When I asked about it at the counter, I was met with a dismissive response: "Oh, we're out of whipped cream for the day." There was no apology or effort to make it right. What made the situation more frustrating was overhearing staff offer alternative options (like cold foam alternative) to customers right after us due to the same issue. That option was never extended to us, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The staff's behavior came across as oddly secretive and unwelcoming, especially when my sister and niece arrived. It felt like there were unnecessary comments and attitudes directed toward us, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I believe this location would benefit from additional training in customer services. Particularly around communication, consistency, and treating all customers with equal respect. At a minimum, situations like running out of an ingredient should be clearly communicated, along with an apology and an alternative option offered to every customer.
