Parking can be a little tricky, since there is only street parking available. Molino's shares an entryway with the Hideaway, which is a lounge. Inside Molino's, the interior looks rustic, with brick walls and a huge window. There is a couple of tables, with people at work. At the front, is the coffee bar. There have the menu on a chalkboard and a smaller sign with the specials on a small table. There was only one worker and she had greeted me when I came in and to let her know if I needed anything. I saw they have a pastry shelf of muffins. I ordered the 12oz iced horchata latte. They have multiple sizes. Once I received it, I did taste some horchata, not much. It was still good though. So if you get a large ceremonial matcha with cold foam, expect to pay $14.00 each. Two matchas with cold foam? $28... The coffee shop itself is perfect for downtown Riverside--very fitting with the vibe and style. The lady working was very friendly. However, the menu is extremely busy, and you practically need a key to understand what's what or even how to order. Once we ordered, I noticed the ceremonial matcha is made with a handheld electric frother, and the cold foams are premade in jars and simply added on top (not made fresh). When we received our matchas, let's just say it tasted exactly like it looked: mostly milk with very little matcha flavor, topped with subpar cold foam. This is by far the most expensive, worst-tasting matcha I've ever had. I can usually find a way to justify things or give a place some grace, but this was beyond help. read more

5 stars for Jioceline (and honestly every barista who has ever served us here). The staff is consistently kind, patient, and clearly working incredibly hard. Today on a busy Friday afternoon, Jioceline was running the entire shop alone and handled it with grace and professionalism. The 24-minute wait for two iced drinks and one hot drink was absolutely not her fault. That said, I do have to give 3 stars overall because the scheduling has become concerning. For the past several months, it's been rare to see more than one barista working at a time, even during peak hours in downtown Riverside. It's tough for customers, but more importantly, it feels unfair to the employee carrying that load solo. The team here deserves better support. read more

I stopped by Molinos because i went to the antique store attached to it. I never knew that's where molinos was located but since i was there i decided to stop by. It was much bigger than i expected , lots of spacious seating, open windows allowing lots of light in, overall a really nice place. The staff was super friendly and helpful which i appreciated. I ordered the horchata latte and it was pretty good. I will say it reminded me more of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a good way. It was pretty sweet though. Ordered an açaí bowl here around 10am on a Sunday morning it's delicious just like the one at the Redlands location. Their açaí is underrated. Gorgeous cafe with some delicious coffee! I got an horchata latte with cherry cold foam which was absolutely amazing. My bestie got an apple cider with cherry cold foam and syrup!! The first few times I went here it was pretty good. But now more often than not, the coffee tastes burnt. It does take a little while to get my drink, no matter what size I get or how many people are in the establishment. While the service is slow and the coffee tastes bad, the baristas are always very nice! Breakfast/egg sandwich seems like it was popped out of a Sam's or Costco bag and microwaved. Bagels seem to be from a prepackaged bag at the grocery store. I sat at one of the indoor tables (they also have a small streetside patio) and ate the muffin. It was moist, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Many reviewers mention this place is slow - my latte took about ten minutes but it was worth the wait. It was very hot so I took the lid off the to-go cup and let it cool for a few minutes so I could actually sip it. The smell of cinnamon filled the air around me. First time here . Read yelp reviews and wanted to try the popular iced vanilla chai latte. It was way too sweet! taste more like a dessert than a chai. Not a great first experience. I would like to go back and request a drink 'less sweet'. it would be nice if they wouldn't automatically add so much sweetener to their drinks. It's easier to just add another pump of sweetness, if requested rather than have to remake a whole drink. This was probably one of the worst coffee shops I've been to tbh. First off I ordered a Lavender lemonade expecting a somewhat purplish drink. I was horribly wrong, it looked and tasted EXACTLY THE SAME AS A REGULAR LEMONADE. The worst service ever... $6.51 for a bagel with cheese and jalepeno I asked for bacon with my bagel and they gave me a plain bagel. Then the person came back back to me and said they didn't charge for the bacon which it clearly says on their menu that the bagels are 3.99. So then I just tell him give me my bagel back, and I wait another 10 mins so she can finish another order and she give me back my cold bagel.. horrible service.
