looks to be about 7-8 drinks she made, the group behind us picked up their orders. So here I am waiting a good 10 mins before my order was even taken. Stopped here to grab a quick drink after a busy day of house hunting. I'm super picky about my smoothies and often tell my barista to pulverize the strawberry seeds. I know... Crazy but I hate popping seeds in my teeth all day. The location was clean and the staff was welcoming. I got am attudue really fast when they told me thier juice machine was down. WHAT?!!! how am I supposed to order my drink?! The barista quickly apologized and gave me the available juice options and offered me some helpful suggestions. I was still able to order my drink without throwing a fit. I gave her the usual spiel and asked her to blend my drink well because the seeds bothered me. She did it with no problem and preceding to make the smoothest, most delicious smoothie I'd had in a long time! She even upsized my friends drink because there was alot left in the blender. Horrible service. No acknowledgement when I entered, I patiently waited and when the female employee approached the cash register she looked very unhappy and she lacked customer service etiquette. When she finished my drink she slammed it on the carousel and walked away. There was an excessive amount of goji berries and coconut that made it unappealing, difficult to eat and unappetizing. I'm mobile ordered two smoothies to be made, I walked in there were two employees and what looked to be the owner of the store and only one of the girls were actually making any smoothies, when they had multiple orders that needed to be made. She ended up accidentally dropping one of the cups on the floor and proceeded to pick up another cup while the other guy who was working with her was mopping. The owner then told the guy who is mopping to pick up the cup off the floor and put it in the sink, wash it, and put it back on the pile of cups to be used again. The two girls working here are very rude and unprofessional. They don't acknowledge customers and seem generally annoyed to have a job. They also talk very loudly about their personal lives instead of greeting customers. As I was waiting for my smoothie I could overhear one of them complaining about their manager telling her to acknowledge customers lol. Hire better employees juice it up. read more

We came in right as they opened and were not disappointed, the smoothie bowl was phenomenal, and I really liked that the added items in the bowl are all chosen by the customer. Only complaint is that there is not a lot of indoor seating, but still absolutely worth it. read more

I usually have no problem ordering my juice over the phone. However today was a different story. I called around 7:30pm to make a phone order and was told (in a rather rude way) that they are about to close (still 30 mins left) and they won't take phone orders if I don't arrive soon enough. I was confused . How my arrival time affects my order? It's not like the juice will expire if I arrive 10 mins later than said. Luckily I was only 3 mins away and the lady on the phone granted me the permission to make a phone order. Is that a policy? I just never heard of it. read more
