Went in to get a drink because I didn't want Starbucks and this just sounded better. I walk in no welcome or anything but that doesn't matter to me. I was at the cash register for about 5-7 minutes before the girl came up and asked what I would like. I told her my first drink and before I could say my second she was interrupting me saying is that it. Again I ordered the second drink and before my next drink she is trying to tell me what my total is. After my third drink I told her that was it. She told me my total I paid and just waited. There was another customer in the store that was asking about points and how she got them. The that checked me out said she doesn't get points if she pays first she has to have the code scanned. So she gave her the customer service number and as soon as the lady walked out her and another coworker were already saying how stupid she was and how stupid the points were. I've worked customer service I understand it but wait for all the customer to leave first. I felt that was very rude. When my drinks were made I asked for a cup holder and was on my way not soon after I seen they were starting to turn I only live about 3 minutes away they should not look that color. I put them in the freezer when I got home because sometimes they are not cold enough and noticed black stuff all in my drink they used a hold banana and you can taste it completely!! The color was different and changed the flavor completely. The drinks are not that cheap so sucks I had to just throw it away because bad fruit was used to make all our drinks because they all contained banana! I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be judged for trying to use a reward program or get a drink with rotten fruit. read more

When my smoothie was ready she didn't say anything she just left it in the counter and walked away and left the front unattended .. Customer service here is terrible. I've gone 3 days in a row and the drinks were just as bad. They were watery and bland. Tasted nothing like they typically taste... I wasn't greeted and while I was waiting for my drink all I got was a, "uhm your drink is ready" after 10 min of waiting. I'd like to have a delicious drink minus the attitude. The staff is excellent but the one who puts me at ease that my service will go well is Brenda, she is fairly new to the store but she has always been nothing but observant, kind, fast, and accurate. I told myself next time I saw those owners disrespect their employees I was going to leave a bad review. How do those owners expect one person to do 12 smoothies in less than 5 mins?! I had no problem waiting for my order. But it's truly a disappointment seeing these owners be so mean to their employees! Instead of helping them, cheering them on, acknowledging them, they decide to bring them down and treat them poorly. Do not go to this location. There are 3 others nearby. Skip this one. Employee Ruth at this location cannot follow simple instructions to add ice and blend so that a raw juice order can be a smoothie. When she said she didn't understand the request I explained that the order was for a child so to please add ice to the raw juice and blend into a smoothie. She gave me a raw juice anyway.
