I love this place and will gladly go out of my way to stop here when I'm in the area…read more The first thing that surprised me was the interior. The tall ceilings and open space create a really unique atmosphere that feels both welcoming and modern. It's a place that's comfortable to spend time in, not just grab a coffee and leave. What I appreciate most is that it feels like a true family business. You can tell the people behind the counter genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they've built. Clearly mom is behind the counter a lot - very likeable and tries really hard to be the best. Crave Koffee Haus is one of those places that leaves an impression. Great atmosphere, great people, and a business worth supporting.

I think we waited nearly 35 minutes for two iced coffees. As I have said before, I will pay, and I will wait for great coffee, but there are limits. If you are going to have that much of a delay, please post a sign or make an announcement. I would have rather gotten a drip and been on my way. I can hardly recall what we each ordered. I think it was an iced shaken brown sugar espresso thing...with non-flavored cold foam on top. The baristas used actual brown sugar (and very little of it), so it was a flavorless latte with milky goo atop. I went back and asked for some flavor to be added. They willingly obliged. They also have a merch bus parked right next to the airstream where you can sit and enjoy your drink (if you ever get it), but beware, the door is tiny. I walked in for a moment and upon exiting, smacked my head so hard I almost cried. Totally my fault, but wow, a "watch your head" sign would be clutch. Anyway, cute space and concept. Rough execution. Hope they are doing better now!

Its actually further away from the freeway than I expected but we kept on going! We arrived and it was a cute coffee shop! We all decided to get the Seattle Freeze before it was recommended by the server/cashier. Seattle Freeze is basically a coffee blended drink. It tasted good, its more on the milky than coffee side. There wasn't much help so it was a bit longer to get all our drinks. They also sell pastries, coffee (of course), panini, ice cream shake, smoothies, and tea.
