So good. Peanut butter latte, chocolate chip cookie. My fav was the matcha strawberry cookie. Hubby got the strawberry tea dreams drink, he loved it. Ya'll need to hire more help. Stat.

Delicious apple cider chai with oat milk iced! What a wonderful combination i hadn't e plowed before. I got to visit this spot during a training at Head Start in Apple Valley and I am so glad I visited this gem! There is plenty of parking at this plaza and the coffee shop is super cute. Great music, ambiance and all! The staff were super sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back!!!

We went out of our way to get some fresh roasted coffee beans. It was our first time there so we grabbed a peanut butter latte. It was delicious! I can see why they had a long line. Definitely worth the wait and the drive. Comfortable place to chill and enjoy your coffee.

Solo Brew & Roasters was an incredible experience. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and obviously well-made. The service was prompt without feeling hurried, and the couple here are warm and pleasant. The atmosphere is contemporary, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding or working. It's evident that they are proud of their space and drinks. I will definitely return, and I strongly suggest visiting this location.

Incredible owners, super sweet and nice. The coffee is absolutely incredible. I love that they have a monthly menu that changes every month however you can always get the classics. Without a doubt, the best music of any coffee shop. I know I am in the right place when I get a compliment on my Eyedea and Abilities shirt and hear Deltron 3030 Mastermind at 6:00 a.m.

I must say I was hesitant to go here for a few reasons (none of them great, to be honest). First, the name--I didn't get the connection between "arcade" and "coffee" (then again what does that matter). Second, the location: it's in an odd building that doesn't scream typical coffee shop, with restricted and unusual parking. After overcoming these nonsensical, self-created mental barriers, we walked inside and saw that this is a sophisticated operation with wonderful products, employees, and a truly unique experience. When we entered, we saw a very nice menu with pictures showcasing the drinks and highlighting what makes each one special. The barista was super casual and friendly. She asked over the counter if we had any questions and told us to let her know when we were ready. Her welcoming approach was perfect for first-time visitors. We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice matcha and the Cherry Glaze matcha. Both were delicious, and it was clear that quality is a major focus here. The matchas weren't overloaded with syrup like some places; instead, they tasted naturally infused--subtle, balanced, and perfect. For snacks, we tried the salmon bagel and the blueberry scone. Both were excellent. The bagel was fresh and packed with flavor, again showcasing quality ingredients. The scone was one of the best I've had from a coffee shop--it tasted like it came straight from a bakery. The blueberries were large and bursting with flavor, and the texture was ideal: not too hard, not too soft. It was just right. (They should name it "Goldilocks"!) In addition to coffee, matcha, and chai tea, they also offer craft sodas and other choices for any mood. We decided to enjoy our drinks and snacks inside. As we sat, we noticed they have their own bean-roasting machine (totally unique!). I've never seen one in person, but for coffee lovers who enjoy fresh roasts, this means they bring in green coffee beans, roast them on-site, and produce the freshest, highest-quality product possible. (You could say "they have the beans" -- a little Curb Your Enthusiasm reference for fans of the show.) Aside from having "the beans," they also had a projector showing the World Cup. There are plenty of seating options: tables with chairs, standing desks, sofas, and benches. We will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven on Earth.

Slow Bloom always has a rotated seasonal menu that literally reads like poetry. like wdym i have the option to get a Whimsical Strawberry Magic Cheesecake Latte???? i love hojicha more than regular matcha (before the "uuurm, actually--" comments i know they're both matcha) BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CALLED ME PERFORMATIVEEEE?? and do i care? HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

Oh wait, the phone doesn't get answered either. I was really looking forward to trying their cappuccino, but it looks like they keep hours to match their profit motivation.

We were really looking forward to a solid caffeine break... but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. I ordered a vanilla frozen coffee, and it honestly tasted like... nothing. It lacked sweetness, flavor depth, and that strong coffee kick you expect from a frozen drink. It just felt very flat. My husband got the Spanish latte, which should have been rich and slightly sweet with condensed milk flavor but instead, it tasted watered down. It didn't have that bold espresso taste we were hoping for. We also grabbed a cinnamon roll, which I was genuinely excited about. Sadly, that might have been the biggest letdown. It was cold, dry, and just not good. The texture and flavor were off honestly one of the worst cinnamon rolls I've had. When you're on a road trip, you want that warm, comforting pastry moment... and this wasn't it. Maybe it was an off day, but overall the drinks lacked flavor and the pastry missed the mark. It wasn't terrible service-wise just disappointing from a quality standpoint. Would I stop again on another road trip? Probably not. There are just too many great coffee spots out there to settle for something this underwhelming.
