Drinks weren't consistent the second round, and the food came out one at a time with about a 45-minute wait for everyone to be served. By then, most of us were done eating. We also had to keep asking for water, and my molcajete chicken was not good at all (though the carne asada and sausage were tasty). Sushi and dragon roll were delicious. Alcohol was warm, we got sushi and the crab smelled and tasted like it went bad. The waitresses weren't very attentive, instead they were at the bar drinking with a customer and dancing everywhere. I ordered salmon and albacore sushi, the only thing I didn't enjoy was the bento flakes on top of the rolls and sushi, I did t like that at all, too fishy. My husband ordered his all time fave , asada burrito wet style. It was delicious, lots of cheese, meat and salsa was tasty not spicy at all. The beans tasted authentic, we love beans do we know what to expect. My son ordered eel special roll which he said was the best he's has. My daughter ordered salmon sashimi, and salmon roll, I also ordered asada tacos. Th tortillas was soft and so good. I would like more spicy salsa for taco's. We tried gyozas from the appetizer menu, they tast like the frozen ones we put in our air fryer, I wouldn't recommend. All in all food was delicious, beer was cold, service was also great. This was a very unique sushi restaurant. I really enjoyed the sushi and it was so freshly made! The blue Hawaiian drink was also very good. The service was average and the establishment was very spacious. They had cute decor throughout the restaurant and the restroom was clean and big as well. My favorite sushi roll was hands down the spicy crunch roll, hijo de Sushingon roll, then the tiger roll. My husband would be hijo de Sushingon roll, spicy crunch roll, then tiger roll. We always come to this restaurant with our family of 15 because service is always so great but tonight was extremely disappointing. Came out on a Friday night that was also Karaoke night! (free shots to those that were brave enough to sing). The music wasn't too loud but the overall atmosphere was fun nonetheless. You can tell the staff gets along and there's a family vibe about it. Definitely a cool hole in the wall spot in Riverside.
