We love coming to this Cold Stone!! The service here is always super quick and friendly. The environment is also always super inviting and positive, it's impossible to not feel welcomed. We came in after eating in the area and we just HAD to try their seasonal gingerbread flavor. We asked for a sample (which they gladly provided) and it was just AMAZING!! It was the perfect amount of sweet, cinnamon, and gingerbread for my taste. We mixed in some cookie dough (our favorite), rainbow sprinkles, and pie crust and it is definitely one of the BEST combos I've had!! If you're in the area around Christmas time, I definitely recommend trying it out! They also have some other seasonal flavors as well!! read more

Located at the riverside plaza. There's plenty of savory options so when the sweet tooth hits this is a great option. Luv the selections of creamy ice cream. They have preset menu combinations or create your own. This visit was for a coffeehouse crunch cake for a Birthday. Heath bar, fudge, chocolate ganache, chocolate cake and coffee ice cream. Clean, organized interior and great service. If you frequently visit they have Loyalty points with every purchase. Parking may be limited right in front. A few designated pick up spots with time limits or surrounding larger lots just a stroll away. read more

We waited in a long line after already standing outside the door. When we finally made it to the front, we were completely ignored while they started helping the next people in line instead. We were forced to get back in line all over again after already waiting. The girl at the front, Leah, clearly saw us standing there and still chose to ignore us. Her behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. That kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. read more

My mom and I popped in for a sweet treat, and the staff here were delightful and patient. We decided to indulge in their signature ice cream creations. My mom chose the German chocolate cake, while I opted for the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were filled to the brim with ice cream, and after sampling both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite--it was creamy, sweet, and savory. The young employees at this location act entitled. Then ask for a tip in an almost demanding way. Tips are based on service. Why tip a bunch of spoiled brats. I'll tell you why you don't. Came in to get some ice cream on a Saturday night and I'm not sure if KALEY/HALEY or the ice cream was colder. So sorry we had the AUDACITY to come in and ask for ice cream and she had to make it...it wasn't even a custom order...it was just a standard banana cream pudding no subs no special requests. Got an ice cream cake from here. I forget the name of the cake but basically it's an awesome cake with snickers. 1 word: Amazing. The cake normally would have fed everyone and had some left over but that never happened. Everyone wanted a second slice! One of the kids picked the plate it was on clean! I can't wait to have to get another cake like this, still licking my lips after eating that slice. Went to Coldstone to get a plant based milk shake due to my wife and her friend's lactose intolerance. Witnessed the representative Leeanna pour regular milk into the mix. When we asked about it she said "oh you don't want regular milk?" WTF? Then she advised they were out of almond milk. That could have made for a bad night. That's a really big deal and they just blew it off. read more

I wanted to order online through a food delivery app but in the app menu the item I wanted wasn't listed. So I called the store, I made sure they have it in stock and I asked to the person who took my call to help me. The deal was I order something from the app menu which was more expensive of what I needed but I was okay with that, they only needed to give the delivery driver the item I requested. I trusted them and their customer service. When finally I got my order delivered, I got what was in the app, not what I requested over the phone. That was very disappointing. And anyway whatever it was available in the app and got to my door it was something I couldn't eat so, MORE Disappointing. read more

After a failed attempt at Cold Stone by the besties house we reached out to these guys for a custom made ice cream sandwich. Instead of driving 2 little people in the heat I called to confirm they offered custom made ice cream sandwiches. The lady who answered my call said yes they can make our sandwiches during our visit. PERFECT!! I told her we will see her soon and she responded with not a problem. After picking up little dude after his first day of Transitional Kindergarten we told him he deserved a treat. We thought it appropriate since he was in tears when we dropped him off! Once again I attempted to order the custom made ice cream sandwiches with no success?!?!?! Whats going on Cold Stone?! Instead of being that person we ordered whatever the little guys wanted. I had to let her know I called and spoke to someone about the ice cream sandwiches which I was told they could make them for me. Lets just say she could have given two *$*s! The two small ice creams with one mix in cost $11? Before we got to the car the ice cream was melting down their arms. It was more like a milk shake in a cup!!! Not a lot of fun when you're only 4 and 7 yrs old. They spent more time dealing with the melting ice cream instead of enjoying it. What a damn mess is all I can say! read more

Awesome staff, great customer service. I ordered through their app, the door dash driver was terrible, got the address wrong, apparently couldn't work his gps and when I tried to call him he didn't speak English so I couldn't even give him directions. So he spent 20 min driving around my complex when I had very specific instructions on the order. When I called the store to tell them they were very gracious, offered to refund my entire order. I put the soup in the freezer, hopefully it'll be ok for tomorrow. Either way just because the driver was bad. The store staff was great and the soup looks like the correct order :) read more

Went to this location and got ice cream a few hours later we had sever diarrhea. There is some bacteria in this place DO NOT GO! And we spoke to the manager Julia and she was super rude. Julia you should not be manager in costumer service. Would not get refund, I will never go here again! read more

Came here on 3/24. It was a friday night so it was a little busy inside. I was helped by an employee with long hair that was extremely rude and annoyed. The entire time that he was dealing with my order, he seemed impatient and had an attitude when I was polite the entire time. When he began to ring me up, he walked away before I paid. I had a gift card and when he came back I asked if I am supposed to slide it, he took it from me and shook his head like I was disturbing and annoying him. I will not return back to this cold stone if they continue to hire employees that do not know how to have patience and respectful customer service. read more

This is my new favorite ice cream shop. Mia is so awesome. She was very patient as my family and I tried a lot of flavors, she never rushed us and made the whole experience so pleasant. I felt like she truly enjoys her job. She explain the cost of extra mix in's, which was nice so, I didn't have any hidden cost. It was a great experience! I would recommend this location to everyone. They have about 5 or 6 yogurt/sorbet selections combined. Because of the flavors they offer in those, its kind of hard to pair it with a mix in that will taste good with it. I got the pink lemonade sorbet and waffle pieces mix in and also the cherry vanilla and graham cracker crust mix in. Not a big fan of their yogurts and sorbets, but it was something different for me to try, aside from the norms i always get. read more

I'm just shocked at the lack of service. I had a pick up order, went to the counter and patiently waited to be acknowledged by the shift lead (tall white guy). He didn't so I walked up. He couldn't find my order so he got annoyed with me. He grumpily made it and basically shoved the bag into my had without a word. I wasn't even rude about anything or having to wait longer than I should have for something that was supposed to be ready. I've worked at an ice cream store before. I know how hard it is and how thankless customers are. But this hostility (judging from the reviews below, I'm not alone) is completely unnecessary. Learn some customer service skills unless you are ok with your store shutting down because people are treated so rudely by your employees. Seriously made me regret ordering and ever setting foot in the store. read more

We did put on our mask..as I was at the counter, a gentleman walked in and was served with no mask...he was white, the girls working where white! I'm Hispanic! This location can make the largest 50+ person cake with only 24 hours notice. They were super nice about it (unlike some of the other neighboring stores) and the cake didn't melt fast or get gooey right away. Some say it's a little pricey, but it's consistently the best ice cream cake I've had. Walking in for just ice cream...that's a different story...it all depends on who's working that day. (I guess maybe the best people are in the back making ice cream cakes ;) read more

Wow. If I ran this business I would be embarrassed. Lindsey was working by herself on a Thursday night with the line out the door. She did an amazing job and was running back and forth trying to help everyone. I wish I could have gave her a personal tip but she said they share them all at the end of the night. Please hire more people or have more people scheduled together because this is crazy. read more

I came in early in the morning looking for a cake, they didnt have the one I was wanting so I asked the little blonde is I could order one, she said I could, but it would take a week. A week!!!?? I told her nevermind, cuz I needed it monday. I went to another location and they said it could be ready by then. Not sure what the girl was thinking, but I am guessing she didn't want to make a cake and just text, not too mention she was rude to her co-worker. Why would you hire someone like that? I love the ice cream, but I was so disappointed in the service this morning (5/18). Couldnt tell if she was blonde or not, but she was rude to me and my kids But her co-worker was a daring!!! My child wanted a certain ice cream and the mean one stated only adults could have it. I gave her an interesting look. I think I can decide what Ice cream my child will get. She then over charged me for more ice cream than I bought, she changed it, but nearly threw my card back at me after using it. Looks I wont go back there with her attitude. read more
