I think we waited nearly 35 minutes for two iced coffees. As I have said before, I will pay, and I will wait for great coffee, but there are limits. If you are going to have that much of a delay, please post a sign or make an announcement. I would have rather gotten a drip and been on my way. I can hardly recall what we each ordered. I think it was an iced shaken brown sugar espresso thing...with non-flavored cold foam on top. The baristas used actual brown sugar (and very little of it), so it was a flavorless latte with milky goo atop. I went back and asked for some flavor to be added. They willingly obliged. When you're in the mountains, your options are limited. We visited during a trip to Lake Arrowhead and this was one of the few specialty coffee places nearby. Although I've rated some things higher, ultimately, it's about the coffee and it's a 3 for me for being super average. More details below. Coffee (3/5): Let's be honest...it's nothing special. I got a flavored latte and the coffee was kind of weak. I don't quite remember what flavored latte because I recall the syrup flavor being weak too, although I recall my cup being quite sweet. My husband got a simple Americano. If you want something quick and slightly nicer than the coffee they serve at all the breakfast joints around near Lake Arrowhead village, this will do. Ambiance (5/5): Situated in a little campsite-looking spot among trees and a realtor's office, it was kind of cute in a hipster-trailer-party kind of way. Young and old were gathered, standing around or sitting outside drinking coffee and chatting near a golden sparkly trailer that was taking coffee orders. Another trailer off to the side housed random coffee goods and gear, and made for a cute photoshoot spot. I took a day trip up to the mountains with my husband and this was our first stop. Though limited in the front, we did find parking right away. Pumpkins chocolate chip muffin was really good. Ordered both Lavender Latte and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte, very well prepped and delicious. These two were not sweet at all. They were very welcoming and pretty quick on getting people in and out. Line gets very long here and wait times can be up to 30-35 mins. Even though there was a long line, the staff moved efficiently and made sure every order was correct. You could tell they cared about getting it right, not just rushing people through. I tried six different items on their menu and every single one was good. I personally got the Banana Pancake, which was smooth and flavorful, but their Caramel Macchiato is the best one in my opinion. Perfect balance, not overly sweet, just done right. I ordered the seasonal Cinnabun Latte and it was okay. It was sweet but couldn't taste much of the coffee. Very powdery at the bottom, needed to be constantly mixed. All of my group's drinks were like that, we weren't a fan. 3/5 Overall, we weren't too impressed with the drinks at this place but the aesthetic was cool! Needed a quick pick-me-up before our venue cocktail tasting over at Miller's Landing next door, so my fiancé and I decided to check it out. We unfortunately rolled in right as they were about to close and didn't realize so we told her no worries we didn't need to order, but the woman working it said she'd serve us, but that we'd be the last and we were super appreciative of that since she didn't have to. I ordered the Coconut Matcha Latte and my fiancé ordered a London Fog and wow! Both were sooo good. The Matcha Latte was less sweet than others which I prefer and it had a perfect amount of coconut flavor. Delicious! I tried a sip of the London fog and that was probably my favorite I've had anywhere. The area is very inviting and laid back, you can enjoy your coffee/lattes/teas in the sun in the forest.
