Okay but WHY was this dessert so good?? I got the two-scoop ice cream with the big churro and it literally looked like a churro hot air balloon lol. Not mad about it at all. Everything is made fresh to order, including the churros, which makes such a difference! You can taste how fresh everything is and it's honestly amazing. Like... really really good. The kind of good that immediately makes you want to come back and try other things on the menu. They were pretty busy when I went, which honestly says a lot, and I love that they're open late too. I really wanted to like this place and maybe because it was early morning. My siblings and I came here to grab some lattes and chill a bit while we waited for our table at Brandon's to be ready, which was gonna be about an hour and a half. The cashier seemed to be new because it took forever to get our drink order settled. She was really nice tho. Anyhow, it took about 45 min to get our drinks ready but we had fun chatting there while waiting. I'm thinking that it was a bad day for them or something like that! The service was good. The girl working was very helpful, giving us her own recommendations. The shop was nice inside. The food however was a little too sweet for my taste. The OG churros were good, but the filled churros were a bit too much. The tea I got was extremely sweet and I had to dilute it to enjoy it. The thai tea was interesting. It does take a little while to get your dessert, but I'm assuming that's because it's being made fresh and I don't mind the flavors. Lovely little spot to grab some dessert! I've gone twice and had a great experience both times. I ordered the Mexican Chocolate blended frapp. I love that it comes with a churro. It's also served with an edible flower. The presentation is bursting with charm. The unique flavor of Mexican chocolate blends well with the espresso. It's a refreshing homage to the homeland. They also serve ice cream which I need to come back to try. There is WiFi if you need to do some work or studying. The bathroom is clean. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Perfect for families, friends, or couples. The staff is very friendly. The first time I came there was a large group ahead of us so there was a bit of long wait. The staff kept apologizing profusely which totally wasn't necessary, but I appreciated. The only thing I find a tad odd is they advertise that they sell sushi lol. We stopped by and I ordered the vanilla bean frappe & I think my fiancé got the horchata iced latte. I didn't know my vanilla bean came with a churro and a cute edible flower. The owner Alfredo was very nice, and the atmosphere on one side of the restaurant was cozy with a blue vibe. We brought our family here and honestly didn't expect much at first, but the sushi was out of this world with a very fresh taste. The ice cream was amazing, and the churros were hot, soft, and crunchy. To be honest, this is probably one of the better Mexican spots in the Inland Empire. I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing by, and I will be returning soon. I came here last Saturday due to the positive reviews. I didn't think it was possible to have a "mid" churro, but alas. I placed an order for mini churros and a latte with oat milk. Over THIRTY minutes later, finally received the churros but had to wait additional time for the latte and somehow it was with almond milk and it was watery. I honestly don't understand how it was so slow of service, it wasn't that busy. I didn't want to complain because it took so long to receive my food and drink that I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I have no clue how long it takes to deep fry a churro, but honestly this experience was extremely concerning. As for ambiance, the furniture was uncomfortable, like the cheapest amazon furniture imaginable, which wouldn't be a big deal but I had to sit on it for almost an hour for some CHURROS. :( read more

I really wanted to love this spot. I think it's great to see small, women-owned businesses in the community, and I'm all for supporting them. The concept of churros, coffee, and sushi is unique, and I was excited to try it out for the first time. When we walked in, we weren't quite sure how the ordering process worked, as there wasn't a clear greeting or introduction. We ended up grabbing menus ourselves, and while a staff member did approach the register, there wasn't much guidance for first-time visitors. A quick welcome and a quick run through of the menu would've gone a long way. We tried the horchata coffee (based on their recommendation) and ordered churro bites, and two churro bowls to go. The coffee unfortunately tasted watered down with a lot of ice, and the churros, while freshly made, took about 30+ minutes to come out. I completely understand fresh food takes time, but the wait felt long considering the order size. Once we got home (just 4 minutes away), the churros were quite hard and doughy, which made them a little disappointing. The total was about $50 after a tip, and while tipping is always optional, especially for to-go orders, I think small touches like a "thank you" at checkout can really make customers feel appreciated. I think this place has a lot of potential, and I hope they can focus on refining the coffee quality, speeding up service, and offering a warmer, more welcoming first impression. All the churros were made fresh to order, taking about 15 minutes. While waiting, I noticed the cute greenery aesthetic of the shop, with little plants decorating the area and adorable decor. Now for the important part: the churros. They were DELICIOUS! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The cajeta, suggested by the staff, was the perfect pairing.
