First time and last time here at tacos y mas!! I was very disappointed I had great expectations going in after seeing all these reviews on social media but I'll be sticking to other small taco shops. Other burritos never come out this greasy and lack of flavor i was so disappointed as a Latina customer. Also when going in don't have high expectations of a clean environment either tables we're dirty and sorry to say but also customer services was not the best the cashier was a Senora with red/orange hair and was very rude when I asked her a simple question as a first time customer I didn't expect to be treated poorly. The only good thing I can compliment was the salsas we tried mostly all and they were great. We had also gotten a variety of tacos with different meats and all were lacking flavor and expectations were not met without the salsa they would have been mediocre. To top it off the cooks were not changing gloves or being sanitary it was just a horrible experience all around and was very disappointing.

Brought a group of friends to enjoy one of our favorite taco spots. Everything is always quick and amazing. My go to items is the Tacazo Burrito with the green salsa and Jamaica . Parking is a little rough here but plenty of seating available. Love their salsa bar that includes cucumbers, radish, and red onions.

    Torta Loca ($11.99)

Back in the day this location had a Puerto Rican restaurant that I enjoyed. Fast forward a few years and boom! A taqueria replaces it. In this city, taco spots are extremely common so why has this one been around for 5+ years? Let's check it out. Located on the corner of Hole and County Circle, Tacos Y Mas is on the end of an enclosed strip mall. Once you walk in you're met with a small space with a few tables and counter space by the front window to eat at. If you don't want to order with a real person or if the line is long they have a kiosk for your convenience. You can also order ahead for pickup and the prices on the site are the same in the store. The menu had the favorites along with a few items you won't get at many other places. I, of course, got some of those items. The Jalisciense AKA Torta Ahogada. This was an extremely legit sandwich. The birote was perfect, as was the salsa de tomate and it was loaded with delicious carnitas. On a later trip I got the Torta Loca which was loaded with meats and nopales. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day. Tacos Y Mas is definitely a place I'd return to. They have unique menu items and everything I ate was really tasty. Service was good and patient. The food also comes out fast. Highly recommended!

The tacos themselves were tasty, we got carne asada, al pastor, and pollo, and the meats were definitely flavorful and well seasoned. I ordered a cabeza burrito, which was super fatty and satisfying, though I wish there was more guac. One downside was the environment : there were flies around, especially near the salsas, which was pretty off-putting. On top of that, it ended up being about $20 for a burrito and a drink, which feels pretty expensive for street-style tacos. There wasn't much service as we used the kiosk. Overall, good flavor, but the price and cleanliness make it harder to fully recommend.

Bone in burrito and over done meat in tacos.

Ordered tacos and a burrito. The meat was overdone and dry. The burrito was mostly salty rice and meat.... had a drop of guacamole. I also found a piece of bone.

TORTA LOCA I believe was the name of this. It was big and delicious with chorizo, nopales and carne asada.

Came here with my coworkers and I've actually been here with my wife and wish I did a review earlier. Being this was my 2nd time here and will definitely be back again and again. The food is consistently good here. If your in the Riverside area near Tyler I'd give this place a try.

Very solid taco spot with plenty of delicious salsa options. I love ordering cabeza and they do theirs so well. I highly recommend!

Wheres the asada ? The way you advertise it the second pic on instagram doesn't compare

    Dishonest extra charges almost $2.00

The is decent but the show one price for burrito snd the upcharge like crazy ! For $11.99 They charge me $1.25 up charge and $.79 for using bank debit card and got small Coke bill 18.43 from 11.99 what rip off and no charge almost one dollar for paying with debit card! And they mention up charge if you burrito Asada" very dishonest way they charge people at restraunt " I don't paying more if it's on menu but these guys are very dishonest! If you eat here really watch how to charge you or you're gonna get a good surprise!!!

Tacos rellenos 10/10. Approx $5 for a loaded taco, lots of flavor, definitely worth it. The birriongo 10/10. Top 3 of my favorite birria spots with the consume. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Family oriented environment.

The meal started off strong with their chips and salsa--super fresh and flavorful. For my entrée, I had the chicken fajitas. While they were cooked properly, I wish they had a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavor. My wife had the enchiladas divorciadas, which were beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the filling was a bit cool. She probably should have sent it back, but since we were in a hurry, we didn't bother. On the positive side, my daughter had the carne asada burrito, and she said it was excellent. Service started off great with our younger male waiter being very attentive at first, but it slowed down significantly as our meal went on. By the end of our visit, I actually had to go up to the register to ask to pay. It was lunch time, and it wasn't that busy, so this felt a bit out of the ordinary. Despite the hiccups, I'm willing to give Morena's Mexican Cuisine another try, as it may have just been an off day. The chips and salsa, along with my daughter's burrito, showed that they definitely have what it takes to impress. I'll reserve final judgment after my next visit!

We asked a few questions, asked about substitutions, and she answered everything. In the end, the order for myself was a 3 crispy chicken taco plate with rice, beans, chips and a drink. My husband got the 2 Gordita plate (asada and al pastor for the meat) with French fries, beans, chips and a drink. The prices were fairly decent, which I don't know why I was expecting it to be a bit more pricier (probably the way it's set up). However, the food was okay. At first bite, I expected flavor and received no flavor from the chicken tacos. My rice was on the cold side and the beans had some flavor and were warm, which I could tell also from the cheese melting. My focus was mostly on the tacos because for me it was a bit disappointing. I added a little bit of salt and salsa to help get some flavor, but it still wasn't reaching that expectation I had based on the look. My husband said his Gordita's were good. He said the meat had flavor versus my chicken tacos, the only thing he said he needed to add salt to were his French fries. Would I personally return? I would think about it, because there were other items I could still try and see how I feel. My husband did enjoy it, and said he wouldn't mind going back to try something else to see if it's a go or not.
