I haven't tried anything yet. I placed a cake order for my daughters quinceanera and ordered 150 Conchita, I'll definitely be back after the event to update my review. My event is July 20, so check back. It smelled so good, there was a line when we walked in for their bolli and mexican hot chocolate, darn it I should got some! there were ppl coming in and out for just bollis you know they gotta be bomb! They had a tamale sign lots of selections of pan dulce. I ordered red velvet with cream cheese filling, vanilla with fresh strawberry filling, and marble with strawberry filling ca t wait to taste and provide my feedback. I'll also try their other items . Service was nice, the lady was patient and polite there was an older guy who had to come out and help with ordered since a line starting forming he was apparently the baker! He was also polite, thank you for your politeness! Can't wait to see And taste my cake! 3 STARS FOR SERVICE ONLY*WILL UPDATE REVIEW ONCE I TASTE ITEMS*

Pan dulce, pink sweet spongey cake

Don't set your expectations too high and you'll enjoy it. (You do get a bang for your buck for this) For only a dollar, I tried the pan dulce, pink sweet sponge cake with coconut flakes on top. I didn't expect it to be amazing but it wasn't bad either. I grabbed it from the back of the shelf using the tongs and it wasn't stale thankfully. (I worked at a bakery, always grab from the back) I'd stick to the classic breads everyone gets as it seems some people definitely see their freshness waver sometimes. Also microwaving bread for about 20 seconds always makes them taste way better. Service was good and lady answered all the questions I had. Id come again if I needed a really quick bite

Thank you for my beautiful bday cake it was perfect received so many compliments. It was white cake with fresh strawberries for the flavor , so yummy . The decoration was so beautiful thank u again . Also this is my second cake here the first one was for my great grandma which also received so many compliments.

I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday and was totally impressed with it. Not only was it decorated beautifully but the actual cake was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this bakery to everyone.

Variety of bread

I've been here once just to check it out. I have to say that it's a cool experience to try and it's right next to Food4Less. There are many different kinds of bread and cakes that you can find here. They put all their bread on shelves, but I'm not sure what variety of bread are here. In my perspective, I thought that the bread was a bit too sugary and dry for me. However, for the price, I think its definitely worth it. You can try many different kinds of Mexican bread because you can pick out different types for a certain price.

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. unreliable, the owner is never there and even after contacting her via text message to let her know my situation, has the audacity to leave me on read. don't set your expectations too high for their cake's. had my 3rd bad experience at this bakery trying to give them a chance to prove me wrong but I guess not. I was supposed to pick up a cake at 12pm Sunday, (this cake was paid in full about 3 weeks before) got there but the backer had just gotten the cake out of the oven and had me wait another hour for him to finish it, not only was it given to me late, but also modified it with out my consent. it looked nothing like the reference pic gave them. the excuse the backer gave me was that he was not notified earlier that he had a cake at 12 and that the cake was different because the fondant they buy already comes with color when he clearly had BLUE food coloring all over his hands. not only was he lying to my face, but had the nerve to say... "I'm sorry but I'm still a lil hung over from last night" like????? excuse me that is not of my concern and def not the best thing to say to a customer when she's already pretty pissed off. like I said, the owner was notified and there was no response . don't waste your time and money guys, NOT WORTH IT.

EL DANKO everything is so good it's a must try

uncle fluffy... more like daddy fluf--…read more ...*ahem* my bad. Uncle Fluffy has been on my list for like a gajillion years not even joking. my mother is a cheesecake fanatic.... and also an almond mom. so japanese cheesecake is that woman's dream: lighter, less dense, and less sweet than american cheesecakes (the higher protein content from fluffed egg whites also means u could make ur fellow gymbro into "making up" the calories too) the regular cheesecake was yum and the texture was divine: basically if you imagined a fluffy soufflé pancake and cheesecake had a baby. it didn't wow me though, especially since i love things on the sweeter side and it definitely wasn't. for a tiny $11 dessert, it didn't taste like i was indulging in a dirty little sweet treat. so i'll stick w my dense caloric diabetic cheesecakes from the freezer isle at vons. BUT TO EACH THEIR OWN! my mom ATE THAT UNC UPPPPP. she ADORED the cheesecake. also service was quick and sweet. uncle fluffy def has daddy potential xoxo ;P

5 stars for always being consistent and delicious. I mainly visit on Saturdays for lunch and it…read morecan be busy but the staff is pretty efficient and gets orders out quick. Honestly, the line is mainly due to the customers taking their sweet time while ordering. You might have a hard time finding a table to sit at inside, but they also have outside seating. Price-wise you'll probably spend around $15-$20 per person. I highly recommend their grilled chicken sandwhich. It comes with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato, all on a toasted sourdough bread covered with pesto and cheese. For the side I typically get the Italian pasta salad, which is always delicious. One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. It's basic, but also very tasty. They also carry a variety of pastries and serve Klatch coffee (brewed coffee) if you need a sweet treat afterward.

Passing through town and decided to pit stop here. Their bakery items are really good. I got the…read morecinnamon roll and would recommend. The sticky carmalized bottom and delicious frosting on top was delicious. I also wanted to try their chicken apple sausage and ordered a side. It was decent, I think the baked good was much better though and I'd probably come back to try more pastries and baked goods in the future personally. This is a casual place so you order at the front of the restaurant and then pay in the back. Prices are very reasonable all around across the menu. Plenty of tables but can get busy! Worth checking out if you're in the downtown area.
