I love the concept that they donate a portion of their proceeds to animal rescue centers. The service is welcoming for both humans and canines alike, making this philanthropic spot a favorite for sure. They have house-made syrups, alternative milk choices, and serve coffee, matcha, and hojicha. I ordered a one of the specialty lattes to try with half the sweetener as well as the hojicha with sugar-free vanilla, half-and-half, and a dash of cinnamon. Absolutely delicious! It is a great place for you and your dog. The ambiance is nice with lots of ambient light, quiet music, and spaciousness of the store. The tables are not too crowded so you can get around, but unfortunately not every table is powered. Overall not a bad place to chill and study. The parking lot isn't too small for downtown but will definitely get filled quickly. The drinks were pretty good. I like the uniqueness of the banana pudding drink and the double matcha was light and refreshing - if I had a choice though, I would add more matcha as I like mine stronger. My dog though was super happy for the pup cup. Plus side he didn't vomit, so the one they made wasn't too heavy for him compared to coffee bean's formula. This is my second time coming to this coffee roasters and this is one place I would definitely come back to. Last time I came here, there was a market going on during the weekend. This time around, I came on a Monday morning/afternoon. Both days were pretty busy. It is a good place to study or do work and have some outlets. There is a mixture of seatings inside and outside. There is also limited parking in the back. The cashier and baristas were really nice and gave recommendations on their menu. I got the espresso tonic and the barista warned me that it has more of a yuzu essence and not sweet. Which for me was perfect! I noticed a bit of college students here so I figured it must be in close proximity to an institution. The music here is more background but ties into the owner's personal beliefs and is Christian-forward music. It was light and honestly not distracting at all. On his recommendation, I landed on an iced sweet potato latte with marshmallow cold foam! I also grabbed a little fudge cake thing. I wasn't sure what to expect from a sweet potato latte, but it was incredible! The flavor was well balanced and not too sweet, and it tasted like Thanksgiving! I wish it wasn't a limited/seasonal syrup. The chocolate cake thing was just ok; it wasn't overly sweet but it felt like it was missing something. The drinks were great! Their banana pudding matcha was delicious and their hojicha was a real standout as well. Absolutely loved both of them. I was surprised with how much parking was available in the back because I can see the street parking filling up quick during busy hours. This ambiance of this place is simplicity at its finest. Came by here on a Saturday morning. there is parking in the back. this is such a spacious coffee shop! There are many tables for people, there is a couch in the back and dog beds too. I love how there was so much sunlight and openness. We ended up getting a few drinks. The barista was helpful when we had questions. no Gen Z stares here. We ended up getting the korean yam latte, double pumpkin latte, buttercup matcha, and a double matcha. All the drinks were really good! I especially enjoyed the korean yam latte, it had a unique flavor. Both matchas were also very good, had a good matcha flavor and were not overly sweet.
