I visited Cold Stone Creamery on 4/9/26 at approximately 8:30 PM. My boyfriend placed an order for the Dubai Chocolate ice cream on my behalf. He specifically requested no chocolate shavings, and I had texted him my exact order beforehand, which he read directly from his phone. However, when I received the ice cream, it was completely incorrect. It contained only chocolate, with no pistachio and hardly knafeh, which are key components of the item I ordered. I called the store and spoke with a crew member named Daniella. She stated that she heard the order and claimed my boyfriend asked for no pistachio, which is inaccurate. I explained that this was not true, as the order was read directly from my message. Daniella then placed me on hold to speak with a manager. When she returned, she told me that the manager refused to remake the ice cream. I then asked to speak with the employee who prepared my order. A crew member named Brandy stated that she made the ice cream and claimed my boyfriend's order was correct. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that no manager was present and that only Brandy and Daniella (who was described as a new trainee) were working. When my turn came, I asked for a Like it size Strawberry Banana smoothie. The lady asked for me to wait, while she made my mom and sister their ice cream. After she was done, she went to make my smoothie. She had help making the smoothie with her coworker and gave me the cup when done. She charged me for a shake which was a dollar more than what it said on the wall. Although I said the price didn't match what it said, she said the machine charges a smoothie as a shake. Every time I see a fast food chain or dessert place with low stars, I just sit here and wonder to myself what people are expecting lol. This specific Cold Stone was like any other Cold Stone. It was small and really not busy at all. There was one person working. She was really nice and helpful. She did her job quickly and efficiently. I guess it was time for her to clock out, but the next employee wasn't there yet so when she finished with us, she left. Normally when that happens, the employee you can tell is a bit grumpy but she was super friendly lol. The place was fairly clean. Wasn't extremely clean. The table I was sitting it had chocolate that dried up onto the table and it just smelt really gross in the area so they clearly don't clean the tables often. Other than that, was great. Let's just say hours say open at 12pm however it's 12:15p and door locked so I called and a women comes and says she forgot to open the door, ok. However when I get it the vibe is just so dark. Not sure if they are trying to save electricity but most of the lights were off and this is often. She continues to make my speciality mud pie mojo but before she hands it to me she takes a pretty good scoop off and puts it in another cup and puts it to the side? Never have i felt rushed before and when there was no other customers. I've been here when the line was out the door and even then have never felt rushed. The girl asked what i would like and i told her the flavor and how i wanted a bowl. Usually they'll get scoop the ice cream and place it on to the stone and ask for any mix in's, but nope. She just took my scoop and put it into the cup and gave it to me that way. I let her know i did want items mixed in. A piece of my waffle bowl had also broken off, i should have taken a picture but at that point i was already over it and my son was already fussy over it. After me and my friend had ordered, she instantly sat on the table behind her and started a conversation with her coworker. The coworker on the other hand was amazing, my friend said she was super friendly and got everything right and did not feel rushed. Dear god the employees here are so rude and do not follow health regulations. Me and my mother came in Sunday afternoon around 6:30pm. A boy and a girl were on shift and when they were preparing our ice creams they did not wear gloves. And we saw both we our own eyes SHE GRABBED THE WAFFLE BOWL BY HER BARE HANDS. We brought it to her attention and she said "Oh no we're allowed to not wear gloves. It's fine" with her attitude. So you're telling me it's okay to grab peoples food with your hands?? Let me start by saying that I always go here. Even though there customer service isn't the best. Especially when the Indian ladies don't have a good attitude or even smile. I feel like great customer service is everything. So I went there today to buy a banana icecream "since I'm pregnant I crave it a lot". But first we walk in and there was lots of water on the floor with no sign. My son almost slipped because of the water. I told one of the workers and she just said oh ok. Never went to clean up or even put a wet sign. I order my sons ice cream first and I was standing right in front of where they add the toppings. Then I order mine with my toppings as well. I had her put them in a bag for me. When I was getting close to my house I opened my ice cream and realized that it wasn't bananas at all. My fault for not looking but I have never had a problem. I called to let them know that I order banana and it wasn't it. The girl on the phone was like oh ok thanks for letting us know. I was like wait what! Shouldn't I get something, I mean it wasn't really my fault. She was like hold on, she comes back to say "we just tasted it and it tastes like banana." I was like that wth, like I'm not lying.
