When they had a code like today's BOGO rainy day special, it only worked with UberEats, online, or in the app. Hey, I don't complain when they took off $12, a full cup with two toppings! Ok, one little downside is when I ordered with this code in the app, was only 1 flavor yogurt and we were not able to put say 5 different flavors in one cup (unlike self serve in the store). I might be biased because this is my local Yogurtland but it's def one of my favorite locations. It's always clean, toppings bar is always full, and the ice cream is always running pretty cold. I really appreciate how helpful the staff is whenever assistance is needed. It is a little small so whenever it's busy it does feel a little squished but that is no one's fault. read more

What a great experience at this location today. Amina helped me out a lot. I was having a hard time deciding what flavors to get and she recommended some really good ones and gave me extra sample cups. Her recommendation of Salted Caramel was definitely a winner! I also got it mixed with coconut and strawberry to get a tropical vibe. They do have a POG (passion orange guava) flavor but I feel that one wasn't as satisfying as the coconut. Overall great experience. Interior dining area was clean. Amina really does a good job keep in this place clean and spotless. I always see her restocking and cleaning up crumbs. She greets you as you enter and leave and is quite friendly ! Absolutely love coming here and will be back soon! read more

Well I can say it's a typical Yogurt Land. With that being said the product was good. So that's what gets this location three stars. They had a great selection of flavors for the yogurt. I got the strawberry and chocolate swirl. They also had an abundant amount of toppings to choose from and they yogurt tasted great. What made this location miss out on a five star rating is that it was messy and didn't feel very clean. Not a lot of places for sitting once you get your food. So you have to hope to find someplace outside or go to your car. I saw two employees working. The one at the register was great and extremely nice. The other worker I saw was rude. She grabbed a cup and squeezed in between people without saying a word and started making a yogurt for herself. No excuse me or anything I was in shock by this. I think management needs to talk to their employees and train them better. read more

My wife, son, and I just enjoyed some yogurt at this location, and the service was amazing. The employee, Lisandra (I believe that was her name), was so friendly and courteous to my family and me. She even gave my three-year-old son some Yogurtland stickers, which made his day! We sat inside on the bench, and as a business owner myself, I tend to notice how employees carry themselves. Lisandra stayed busy the entire time we were there when she wasn't helping customers. I saw her consistently cleaning, straightening the spoons at the toppings bar, wiping down counters, and keeping the machines spotless. Whoever owns this location is lucky to have such a hardworking and positive employee on their team. I truly hope they recognize and value her strong work ethic--it definitely made our visit extra enjoyable! read more

I can't put in words the audacious smell I was slapped in the face with once I walked through those doors.... The smell is horrible. Pungent. If you're in the mood froyo, prepare for your stomach to churn. My only wish is that they would clean out their machines better as to rid the place of this unfortunate Odor. This was my first time bringing my family to this Yogurtland, and we will definitely be back. There were many flavors and topping to choose from. The store smelt good, and was very clean and well-kept. Alisha was working hard, quickly moving back and forth between cleaning and taking orders, and she handled it all with a great attitude. When my son made a a mess, she was very understanding and gracious about it. She seemed a little on the shy side, but her customer service was excellent. I was so excited to get a sweet treat after work seeing that their hours had changed. I went in about two weeks ago on a Friday night 35/40 mins before closing. As my boyfriend and I are deciding on our favors to get i was heading try the new flavor milk and honey when one of the workers comes out to start closing and removing the trays on the machines. Cons: 1) It was 10:05pm exactly and their restrooms were already closed. They don't close until 11pm. So I would say not kid friendly 2) Their fruit (toppings) were hard, the mango that should have been soft was awfully hard of course still bite-able. The fruit also looked frozen not fresh as if they came straight out of the freezer. Personally I enjoy my fruit better straight from the fridge not freezer. As the freezer changes the whole texture and taste (personal Opinion). 3) Their brownie was a whole tiny cup of brownie from like Walmart or a grocery store, nothing wrong with that but it was so hard. When putting it on the frozen yogurt it was hard to cut with the plastic spoon as it gets even harder on a colder semi-solid. They should definitely cut their brownies, they would be much more enjoyable, I would not try getting their brownie as a topping again. 4) They need to focus more on the toppings. Explains why they just say there (the toppings). ~~~~~~~~~PROS~~~~~~~~~ 1) They have various frozen yogurt flavors to choose from. OVERALL: If out with my kids I would not come here as a first option maybe if it's the only one open then I'll come again. Hopefully they step up their game, I mean after all they are (YOGURTLAND) supposed to be the best of the best. I hope they improve ! read more

This place is located across the street from the Tyler mall. Lately I have been craving yogurt ice cream and it was a very hot day so I decided it was time to try this place out and see what all the hype was about. Inside was nice and clean and they had a lot of yogurt machines all with different flavors. They also have testing cups where you can try it out before you get your yogurt. I combined their cookies n cream yogurt with their cheesecake yogurt and I must say I have found an amazing combination. They also had a lot of toppings to choose from and syrup to add on top as well. My cup was starting to get heavy when I was about to check out so I was a little worried it might be a little pricey. As I went to weigh my mighty cup of yogurt I anxiously awaited my price which to my surprise came out to only 6 bucks which is not to bad for as much as I put in my 8 oz cup. Where do I start??? Me and my Fiancé went to this yogurt land off of Tyler St. tonight at 9:30pm. When we entered this yogurt land it was extremely hot inside and was told that the air is all the way up when we made a comment that it was really hot here. My fiancé proceeded to select his yogurt flavor which the yogurt was melting before he can make it to the front to pick his toppings, when he went to the front to select his toppings the girl that was there kept opening packages of gummy bears and placing them in the bins along with other items to place in the bins. She had to have been doing this for at least 2 minutes with my Fiancé just waiting. My fiancé turned to me and said "I must be invisible because she hasn't said anything to me and I'm ready." I proceeded to let the lady know that he's ready to pick his toppings and pay for his yogurt if he can as he's been waiting with no acknowledgement . Her response was "oh I didn't know you had a question" even though my fiancé was right in front of her...and she continued to open up packages of toppings to place in the bins and continued to proceed as though my fiancé wasn't there or even myself!! She never not once acknowledged his presence. Was this because my fiancé was an African American Male and the color of his skin that he was treated this way??? Where is the equality and respect???? My fiancé placed his yogurt down and said forget it let's go as we were not treated like customers but instead we were ignored which did not feel good at all!! I would not recommend this yogurt-land to anyone. Customer service was at its all time worst!!! We walked out and proceeded to head to the yogurtland off of University Drive which was 15 minutes away. We arrived there at 9:45pm and there was a totally complete vibe. The workers there were nice, didn't have us waiting when my fiancé was done selecting his yogurt flavor, he was greeted with respect and asked what toppings he wanted and on top of that it was much cooler than the yogurt-land on Tyler. I will for sure be calling corporate to complain about my fiancés experience at the Yogurt-land on Tyler St. If I can I would give this place 0 stars for customer service! read more

Went to this location of Yogurt land before to try some delicious yogurt in all of Magnolia. And I got to say it was not bad at all! I always enjoy eating frozen yogurt and I haven't had any in like 3 years. Until this year, I came, and I got the chocolate flavor yogurt because I love chocolate. The flavor tasted refreshing and amazing and there were a decent number of flavors and toppings to choose from. Although I had some fruits in my yogurt like Kiwi and they didn't taste fresh and tasted yucky to me. It's like the flavor of the kiwi just disappeared and walked away from what I always imagined of kiwi. Who runs out of plain yogurt (tart) ?!?!?!?!?! Apparently they run out of it a lot and never refill it! Seen people say this in their reviews and have had family and friends say so too. And I just experienced this myself. In my 27 years of life I have never walked in a frozen yogurt shop and saw they ran out of the plain tart flavor. Came in for a quick yogurt fix only to find a maskless customer running around the store and yelling into her cell phone on speaker while standing right over the now unprotected toppings bar while the staff as usual for this location, hid in the back. No supervision of customers, no virus protocols and now maskless customers at the uncovered toppings bar. Called Riverside County Dept of Health to file a complaint and perhaps they will give the owner here some guidance on how to operate their store safely. read more

Props to the staff working between 7pm-8pm tonight. You keep a very tidy establishment! Tables and seating super clean. Yogurt and topping stations clean and wiped up. So I wrote a review a couple of years ago how terrible this place had been. WELL...decided to give it another try. And it's even worse now!! This place has been notorious for over charging!!! Their scales are NOT weighing the product correctly! This is a violation of the law! They've been called out on it and still continue to not check their weighing machines! $15 for one small yogurt that wasn't even over the top of the cup?? Come on! I took it home and weighed it myself only to find out that it was waaay under the weight they charged me for!! Ordered esquite she put no mayo so my daughter told her she did not want it she complained and was very rude with her response. Losing a customer and risking a bad review over an esquite & a scoop of mayo is crazy to me.
