The fish tacos at this location are superb. I haven't had a good battered fish taco in a while and this exceeded my expectations! The rice was flavorful and the horchata is a delight! Perfectly sweetened and delicious enough that I order a second one to go! They make their own horchata in house. Customer service was excellent! The ladies here were so kind and answered all questions and gave us great recommendations. Restaurant was clean and it was busy. We did arrive at 12:30 pm so lunch rush for sure. Solid; definitely get seafood here! I got the combo 1 (3 tacos) with fish, shrimp, and spicy grilled fish. The spicy grilled was probably my favorite, followed by shrimp then fish. Fish as well As their shrimp tacos were served on two soft corn tortillas , tasty crunchy fish and very generous serving of shredded cabbage and chopped tomatoes; they also added a huge chile saltado nicely seasoned with black Pepper and salt. Señor Baja is a fast food joint with must needed A/C and clean environment. The place is located in a tiny strip mall, with multiple parking available. What did we have? Some delicious shrimp tacos and an Asada burrito. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service was great, everyone was pleasant and vibe with cool energy. Kudos to their employees!! The potato tacos were nasty and bland and not worth 2.49 each. I thought since their potato taco was the same price as their fish taco it should be bomb. Nope it was an epic fail. Food was just thrown together with no love. Also I witnessed one of the chefs with no gloves on touching people's food with his bare hands. I had their yelp page up and he told me that the newest menu was not the same as many posts on their page and they only have what is on the posted menu on the wall several times.
