Juice It Up! - Pitaya bowl with granola, honey, coconut, bananas and strawberries - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Riverside, California

My daughter brought me a smoothie, I have been drinking this drink for years. This time my tongue swoll and when I went back in there the girls looked at me like I was crazy. They did not want to remake my drink and if it wasn't for Benadryl I would have had to go to the ER. read more

Went in to get a drink because I didn't want Starbucks and this just sounded better. I walk in no welcome or anything but that doesn't matter to me. I was at the cash register for about 5-7 minutes before the girl came up and asked what I would like. I told her my first drink and before I could say my second she was interrupting me saying is that it. Again I ordered the second drink and before my next drink she is trying to tell me what my total is. After my third drink I told her that was it. She told me my total I paid and just waited. There was another customer in the store that was asking about points and how she got them. The that checked me out said she doesn't get points if she pays first she has to have the code scanned. So she gave her the customer service number and as soon as the lady walked out her and another coworker were already saying how stupid she was and how stupid the points were. I've worked customer service I understand it but wait for all the customer to leave first. I felt that was very rude. When my drinks were made I asked for a cup holder and was on my way not soon after I seen they were starting to turn I only live about 3 minutes away they should not look that color. I put them in the freezer when I got home because sometimes they are not cold enough and noticed black stuff all in my drink they used a hold banana and you can taste it completely!! The color was different and changed the flavor completely. The drinks are not that cheap so sucks I had to just throw it away because bad fruit was used to make all our drinks because they all contained banana! I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be judged for trying to use a reward program or get a drink with rotten fruit. read more

The two girls there today.. need to get off their phones my husband was waiting there for couple minuets and they didn't even notice... very unprofessional read more

I couldn't believe it! She said that I had to give her 50 cents extra if I didn't want ice in my juice. And then she tried to put brown celery in my drink! Unbelievable!!! read more

I love Juice it up! Great staff and clean store is always a plus. The employees are happy to customize your drinks for you. read more

Smoothie wasn't blended enough. Too icy. It's like slushy. Disappointed because I was looking forward to have a smoothie after post workout

Love their açaí berry bowls. I've had them at other juice it up's but it's just not the same. The employees are friendly and polite. read more

First time here !! The customer services sucks, I walked in and there was no cashier in the front I had to wait like 5 minutes . When she walked in she didn't even say hi nor apologize. When my smoothie was ready she didn't say anything she just left it in the counter and walked away and left the front unattended .. The smoothie wasn't even good I had better at other juice it up locations .This is Unacceptable and it makes juice it up look horrible. I love juice it up but I will not be giving this location my business anymore what's shame. Btw the cashier looked miserable you should have people like that working in your business. I visited this location on 12/18/2015 @ 4:40pm read more

Suzie was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful to our group of 5 ordering smoothies. She made our smoothies quick and made our morning great. Perfect morning stop. read more

I believe they are the franchise owners but I've noticed they were very rude to their employees. The girls looked very uncomfortable with them. I understand they are the franchise owners but the employees deserve respect as well and not feel belittled by them. read more

Don't bother going here you'll wait at the register for 5 mins just to be ignored. We walked out without ordering. Terrible customer service. read more

I had good service. Good juice. Clean place. Great juice

The employee Ruth did not look like she wanted to be there she was rude when I asked for recommendations and I believe she needs to work on her customer service read more

Been here a couple of times and there service has improved tremendously since a month or two ago. The staff is excellent but the one who puts me at ease that my service will go well is Brenda, she is fairly new to the store but she has always been nothing but observant, kind, fast, and accurate. Employees like Brenda are why I drive just a little extra to go to this La Sierra store over all the others. P.S the Acai bowls are the go too at this store! read more

Customer service here is terrible. I've gone 3 days in a row and the drinks were just as bad. They were watery and bland. Tasted nothing like they typically taste... I wasn't greeted and while I was waiting for my drink all I got was a, "uhm your drink is ready" after 10 min of waiting. I'd like to have a delicious drink minus the attitude. Oh, and my money back. read more

Worst juice it up I've ever been to. Worst customer service, I had to literally call the girl out for being so rude. My fiancé and I ordered the same drink and when she Finished making them they were two totally different colors.... when I mentioned it she gave a major attitude. Went back to try it again and the smoothie wasn't good, didn't taste consistent to other juice it up locations, and the girl was rude again. Don't waste your time read more

Literally every time I go in there, it's 1 employee there doing everything solo, with like 8 ppl in line. FYI management, def not a smart move in a booming industry like health smoothies. Do your employees a favor and figure out a better schedule. read more

My smoothie I got here was good. It was so tasty that I drank it really fast. I had a bad case of the squirts after but I don't regret it LOL read more

I told myself next time I saw those owners disrespect their employees I was going to leave a bad review. How do those owners expect one person to do 12 smoothies in less than 5 mins?! I had no problem waiting for my order. But it's truly a disappointment seeing these owners be so mean to their employees! Instead of helping them, cheering them on, acknowledging them, they decide to bring them down and treat them poorly. Corporate needs to do something about this and teach those owners how to manage a franchise juice it up store and how to treat their employees! These owners are like this at all their stores. And to add a cherry on top they even treat their customers poorly! No greeting, no smiles they basically want your money not your friendship! read more

Always get a craving for Jamba Juice in the morning and evening. Their Oatmeal is really good They offer two free toppings, so I get strawberries n bananas. Haven't tried the bowls yet. I usually get Amazing Greens or Orange Carrot Karma for a beverage. Sometimes a ginger shot. once I awhile if I get a wild hair I will get a Wheatgrass shot read more

Pretty good I haven't been a while something good and cool refreshing if it's hot day or not

I honestly only like 1 drink at Juice It Up and it's the California Dream. So yummy! The customer service isn't bad it's just not upbeat. When I go for a smoothie I want to approach happy people! Lol read more

The juice options are great. I'm healthy and like my juice with mostly greens versus high sugar fruits. All natural. Totally easy to find those options here. My friend likes the high calorie drinks. And they have those too! As far as the staff, they are good. They are young and I think it is great they are working to earn money and am confident they will continue to grow as professional men and women. read more

Been here a few times and the smoothies are really good. The girls do what they have to but their personality could be a little more upbeat. Looking forward to try their fruit bowl. The only complaint really is that it's overpriced in comparison to the "other" chain. read more

I don't get the bad reviews. I've been here a couple of times, and while juicing isn't instantaneous, I've never waited even as long as 5 minutes - and both times there were 4 or 5 orders in front of me. The ladies who work here were pleasant and the drink was just what it should be. I'll be back! read more

First time going here and I am not impressed. Prices are high and drinks don't compare to the price. Sizes are good but quality is not. Friendly cashier but only one working so she takes everyone's order in line first and then makes everyone's smoothies. Not the place to go if you want quick smoothie. And didn't realize until after I ordered how many calories are in their smoothies! It's nuts! Strawberry Wave was the one I ordered. Don't think if order it again. Too sweet. read more

Worst service ever !! This was the only one close to my school and I had no choice & after reading the reviews I still decided to still give it a try. The lady was very rude and she didn't seem to care about the costumers at all. I will not be going back to this location! read more

I drove all the way from Redlands to go to the mall here and decided that I really wanted an Acai bowl. I moved from San Diego and SD has the best bowls. I decided to give this place a try and it was delicious! The girl was really friendly and I got the acai berry bowl with extra granola and it was phenomenal! She really did put extra granola and it came with a bunch of fresh fruit! Definitely better than the Redlands Juice it up! read more
