I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!!! The online ordering process was simple, intuitive, and customizable, making getting this ice cream cake a breeze. You could also quickly choose a pre-selected message, or write one of your own, including the ability to choose the color of your custom message. Not only were the cake and writing gorgeous, but the flavor of the ice cream and the cake were absolutely adored by our entire group of 9. So much so that we're planning on ordered another cake for an upcoming birthday. Since you pay for the cake in advance, in-store pickup took under a minute. Be sure to order more than 2 days in advance as I believe that's the cutoff for not paying the additional $10 rush fee. Thank you to the cast and crew at this Baskin-Robbins. Hello, I visited your store around 9:15PM and was disappointed to see that about half of the ice cream flavors had already been put away and the equipment had been cleaned, even though the store does not close until 10:00 PM. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be able to purchase from the full selection of ice cream until that time. Cleaning up and putting products away 30 minutes before closing limits customers' choices and creates a poor experience. I hope you will review this practice so that customers can enjoy the full menu during your posted business hours. Thank you. read more

Attention customers go elsewhere there's a Dairy Queen down the street, Cold Stone Creamery at the Riverside Plaza and another Baskin-Robbins on Tyler St. This location has a history of bad customer service by the manager. Was there on 7/8/2026 around 4-4:30pm with my daughter. The manger was very impatient to get our order. Went to the counter to pay, I needed to get a quarter from my car less than a100 ft away, but manager was rolling her eyes huffing and puffing didn't want to wait she seemed very bothered to help us even though the store was completely empty! We just wanted ice cream sorry if we were an inconvenience. As soon as we took a seat, the manager ran out the door to a waiting car and left. If the manager was in such a rush to leave, PLEASE ALLOW someone else to assist customers especially when your store is EMPTY. I called to speak with manager to tell her about my experience and she argued with me on the phone. I will not be back! read more

The service was very nice and fast. The flavors were layed out nicely and now they have an entire display case just for ice cream cones. I wish they had more non dairy or yogurt choices available being that they are 31flavors. It is open late so deciding to go at the last minute wasn't a problem. read more

My sister and I went yesterday to get a scoop of ice cream after work. The young lady behind the counter looked like she was physically there, but not mentally. We had to keep repeating ourselves as she didn't quite understand nor hear us. We were not asked if we wanted a cup or a cone. She just went ahead and put it in a cup. I kept asking her about the cone and she ignored me. I paid for our ice cream and asked again, do we not get an option for a cone? She said no, it's extra. First and foremost, you didn't give us an option, secondly, that was rude for you to assume we couldn't afford it or want one. Also, how can you get an ice cream with no cone? Since when is BR charging for a regular cone for a scoop of ice cream? It's almost $4 a scoop and still have to pay extra for a regular cone? That's crazy to me! With that type of attitude and price gouging, I rather go spend my money elsewhere where I'll be treated decent. Highly disappointed. I was SO excited for my mom's birthday until I came into the store and saw the actual cake. Truly disappointed. I showed the worker what I wanted with their promotional cakes as advertised... Frosting done with a light pink, medium pink and a hot pink. With the mom banner. Yet they did the cake all one color and didn't even add the MOM banner...as requested. I saw the girl write it down when I described what I wanted done. So thanks to whoever made this cake (note the sarcasm) you had one job and failed BIG TIME! I ordered my daughter an ice cream cake because she really don't like cake. I figured hence the name there would be more ice cream than cake in it. She really loved the ice cream cones on top of the cake and the 9inch round has 6 cones so I opted for the full sheet cake so she could have the 8-10 cones. Upon getting home with the cake, which I had to drive 20 minutes for I was very dissatisfied. The cake only had six cones on top and more than half of it was cake and not ice cream. Very small portion of ice cream. The cake by the way was very dry, and many do our guests including my daughter just trashed their pieces. I would have been better off ordering a cake from Sam's Club or Costco for $20 instead of spending $60 for this awful one. I ordered a Valentine's Day cake for my husband at Baskin-Robbins in Rialto and that came out wonderful now I am sad that I did not order from them for my daughter's cake and instead came here. I will not make that mistake again. I wanted to warn others or at least let them know what their cake will look like I called spoke with the manager Lisa. She offered me 2 quarts of ice cream or 20% off of another cake purchase which I will never purchase another cake care again. I really wish they would speak to whoever made the cake so others don't run into the same issue as I did. read more

if i could give zero stars, i would. it was a hot afternoon and was craving my fav rainbow sherbert, i was rudely starred at and not greeted by who I later found out to be the manager who is referred to as Lisa. After waiting for a while she eventually greeted and took my order, only to abruptly stop taking my order walk to the back grab her stuff, clocked out and left mid taking my order. This left me very confused and shocked as I was still ordering and another worker came up and helped me. Update 2: I honestly forgot about updating this. There wasn't much of an experience. I picked up the cake, wasn't given any issues. I asked to make sure everything was right and they said it was. It was a quick and smooth progress. The only bad thing was that I didn't like the taste of the cake. The ice cream was good though! Update: I was reached out to and they were willing to remake it for a birthday I have coming up. I will not be updating my review until after I get the cake because I'm not sure how that experience will be. Mahmud definitely gave me a better experience than the manager ever gave me. Please be aware that if they messed up on the order, this location does not offer refunds. I will say the experience going in and placing the order was fine. I ordered a custom cake with Oreo cookies n cream ice cream and a confetti cake to be ready for the next day. I did this combination because it was the perfect for having a little bit of chocolate in case someone didn't want the sweetness of confetti cake . It was the day of the party so I rushed to pick it up, put it in the freezer then went on to do other things. We brought out the cake to be cut around 10:35pm and it's the wrong flavor cake. The person the birthday was for doesn't like chocolate cake and can't have too much because it makes her feel sick. I panicked and thought accidentally told them the wrong flavor but my order form said confetti. I felt so embarrassed because the birthday girl had told me what kind of cake she hope she gets and this was my surprise for them. Unfortunately, I did have to serve the cake to the guests because I had no other cake/pastry and it was too late to try to find another cake. I forgot to take a picture but I did have plates where some of the cake was left over. I called the store the next day but it was after hours because I worked so I left a voicemail. I called the day after and asked for the manager since I assumed they would be the ones to deal with this situation. Didn't seem apologetic at all. She said they couldn't do refunds, but offered to remake the cake or a 20% off the next order. I told her I didn't need another cake right now. The party passed. Also 20% only? At least make it match the amount they messed up. I get if I was at fault in any of this but they messed up on their end. I was upset and told her I would reach out to customer services and get back to her after. Also I'm unsure if I was misunderstanding at one point. I asked if I can get a remake of the cake for next time. Not a whole new cake just the remake of it for later since I don't need it right now. She had said they would put you down in the books for a discount. I assumed that 20% discount. I was so upset over the experience that I said what I mentioned above. I would reach out to customer service and get back in touch with her later. Mistakes happen. They do, but to be the way the manager was over it was just not it. I get it's just cake but this was a surprise from me to the birthday girl. She knows that I'm aware that she can't watch chocolate cake because it makes her feel sick. If it was a smaller cake I would for sure remake it and do a small do over with just the main family but it wasn't. I don't mind remaking the exact cake for another birthday I'm celebrating very soon either and I'll fix it up myself. My family came to the Magnolia location. We arrived at 9:54pm. Their hours of closing is 10pm. However, their door was locked and all their ice cream was put away. One of the ladies inside just put her hands up as if to say, there's nothing she can do. She directed another person to me and she just told me she was closed. In my years of service. This is UNCALLED FOR and UNACCEPTABLE. If your hours say you close at 10pm. Then that's when you should be closed. Don't close EARLY, and turn away a customer. I bring my family to this location often. Never again! read more

My custom ordered clown cones...stroke of genius. (Pardon me...my immodesty is showing). Grandson Drew just turned the big 5! Instead of a massive birthday cake that none of our health conscious adults would really eat, we scaled it down for the three little party goers who were the ones that really counted. This was a real treat: a scoop of ice cream (my choice of flavors), placed on an oreo-like chocolate cookie, the sugar cone becoming the clown hat. Painted with a goofy face and bright colored frosting hair, a cherry becoming the red nose, and some frosting decoration, it evoked giggles and big smiles from the kids. One caveat...the dilemma of where to put the birthday candle was resolved by sticking it in a symbolic, chocolate covered strawberry on the birthday boy's plate . A total success. We used to frequent this place for many years on Tuesday nights. My kids and I walked in around 6pm today, we didn't think there was anyone working because we were not greeted. After waiting about 2 minutes, we see a head peek up from sitting down behind the counter, a young kid says, "Are you ready to order?" I said, "Hello, do you guys still have the Tuesday night special?" He said, "Nope", while still sitting down! I began to wonder if he was upset with us or what was going on. My son asked for a sample, and the kid finally stood up and said, "Ugh, okay." I saw how he interacted with my son, so I told my family, "Let's wait and go somewhere else." As we were walking out I looked back at the kid and he literally yelled, in a very sarcastic voice, "Thaaank youu have a good one" and then scoffed! If you're working with customers, greet them, stand up when customers walk in and don't seem irritated to have them spend money at your store!
