Had really high hopes for birria... especially after reading the reviews but honestly I didn't get any wow factors. To me it lacked a lot of flavors. The service was okay. These are my favorite birria tacos around. I get the dorado with a side of consume. It took me a few variations of toppings to dial in my preference. I love my dorado tacos with extra lime and cilantro. Mmmmmmm... Picking up tacos on my way to Lake Perris before hitting the lake to paddle board is one of my most favorite things to do. Very disappointed that the don't have any fountain drinks. You can only get the Mexican soda in bottles or the Agua Fresca so I tried the Horchata which was not good at all. There was no flavor or any cinnamon in my drink. The food was delicious but not worth it. They do give you a lot of meat and the flavor is there. I spent about $15 for a sandwich and drink! They don't even give you a side or a little sauce to dip your sandwich after charging so much. I'm not sure if this was gourmet food but they charge you like it is. The only door is blacked out as you walk in, and I felt like I was walking in to their kitchen. Place is not trendy or cute but I don't ever worry about that if there food is good. Sometimes it's too hot that you can't even enjoy your food. And to top it off they are super stingy with their condiments. We love this place my daughter and myself usually come here after soccer practice. We have our usual I get the birria ramen and my daughter gets the birria plate.
