I contacted Stephany about a month ago to see if she could make a cake and cookies for my baby shower in July. We communicated via email and she said she could take care of my items with no problem at all and she'd email me an invoice for the deposit. This whole time I've had peace of mind knowing my cake and cookies are taken care of and is what I was most excited about for my shower. Its now less than a week from my shower and I still haven't heard from her so I emailed to follow up. She let me know she forgot about me and is on bedrest. Obviously her health comes first, but its so unprofessional to tell someone you will help them on something as important as a baby shower and then to fail to at least notify them that they will no longer be able to complete the order. I would have 100% understood if she let me know right away and if I wasn't forgotten about. I'm now 5 days away from my shower and have nobody that can take care of my cake and cookies because it is so last minute. I emailed the Levi Co. to see if they were available to bake my grand daughters cake for her 7th BDay. She as in Stephany replied back immediately & said she was available.
