Redline Cold Brew. Sorry not the best picture but y'all get it.
Nastashya S.

Coffee Lover here!!!! I absolutely love this place. Honestly discovered it during COVID, after breakfast w. My brother (cause he's my coffee buddy). The Venue is really small, there no chair or tables. So can't really sit and sip. Its was cut in the cut. Lol meaning its kind of hidden, by commercial buildings. which it totally shouldn't be. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Nothing but great conversations and a lot of recommendations. My fave is their redline cold brew. Ugh its just the best! Not as strong as i normally like it, but its more sweet and savory coffee. Just love !!! The Agave hits the spot. But it's seriously a must try.

Some of the best coffee I've had! Great balance of acidity and the honey cinnamon combo added with the oatmilk is the cherry on top. The barista was a pleasure to talk to and provided great service.

I have seen Wild Goose coffee served in town and in the grocery stores for a while, but today I went to the source on the west side of Redlands. It a small place but a super spot for a quiet break. It's not busy and a stone's through from California Street. Their expresso bar is really cute little dining area with 6 or so tables to sit and enjoy your coffee at. We tried their Gibralter and Expresso. The Gilbrater is half expresso and half steamed milk. Like the Expresso, they are both rich and deep. These are from full roasted beans. If you go to their website, under "Our Communities" and find "Brewing Guides" then immediately under that click on "Brew With Us" you'll be rewarded with a host of educational videos of how to brew your favorite coffee at home - it's worth a look.

Wow! What a cool little hidden gem. It's in an industrial park parking lot, some great coffees. I got the prospect park latte - local honey, espresso, orange bitters, and oat milk. The barista was friendly and the latte tasted great. Some neat merch available too. Small indoor seating area but a few tables outside too.

My heart knows what the wild goose knows I must go where the wild goose goes Wild goose, brother goose, which is best A wandering foot or a heart at rest? Be still my heart for the wild goose brought me to this well roasted coffee shop tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, which isn't too far from our home. Located off Lugonia Ave in a business plaza, in a corner. There's limited parking. We found this place on Yelp so we wanted to try them out. No one else was here on a Saturday morning and we were pleasantly surprised at the prices. My hubby got the Red Lion iced coffee and the barista made a special decaf with honey vanilla iced coffee with oat milk for me. Oh la la! Pure bliss! We loved her service because she suggested a blend that would please my sweet tooth. Be mindful of the hours though. They're closed on Sundays. Will we be back? Most definitely!

Wanted some coffee on a Monday morning and found this place. Cute little place in a quiet area with outdoor and indoor seating. Very minimalistic but still trendy. Barista was very nice and provided recommendations for my husband and I when we were ordering. We ended up getting a Red Line Coffee (cold brew with agave honey and milk) and a vanilla latte. Both were really good and tasty! They also provide a punch card for you to keep coming back and you can get the 11th drink free. Glad we came across this coffee shop, would come back again if I'm in the area!

Cute little coffee place. Let me just say this place is more than "little" they are big on their coffee taste and their friendliness with their costumers. The barista that helped me out was such a wonderful person she takes her time with making everyone's drink. As a costumer u truly appreciate it that and the work and taste spoke for itself. Delicious coffee! -plenty of parking and the location is on a business building areas :)

$7 for this breakfast sandwich collab with surfer joes.

Idk if I post this on wild goose or surfer joes but it's their collab breakfast sandwiches. They look nothing like what they advertise on the counter in wild goose. No salt, no pepper, no butter, no green herb stuff that they show. I'm sad I paid $7 for this. McDonald's breakfast beats this by a long shot sadly. Also I love the new employee he's a great guy but he does need a lil help on making drinks. My drink tastes a bit underwhelming but i think the ingredients were right might just be a technique thing I'm not sure. The employee himself gets 5 stars but this sandwich gets 3 stars sorry.

They really know their stuff here, I think you land was nervous because she thought I wanted a frappe or something, I was long on menu for a pour over I didn't see it I asked and she said yeah we can do that. Wow the flavor of the coffee is perfect and the beans the roast are amazing what a great place.

You can tell they really care about their coffee because it's great every time and anytime I'm in the area. I stopped here.

HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

At $8.00, this was sooo bad! I want my money back! The coffee was drowned out by the salted vanilla cream top and it was really salty. The cream top was additionally bad with the added cocoa powder. It was a bad combo of flavors! The coffee itself I could not taste, but the brown sugar latte with the saltiness of the cream top was a terrible unedible combo! I wouldn't recommend this drink to anybody! Sad about this because my first experience at Slow Bloom was so positive! CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff was friendly and nice. PARKING Limited, as it is a small parking lot, but there is street parking as well.

I must say I was hesitant to go here for a few reasons (none of them great, to be honest). First, the name--I didn't get the connection between "arcade" and "coffee" (then again what does that matter). Second, the location: it's in an odd building that doesn't scream typical coffee shop, with restricted and unusual parking. After overcoming these nonsensical, self-created mental barriers, we walked inside and saw that this is a sophisticated operation with wonderful products, employees, and a truly unique experience. When we entered, we saw a very nice menu with pictures showcasing the drinks and highlighting what makes each one special. The barista was super casual and friendly. She asked over the counter if we had any questions and told us to let her know when we were ready. Her welcoming approach was perfect for first-time visitors. We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice matcha and the Cherry Glaze matcha. Both were delicious, and it was clear that quality is a major focus here. The matchas weren't overloaded with syrup like some places; instead, they tasted naturally infused--subtle, balanced, and perfect. For snacks, we tried the salmon bagel and the blueberry scone. Both were excellent. The bagel was fresh and packed with flavor, again showcasing quality ingredients. The scone was one of the best I've had from a coffee shop--it tasted like it came straight from a bakery. The blueberries were large and bursting with flavor, and the texture was ideal: not too hard, not too soft. It was just right. (They should name it "Goldilocks"!) In addition to coffee, matcha, and chai tea, they also offer craft sodas and other choices for any mood. We decided to enjoy our drinks and snacks inside. As we sat, we noticed they have their own bean-roasting machine (totally unique!). I've never seen one in person, but for coffee lovers who enjoy fresh roasts, this means they bring in green coffee beans, roast them on-site, and produce the freshest, highest-quality product possible. (You could say "they have the beans" -- a little Curb Your Enthusiasm reference for fans of the show.) Aside from having "the beans," they also had a projector showing the World Cup. There are plenty of seating options: tables with chairs, standing desks, sofas, and benches. We will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven on Earth.

We stopped by around 11:00-11:30 a.m., thinking the morning rush would be over, but the place was still packed. After trying it, I can definitely see why. They had already sold out of all their pastries, which says a lot about how busy they are, but the coffee was amazing. I ordered the iced maple salt latte with oat milk, and it was so good. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. Great coffee, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
